There were lots of staff at the front desk. All were teenagers or early twenties and were very helpful and nice when I interacted with them. There was staff in each of the areas monitoring and they were paying attention. There were a few instances where they stepped in to warn kids of things they should not be doing (climbing on stuff they should not have been climbing on). Here are a few thoughts on this Sky Zone location: 1) I would say that this is a spot for 1-2 hours of play as there is not enough stuff here to keep a kid interested for a longer time and 2) kids with have more fun and be more engaged if they come with a group of other kids they know (family or friends) and 3) based on the activities/areas they have, I would say that this place is geared more for the 11-10 and below age group. There was a decent amount of seating near the court areas for parents to watch. Overall I think that this would be a good spot to bring a group of kids to come and burn off some energy.

Just sat back and enjoyed my kids birthday party. Not to mention this place is perfect for the 5-8 year old birthday party age range. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. All the parents just got to keep a distant eye and relax. Even if you're not going for a birthday, this indoor playground is an absolute blast for the kids. In those early months of the group, there would sometimes be some social activity afterward. I went to a couple late bites as well as bowling here. Lanes were clean. It was my first time ever doing duckpin bowling as I had only ever done traditional bowling. The drink I bought was cheap in the bar. Overall, I'd enjoy returning to this bowling alley.

Very nice 36-lane bowling alley located on Ft. Meade, MD. Anyway, the lanes are decent, all the equipment is up to date, the balls are decent, and the overall facility is clean. Customer service is great. Our group had a special needs child and they were very accommodating with a ball ramp, rails, etc... The food/grill area is still working in a COVID-closed dining condition meaning it's order and pick-up. The dining area is closed off. The night we were bowling there was only one person working this area and they were backed-up, the entire time. Food was decent. A good, fun, family place to visit.
