Playground rules
Julie M.

Won't be back. Came here for a birthday party. Their own rules at the playground state "non-slip socks required" nowhere does it state they have to be Check E Cheese socks. They would not let the kids play even though they had no -slip socks on. Not even the birthday girl. Not paying $10 for their socks because we won't be back. The party area was way over crowded and hard to navigate through with all different parties stacked on top of one another. Autumn was the only helpful employee. The other employees were unhelpful, flat out rude, or on their phone. With all the other options around, this won't be one. Play city was much cleaner, more activities, and didn't nickel and dime us.

Place opens up at 10. But didn't actually open till 10:20. Then when everyone got inside all the machines to take care payment were down and we needed to wait for it to reboot. I want to preference this review by saying in the past 2 years I have NEVER written a 1 star review. So this was hard for me to do, but I need to be true. The food wasn't that good. But you don't expect much from a place that doesn't understand time management, because it seemed as if the pizza was undercooked. Lastly the vibe of the place was terrible. I saw Chucky make a child cry, and that's when I realized this isn't the location I'd ever be visiting again. OH and the trampoline room we asked to be open multiple times never was open even though every time they said they would.

This location is great. It's clean and well maintained. The service is great and did I say it was clean. That's the main reason why I keep visiting this location. Customer Service excellent. Love their pizza, chocolate cake and wings. Yummy!

This location is right off the freeway and very accessible. It's clean and the staff are friendly. Food is made fresh and beer is ice cold! The only problem is that half of their games are always out of order. The picture machines don't print out pictures and tables are not available as they are deemed unsafe. Still a fun place to take kids though. AC on full blast is always a plus.

One happy birthday boy who celebrated turning 4 at Chuck E. Cheese. Pizza and chocolate chip cookie was amazing.

We hosted my sons birthday tonight and everything was amazing ! The manager and host staff was so helpful! They made sure it was smooth and constantly checked up on me. Can't wait to host here again.

It was nice to see chucks though!

Not sure why I pay for my son to play in the trampoline zone when all the other kids don't have to pay.

A huge shoutout to Michele, our party planner, who was incredibly communicative, organized, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and seamless, and truly helped create such a special, memorable day for my daughter and her friends. The setup and decor were beautiful, and everything was ready to go when we arrived, which made a big difference when hosting a group of excited kids! The space itself is amazing, with so many engaging, hands-on activities for a wide range of ages (definitely up to around 10). The kids were entertained the entire time. Even better, so many of the parents were raving about the experience and how much their kids loved it, which says a lot. Highly recommend hosting a party here if you're looking for something fun, interactive, and well-organized. We had the best time!

The play area was exceptionally crowded, and my toddler who had just turned 2 at the time had a hard time navigating around the older, bigger kids. The age range felt a little questionable to me. At other play places we frequent, the kids tend to be closer in age, but that wasn't the case here. My son was knocked around a few times by bigger children, and the environment became very overstimulating. We ended up leaving early because of the chaos and my son not able to properly use anything... nearly all of the fruit and vegetable toys from the market area had been scattered throughout the play space, leaving the market and kitchen section where many of the younger kids were gathered mostly empty. Overall, it just didn't feel like the right fit for us. We decided to give Kids and Coffee another try this past Wednesday, thinking it might be a better experience without a birthday party happening... and it was! We paid for two hours, stayed about an hour and a half, and my son had a great time. One thing I really appreciate about Kids and Coffee is that their café is nut and peanut free, which is especially important for families like ours dealing with multiple food allergies. That peace of mind was honestly the main reason I wanted to give the space another chance. We were even considering adding Kids and Coffee into our regular rotation since it's closer to us than some of the other play places we enjoy. Unfortunately, after our visit, my son became extremely sick most likely with norovirus. I completely understand that illnesses can happen anywhere kids gather, and I don't blame the business for that. However, during our entire visit, I didn't see any employees actively present in the play area. Parents, myself included, were gathering and returning the pretend produce to the market area, but none of the toys appeared to be wiped down or sanitized. At other play places, such as Tiny Tiger, there always seems to be staff actively cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. Because we have been to so many play places now with great experiences and have not come home with an illness from any other we will just be sticking to our regular spots moving forward. I think sanitation still needs a little work at this location or perhaps even someone checking temperatures at the door like other places All in all, we unfortunately won't be returning.

They had a blast playing games and enjoying some friendly competitions. We picked Birthday Package which included pizza, drinks and dessert. There is a back party room has two tables and fits comfortably around 10 to 12 kids. I especially liked the large glass observation window, which allowed us to watch the kids while they played. Each game lasts about 18 minutes, providing a nice rhythm for the kids to cycle back to the room for snacks and drinks. However, I do have a few suggestions regarding the birthday experience and food policies. First, we were disappointed to learn we couldn't bring our own cake. My daughter was quite let down, as the provided cupcakes didn't feel quite right for a milestone 10th birthday. We were also informed that if we wanted to bring any extra food or treats, they had to be individually wrapped, which is very limiting. Additionally, our host was not very engaging. They simply explained how the room and games worked, making the experience feel a bit transactional rather than celebratory. Despite these minor issues, it was a great party overall. The kids had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back to play again.
