For a bout of nostalgia, I came with my young kiddos to check out the Chuck E. Cheese I used to go to as a kid. Overall, it was a great experience - the trampoline adventure park, while pricy, was a nice change from the ball pit when I was a kid. And while my kids were too young gor many of the arcade games, there was a random selection of games suitable for all ages. Keep an eye on coupons for sure as they definitely help with managing costs (we spent what I considered a reasonable amount for all access + pizza because of their online specials). Only major issue we had was how long it took for staff to do anything. However, we gave them the benefit of the doubt given they seemed somewhat short staffed during the holidays. read more

Absolute DUMP. Id say roughly 4/10 of every game did not work. If you include games that have damage to them or have issues with the instruments used to play them or ticket errors, youre probably closer to 6/10. There's barely anything to play in the fieat place, this has to be the smallest, worst selection of junkiest games of any Chuck e. Cheese I've ever seen. $100 dollars for 2 kids for a couple hours is CRAZY already, then on top of it half the games didn't work? That's just pathetic and sick. Also witnessed someone lose their kid while I was there and they told the staff and the staff did absolutely nothing to help or check or anything. I would've asked for my money back but it took a few minutes just to realize how many games were broken then I decided it was best to just leave and never come back, while telling everyone I knew about how lousy the place is maintained and what it costs. read more

I decided to bring the four children here on a Friday that so happened to be on a Parent/teacher day off. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and caring attitude of the employees. There weren't many people there, being it a Friday afternoon on a school day. Maybe COVID-19 also spooked people away? At any rate, it was our Playland. As usually, I had my children patiently wait for food first prior to playing any games. I used a $27.99 coupon which included a large one topping pizza, one salad bar, and three drinks. This worked perfectly for all of us. I had also used a $20 coupon for 100 points. I was initially confused about their point system, but apparently 100 points is essentially 100 tokens. Not bad, really. I was even able to split the 100 onto 3 separate card accounts for my three game players. All but two games functioned amazingly. When a game didn't spit out any tickets, staff arrived in a heartbeat. There were only two games(one being the Simpsons pinball) that had this issue and the staff promptly took care of it, even throwing in an extra token or two. The pizza was soo greasy, but this is a children's establishment so I know children don't mind. The salad bar was meh, as per usual. The strawberries and grapes were either super old and wilted or totally white and bruised from sitting out too long. It's Chuck E Cheese, though. I had my fill and my 9 month old was able to nosh on a couple items so that was all that mattered. It was a decent 2.5 hours for $50. It tired the children out and reminded them that I love them. We do not come here too often, but I would have to say the experience was worth it. read more

This was one of the best locations we've been to. Everyone was very attentive and Debbie in particular. She helped us with a lot and made sure everyone had a turn with taking pics. When I visited, this place was one of the best Chuck E. Cheese's I had been to. The main appeal for me was seeing the 3.5 Stage they had with an Animatronic, but more about that later. I didn't try the pizza at this location so I cannot comment on that but the other aspects were great! When I asked this really nice teenage girl if could turn on the Animatronic (when they had it) so that it would move besides blinking, she happily went backstage. I forgot that all Studio C bots weren't being supported anymore though so she came back empty-handed. My mistake on that one. I appreciate the effort she put into turning the Animatronic on... she really did try! I commend her for that. I also saw her give a kid 1000 tickets when they said it was their birthday. Unfortunately, the store now has 2.0 and the Animatronic has been replaced with a dance floor (which they already had a miniature version of before 2.0 so I don't know why they took the Animatronic away) and a gigantic screen. That's really the only complaint I have. What's crazy is that the stage had been there since 1981. The store was originally a Showbiz Pizza with Billy Bob and the Rock-afire Explosion until the merge happened and then in 2020, the full band was removed and replaced with the 16-movement Studio C bot. In June or July 2023, the store got 2.0 and the stage was removed after over 40 years of service. Employees state that the bot was actually used for parts but that could just be something the employees are told to say to the customers. It wouldn't be the only time it's happened. (The West Des Moines, Iowa employees were told to tell customers who asked about the Animatronics that they were "put into a museum" when they were actually destroyed.) They could have put the screens on the left and right of the Animatronic or put the screen on another wall (like the Northridge, California location) but they removed the Animatronic entirely along with some rare art. They used to have a huge token you rub for good luck (which I really liked) when you exit but that's also sadly been removed. As far as games go, they had some good ones (they might still be there, but I have no idea) like The Simpsons: Kooky Carnival, Trolls, (it's like Zombie Snatcher or Tower of Tickets) and... that's actually all I can think of right now. Overall, a great location but I just wish they didn't remove the Animatronic. read more

We live about 30 minutes away (sometimes 45 w/traffic) and it is well worth the drive! We visited here yesterday for some fun and they did not let us down. Pizza was great, also! My family and I had a great time at this location. Joyce, the manager, was the first person we met as we entered. She was very friendly and explained how things have changed since COVID. She followed up with us several times to see how our experience was. I witnessed several employees wiping down machines and fixing others that were out of order. You can tell that Joyce takes great pride in the location she runs. We will definitely being going back to this location in the future and would absolutely recommend this location to everyone else. read more

I would give this location a 5 but the food here always makes me sick soo only a 4. This location no longer does tokens, they have a pass card that you load money onto for games. Each game is still 1 point aka 1 token. There is a photo booth that is 2 points but its worth it because the picture is of good quality and on actual photo paper. There is a whole new selection of games and I'm very pleased with the update. Some families are kind of rude, many do not watch their kids or will let their kids CLIMB onto the games and i have never seen an employee say anything to them. I know kids want to "win" the games and get a lot of tickets but a toddler climbing onto the basketball game with an obvious soiled diaper is gross and so unsanitary- so i dont necrssarily blame the establishment for the actions of parents. All in all this upgrade has been awesome. The new games are amazing and makes this place seem much bigger with more room. Also- for those who still have old tokens , you are able to put it in the machine and use them for credit for points on your pass card!! read more

WOW what a surprisingly different atmosphere!!!!!! This was my first time to this location and it was GREAT. We got there as soon as they opened while all the party room kids were getting there, which was ok. As soon as we walked in the we noticed the place looked CLEAN! The games didn't have "Out of Order" signs all over them as I have had that experience at different locations. We picked our table near the windows around a few games we thought our 4 year old would enjoy. I ordered our pizza, salad and drinks (with our coupon that came with 100 tokens, just the right amount for him to use). We played EVERYTHING!!! The team members were super nice, no attitudes, no dirty looks, no annoyed faces, no negative anything! Chuck E. came out twice while I was there. My son missed him the first time but the second time ran up and gave him a five, made his day, since that was right before we were about to leave. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child. Today my husband and myself decided to have a little family fun day with our toddler. My husband and myself were absolutely blown away by our experience at this establishment. The manager, Joyce, was beyond helpful and very sweet. She helped us pick out the best package for our toddlers first experience, and she even went above and beyond by giving us a walk through of the establishment. Joyce also took the time and care to check on us during our visit, definitely made our experience a memorable one. Prior to coming to this establishment, I checked out ratings and I wasn't disappointed at all. Definitely worth the drive for the best possible experience, will be coming back for sure. read more

We recently had my son's birthday party here, and to be honest, I was not into the idea at first. I am not the kind of person who likes to give up control of any situation but having someone else take care of all the work for me is a nice change. There was a little confusion when we first got here. Our server didn't know that we were here so we had to wait a few minutes for drinks. It was probably just me being a little neurotic, but managers came right out once they heard there was a problem and made sure everyone was happy, and that made me happy. The food was pretty good, but very expensive. As this was a party, I didn't care. I actually ended up spending more on beer than food. For a loud, hectic place like this beer is a necessity and 3.99 is totally worth it. The little birthday show they put on is entertaining and the kids seemed to enjoy it. The best part though was seeing my son in the ticket blaster. I would definitely have a party here again. I've been coming here since 1993. This is no longer the same place. It has changed several times, this time for the worst. After 2 years of not visiting I decided to bring my 4 kids in. After 30 mins my 2 teenagers wanted to leave. They said it's emptier and the "big" virtual rollercoaster is gone. This place used to be fun for adults and kids, now it's only for "elementary" kids. Gone is the "climb n play" section where the kids take there shoes off and climb in, no more Pin ball, no more After Burner arcade, the ball toss has been reduced to 4 instead of I think 8, no more merry go round. No more big truck that tilts. Why don't you remove the hockey table while your at it? How hard is it to bring back at least 3 arcades, one of them being Pac-Man? So sad to see the place look like this smh. read more

We came for a kids birthday with my niece. Play area is small and a bit cramped in areas. Pizza was actually decent. Not a big selection of ticket games and hard to get tickets. Ticket counters were broken and low to the ground so adults gotta bend over or kneel to feed tickets. Workers were all very nice. read more

Very disappointed.. When we first arrived we were told machines not working yet and chuck e was still sleeping. Machines were up and running quickly The band was struggling to play ( why even turn them on ) Grandson really wanted to see them play and also see Chuck e However when he finally showed up he walked quickly thru the crowd of kids not giving any attn to anyone.. Finally stopped to sing and dance with kids than poof gone again.. No high fives or anything.. Why give us a number for food when it just sits in the window for us to figure it's our order.. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because some of the games were broken. Great service, very clean. Food was fresh and delivered in 15 minutes. Pizza has a garlic butter on crust, very good. It's safe environment for a mom and her kids. We had fun. Manager Jesse was very friendly and redeemed our coupons after the fact because we forgot we had them. Bathrooms clean. We only had 2 kids but in order to book the party room, we had to pay for 4 kids - but 30 play points, drinks and pizza for 4 were included in this party package. Still a good deal. We also got 4 more pizza's, cake and dessert pizza as well. My kids had a great time. T.K. was our party host and she was great! We had to come for a birthday party and this location is okay. It's smaller than the one in Lombard. My daughter had fun though, she was able to get a good amount of tickets to get little knick knacks at the ticket counter. The staff was friendly, it would have been nice to offer the kids some antibacterial soap prior to having them sit down and eat after playing all of those games like other venues do. All in all, it's a Chuck E Cheese, nothing can really go wrong here and your kids will always have a good time before they leave. Bring the antibacterial soap with you though, the dispensers are kind of located in inconspicuous places and not out in the open. read more

It's exactly what you would expect out of a Chuck E Cheese... crowded, full of excited and screaming kids, and mediocre pizza. My in-laws wanted to treat out their grandchildren for their birthday, so we went here. My kids had a good time, which is all I could really ask for. Pizza took EXTREMELY long to get here, like over 30 minutes... but it was a Sunday and the place was packed with lots of birthday parties going on. Another gripe is that they only had 2 working ticket counter machines, and there were lines of kids wanting to cash in their tickets! Please add more counting machines! read more

On my cigarette break while working at Sears Outlet I stopped in to play some ski bawl and meet some children. It was a good time, I ended up hanging with a family who's son was turning 7. We chatted a while and had some free beer from the party which was cool. I chatted with the tipsy parents for a while then got a few games of skee baal in. I got a good score and got 2 bawlz in the fifty hole. I hung out with a kid named Michael for a while and gave him money to play the zombie shooter game. I was having so much fun with Michael I almost forgot to go back to work. I ended up clocking in 1 minute late but it was worth it. We had my sons 4th birthday party here yesterday. Everything went smooth and a great time was had by all. We had the party early and it was a holiday weekend, so my son was the only birthday kid and there were only a few other customers. All the kids had a blast, many of them had never been to a Chuck E Cheese before. The parents all enjoyed the food - we had pizza, cheesey bread, and a veggie tray for the adults, and the food is better than you would expect for a place where the food is not meant to be the main attraction. All the games were working, everything seemed clean, and we felt very well attended to by all the employees and both managers checked in and introduced themselves. Our party hostess, Katie, was absolutely amazing, kept us well informed and made sure everything was going well. I'd recommend this as a party spot to everyone. read more

Why am I Yepling Chuck E Cheese's? Because, I had a great time at my nephews party. I was 5yr old again. This location is very clean and tidy.
