Kids had a great time! We stayed for hours. Plus the massage chair for adults was excellent.

They ran around and enjoyed the park, but I noticed they started getting bored soon after. I noticed the teenagers stayed on the basketball court. Technically, outside food isn't allowed. However, the agent did let me bring in a small Gatorade. Overall, it's a great place for small birthday parties or burning the kids out on a random Saturday. I just wish there were more variety.

She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways.

Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

She also emailed several times. Neither her phone calls nor emails were ever returned. She then went in person and just indicated that she would like to cancel the party due to the poor customer service and frustration of the events that occurred and was told that the deposit was non refundable. I then called the location upon her return and actually got someone to pick up the phone. I asked to speak with the manager and the nice associate the I was speaking to indicated to me that the manager was on the phone with another location. I asked for the manager's name, and was told that he could not divulge that information. I just need a first name, not first, middle initial, last name, address, and SSN. I found that request not being met to be fairly odd, though in line with a manager that would not return phone calls or emails. I was given an email of guestservices@altitudelombard.com, which I have emailed and asked for a call back to discuss the deposit. I was told that would go directly to the manager, but I won't be holding my breath for a response, given the level of service we have received so far.

There were quite a few birthday party's happening. The place is run by teenagers. So it's pretty lax. 3 stars because: - You can only buy/order hot food if you're having a party. - You have to buy/wear their socks (as opposed to bringing in your sticky socks). - The establishment wasn't dirty, but it felt less than clean. Overall, not a negative experience. I'm sure my kids will want to go back. Pro-Tip: If you can see yourself visiting more than often, be sure to save your socks. They're $3 a person.

My sister recently hosted a birthday party at Get Air, and unfortunately, the experience was…read moredisappointing due to several issues that need attention. The biggest concern was the temperature in the party room. We had more than 40 guests in the room, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was only one fan available, and when we asked if another fan could be provided, we were told that the additional fan was reserved for guests using the massage chairs. Given that the party room was packed with over 40 people, it seemed like a much greater need existed there than in the massage chair area. The heat became so unbearable that several guests went to their vehicles to retrieve battery-operated fans just to stay comfortable. One family even left the party early because of the conditions. It was clear that the room's ventilation or air conditioning was not adequate for the number of people using the space. Installing blinds on the large window may help reduce heat from the sun, but the HVAC system should also be evaluated to ensure the room remains comfortable for party guests. Another issue involved cleanliness and customer service. One of our party guests became sick and vomited. When the employee who appeared to be the supervisor on duty was informed, his response was disappointing. He appeared irritated and stated that he had another party to attend to and would get to the cleanup later. This was not an appropriate response to a situation involving guest health and sanitation. Based on this experience, I believe this location would benefit from: Additional staffing to properly support multiple parties at the same time. Improved customer service training for employees. An inspection of the HVAC system in the first party room to address the excessive heat. Additional cooling solutions, such as fans and window blinds, to keep guests comfortable. While the children enjoyed the attractions, the overall party experience was negatively impacted by the uncomfortable conditions and lack of responsive customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.
