We like this playland. It's located in the Yorktown mall. We can shop for a bit and then come play.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

Really fun place for the kids to run around and get their energy out. Our kids are three and five…read moreand they had a blast.

We have hosted two birthday parties at Kids Empire and both experiences were pleasant. Each of our…read moreparties had +20 adults and +20 children with ages ranging from 1 to 11 years old. Be sure to sign your waivers in advance and even then, check-in could take a few minutes. We booked the kids meal birthday party package which is a bit pricey but it includes a sufficient amount of pizza, gummy candy, and drinks. The package includes a $30 birthday cake but it can be removed and the amount will be deducted. For both of our parties we have opted to keep the cake and it was huge hit among the kids. The package allows outside food. We selected the morning time slot and I made several trays of baked goods so that everyone can have a small breakfast before pizza and cake were served. With our package, we had three hours of dedicated tables and unlimited park access. Three hours for the tables is fairly generous considering how most establishments only provide two hours and some provide a meager of 45 minutes. Unlimited park access is always a top priority for us because we want to make sure all of the children can enjoy the party to the fullest extent. Our girls stayed for nearly five hours. Last but not least, our package also came with a Kids Empire goodie bag per child and a return pass that is valid at different locations for the birthday child. I am sure our girls will be thrilled to make another return!

This is a great kids' play place and an amazing value for families. The price is extremely…read morereasonable at about $22 for one child, and my wife and I were able to come in free, which makes it even better. My son was able to stay entertained for 2-3 hours easily, so you really get your money's worth. The only downside is that they don't offer any hot food, but they do have some snacks like chips and drinks available if you need a quick bite. Overall, for the price and the amount of fun my child had, this place is definitely worth it.

Just came for the first time on Friday and we were very impressed! The whole set-up is awesome. You…read morecan eat, grab a coffee, work on your laptop, and watch your kid play. It really is a cool experience. We didn't eat so can't say anything about the food but my 2 year old had a great time! I noticed that they had some really unique toys that I had never seen before- not just Amazon bought toys or big brand named items. For example, they had a doona-looking stroller for baby dolls. It was adorable. The whole atmosphere and vibe were on point; I loved it! We already made plans to go for a second time on Wednesday!

It was perfect for our 15 mo. There was plenty of seating and tables for parents, plus a designated area for parties, which is a nice touch. They also have a solid menu with coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, and options for kids. I only tried the coffee which was good, and the food looked great from what I saw. They do require kids to wear grippy socks. We didn't come prepared, but they had them available for just $1.99. I did notice a few kids without them, so it doesn't seem heavily enforced. Also, parents will need to remove their shoes. One of the best parts was that there's no time limit on play, and they allow in-and-out access, which makes it really easy if you're juggling errands or a toddler's schedule. Overall, such a great find and definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.
