The area is bright, clean and inviting, with plenty of space for adults to relax while the children explore. I love that I can see my daughter from any angle of the seating area. Solid European song selection as well, I can't even tell you how peaceful it was to not have to listen to children's music for two hours. But the staff in the front/lobby area were super helpful to direct us to the right place. There is a lot for a child to explore inside and perfect for ages 3-7, I'd say. Some of the slides are VERY FAST. So be aware of that if you have really little ones climbing up. The graphics of the waterfall and lazy river is a cute touch! I wasn't SUPER thrilled to see the gritty sand and water (am I just super OCD or are there actually parents out there that see that at a playground they drove to that says "oh yay! Water and messy sand!"). Oh and the death trap tight rope was also a "yikes" reaction, but my kids stayed away from it, so no biggie. It was fun. I wasn't bothered by the one hour time limit (although, I don't even know if they actually kick people out because we left a little after 11am and I didn't see them trying to clear the area). But.... We have been their Mount Prospect location, but the Hoffman Estates one operates a little differently: store-logo grip socks are required to purchase for children ($1.99/pair, as of 06/13/2026). Adults are required to wear socks and adult-size socks are available for purchase if you need a pair. Otherwise, things are business as usual. My partner and I bought our two boys and got the siblings discount (regular admission: $19.99, sibling discount: $17.99, as of 06/13/2026). First of all, before I wanted to mention how much fun our munchkins had, the iced cold brew hit the spot! That was exactly what I needed. Then it was time to order some food, their cheesy and prosciutto/arugula Flatbread were the carbs I needed to overcome the buzz of iced cold brew. Our kids and my partner devoured these quickly and efficiently as well. We were there for solid three hours or so and our kids play every station, from mini rock climbing to musical/metal/transparent slides. They briefly mingled in the baby area and realized that that space was reserved for toddlar under 36 months. With that said, my young could have stayed yet he wanted to chase his bro...lol. The environment was clean. There was a birthday party going on but I didn't bother us the unrelated patrons at all. There are all sorts of levels and classes here, for kids from 18 months to 9 years old. My daughter is encouraged and loves playing the games associated with teamwork, listening, and, of course, soccer skills. And she completely runs out all of her energy by the end of class. One class they only used the soccer balls 5 of 50 minutes!! 6) class distinctions mean nothing anymore...they lump all ages and skill levels. One class had 3 year olds with 8 year olds. Just dangerous! 7) coaches never correct misbehavior even if they are endangering themselves or others 8) owners kid wanders around saying mean things to all the participants 9) facility and equipment are not being maintained 10) need any more reasons to run screaming from this place???
