The absolute worst when trying to plan a birthday party. You're best off going elsewhere to avoid the Frustration and lack of giving a shit.

This is such a gem for the 2-7 age range! It was $15 for a 4 year old and 1 year old. We spent 2 hours here and got to try every ride and have lunch. It's small so 2 hours was perfect. Our 4 year old rode the carousel, flying pirate ship, train, Giant slide, water boats and rock climbing wall (with harnesses). There is a big play lot that is really fun too. Concession options were good - pizza, chicken tenders, corn dog, hot dog, fries, ice cream. No juice boxes. Clean bathrooms and water fountain. Lots of tables in the shade to eat. The ride operators were extra special nice to the kids. One stopped to help our kid with her shoe at the top of the slide and one put towels on the seat of the ride so it wasn't too hot from the sun. We left happy!

I believe the hours listed on Yelp are incorrect. I am a…read moresummer camp counselor and we brought our five year olds here for the day. They had a wonderful time and loved it! From the perspective of a caretaker I had some concerns. There were inconsistencies at the rock climbing wall. We had one student (a very small one) who was allowed to go the first time he went, denied the second time, and allowed the third time. Different workers were there each time and eligibility to go on the wall is supposed to be based on weight. The workers at the wall were not very helpful to the kids with getting their harnesses on, nor did they monitor the kids as they climbed, leading to two kids getting tangled as they came down. There were other instances of workers not setting timers for rides like the boats and bounce house, even though there were long rides for both. Overall the kids loved it, rides were age-appropriate and lines went quickly.

What a great spot in the suburbs! I had no clue this was here until recently. Hidden in the…read morePavilion Community Center is an indoor play space, and even more wonderfully is a beautiful carousel. My daughter LOVES them so I surprised her with a visit here. She enjoyed playing at the indoor playground and I really appreciated that in addition to the large climbing and play maze they had a couple of small play structures for the littler kids. My own kid was just the right size that she could play pretty safely on both. The carousel was, of course, the piece de resistance. It is really beautiful. There are about a dozen and a half horses (zebra included) and a swan chariot for when you want to sit (and, since we did over a dozen rides, I did need to sit since I was so dizzy!). My only complaint is that there are no restraints on the horses. The other carousels we've been on have some sort of strap to wrap around, but not here. The carousel doesn't move at lightening speed of course but some added safety measure besides just me holding her on the horse would put me at ease. The place is available for rent, which is cool. For individual, single-day entry, it's only $6 which is one of the best bargains in the suburbs tbh. That's for unlimited rides. The worst part is the hours! They're only open Monday through Friday from 10-2, so that really limits the times we'll be able to visit unless I use PTO to come by. I've heard that they're doing some renovations or something though so who knows, perhaps it'll grow in popularity and they'll increase their hours.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

My understanding was we were allowed to stay for one hour, and it was well worth the nominal admission fee! It had all the best components of a park, with lots of attention being focused on exploration and discovery. I did not see any swings, but there was plenty to climb on and signs posted everywhere encouraging the parents to not be helicopter parents... to let their child explore and try to problems solve on their own. There was a man-made creek running through one edge of the park and half the children were in bathing suits and had shovels and buckets with them. My grandkids declared it the best park they've ever visited! The playground is attached to a large piece of land that has tons of walking paths and picnic areas along with nice bathrooms and an educational nature center! It would be very easy to spend the better part of a day here!

We love playing at Kids Art & Cafe!!!!! Spent the whole afternoon playing today (even worked :-)…read more-WI-FI available). Walking in we were greeted with a big smile by the owner and another staff member. The owner is such a nice and caring woman. She made me feel so welcomed. I really like the little extra effort in making a customer welcomed and comfortable. They recently did a few updates and replaced the carpet, new stylish comfy chairs, painted the walls and added cute decorations on walls and ceiling as well. I thought they did a really nice job with freshing up the place. I was able to bring my laptop and work while my daughter played. The tables are set up perfectly where you can see your child at all times. We ordered some lunch and delicious shakes for dessert. They have a good selection of sandwiches, paninis, pizza and also hot dogs. Coffee, cappuccino or latte for a little pick me up. Belgian waffles are also on the menu and are delicious. Service is very friendly and attentive. Being there for 5 hours playing and working the staff member cleaned/disinfected bathrooms and play area at least 3 times and also put toys back in their place as well so it's nice and neat for the kids to play. I don't know if I could have the patience for the constant toy clean up but the young lady did it with a smile and often hummed a song during the clean up. I loved seeing the positive attitude!!! Shows how much they enjoy their workplace and that they are treated well by the employer. Even after 5 hours of play time my daughter didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend Kids Art & Cafe. We always have a nice time and look forward to coming back again soon.
