There are a lot of kids of all sizes, so be patient if they come to your lane or don't know bowling etiquette. This is a family kids friendly place. The shoes are Velcro and wide, so they were loose on me and the Velcro would always come undone. There are cubbies underneath the seats to put your shoes under. Our waiter was great and we had ordered alcoholic drinks and pizzas. The cauliflower crust don't come in large, so we got small individual size to share. The hot honey flatbread is like the size of 2 small individual pizzas. Pizza and the fries were decently good. Also had the chicken nachos, which I wouldn't recommend to get. The sauce was pretty salty and the diced chicken weren't that great. Place has arcade, rope course, laser tag, pool tables, and more. Lots of birthday parties being held so lots and lots of kids.

Though there are a few options out there for multi-experience venue's, I was pretty impressed with my first visit to Bowlero. Upon entering, we quickly got set up with shoes and a lane for the evening's bowling festivities. We were a group of 6 for a work event. Some call it "team building". I call it getting out and having some drinks, food and fun. I guess their both correct, but my sounds more awesomer. (--- It's a word!) As we waited for the rest of our group to arrive, we walked over to the bar and ordered a couple of drinks. Easy enough. Once we were all there, we saddled up with some sweet clown shoes, grabbed our balls tightly and let it fly! We played 2 games in total. With 6 people, that took roughly 90 minutes or so. There is a very handy touch screen POS system at each lane. We were able to order food and drinks throughout our games. There was one downside to the POS for ordering. Unless we were doing it incorrectly, we needed to order and invoice each individual order. By the end of the night, we had about 5 individual receipts to tally up for expenses. I'm not certain if there is a way to keep a card or tab open, but we did not readily figure out how. We did have chicken nachos and wings (ordered traditional, got boneless). Both were as good as expected. Would I go back? Totally. Whether you're going as a couple or larger group, Bowlero has a lot to offer. So, apparently, a good deal, 100 tokens for $20. So, we split the tokens 50/50. I was shocked when my child was frustrated because a ticket based arcade did not work, and we realized it required 4 tokens! The number of machines that required 4 tokens seemed to be in the majority. Most places we have been to, the higher token machines were typically the race car driving machines, where machines that give tickets typically range in the 1-2 token family group. Now, I saw that someone mentioned that the arcade accepted 1-4 tokens, I did not find (on 4/25/2025 any that accepted only 1 token. Not saying that they were not there... I just did not find them. I did find a few that accepted 2 tokens or 3 tokens though. They do have some sort of bowling game that required 8 tokens in the back corner. While we were there yesterday, on a Saturday afternoon, it was really quite empty, we did not see anyone working the concession area at all. Thankfully, we brought water bottles. While there I did see a frustrated parent who paid $14 (children 3 and under rate), because the bounce houses were geared toward that age group. Overall - over priced.

You prepay for your food, seat yourself, and then servers wander around aimlessly checking table receipts with no real system or direction. They're clearly in need of table tracker devices or better organization. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing that kept this from being an even harsher review was Mathew, who was genuinely kind and tried to help. Without him, my experience would have been much worse.
