Extremely disappointed with this location, our first time here and Half of the machines don't work Our food takes forever and then they give us this joke of a meal Definitely not coming back to this location They lack in toddler friendly games and the ones that are here, are our of service Waste of time and money

Gluten-free Pizza. It's in a sealed bag and comes with a sealed pizza cutter to ensure no cross contamination. Very considerate!

This is a location that, for me, fluctuates from 3 to 4 stars every other time I'm here. I'm calling it 4 stars, to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the service has been inconsistent over the dozens of times we've been here so call it rounding up from 3.5. In the past, we've celebrated my son's birthday here and it was excellent. The party hosts really took care of everything from the food, to the cake and even preparing the birthday celebrants for Chuck to come out and sing with them. We found the attention to be very accommodating, and we were able to spend more time with our guests. On occasion, the service has been poor, with some employees struggling to maintain some semblance of interest or energy. This last time we were here to celebrate the end of the school year. For sure this time, the management was overly accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the afternoon buffet, and they provided us with gluten-free pizzas, though not a standard. We were even offered more mid-meal! That's what I call service! The games and entertainment were still appropriate for my 6, and 2 year old, so we were able to get an hour and a half of solid engagement. The standard thin crust pizzas are excellent (crunchy with a tart sauce and loads of cheese), a guilty pleasure of mine. The gluten-free option is also pretty good, but it definitely lacks the crispness of traditional crust. We'll continue to come back, but only when the kids ask. :)

Needed to keep the kids busy and work off pal that energy they have. Chuck e cheese is def one of the place we take my niece and nephew. We ordered cheese pizza, veggie and cheese w olives. It jas been a while since I've been there since my daughter is now going to be 22. It hasn't changed much. Pizza is just ok. Salad bar wasn't all that fresh. We also ordered the sampler. The garlic cheese bread is good. The Bbq boneless chicken is just ok but I wouldn't order it again. However, the activities and games kept them really busy. The prices for the tickets compiled towards the end I think is a rip-off but the kids seem to enjoy it. The person portraying as Chuck E Cheese needs to be a not more enthusiastic and motivate the kids the dance more. Don't get me wrong my niece and nephew def enjoyed them. Overall, I'd def bring them back but will not eat unless I really have to.

We ordered some calamari and chicken wings to start, and both were delicious! Then we ordered two deep-dish pizzas: Mama Primavera, which came with spinach, mushrooms, tomato, green peppers, garlic, and onion. Also got the Papa one which comes with sausage, mushroom, onion, green peppers, pepperoni, and bacon. So between the two mama is like a vegetarian style and Papa's has meat. The sizes are huge and we probably should have ordered a smaller size. Next time! Overall it was tasty and I would come back!

Being right in downtown Crystal Lake just adds to the character and charm. Their deep dish pizza is outstanding. I'd argue it's one of the best deep dishes I've ever had. Just a heads up...give yourself some time. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour for a deep dish, but it's absolutely worth the wait. The staff is always friendly, and the whole experience just feels like a classic local favorite done right. If you're in Crystal Lake and craving pizza, this is the spot.

This is a nice cozy spot with New York style thin crust being the main draw here. They serve more than just pizza but trust me you come here for the pizza. They have slices up front that are put into an oven right upfront as well before serving ensuring a crispy and warm slice. We got a 14 inch cheese pie and got it well done. We didn't even get to eat it at home because we ate it on the way home because we were that excited to eat it! You can expect a light airy crispy slice with a good sauce to cheese ratio as well. This pizza rocks and I recommend it to everyone who comes through this area. I come from a restaurant background that includes management so I was rather impressed by something I saw in there while I was waiting. Every single kid that was in there was working and very attentive to their individual tasks at hand, not a single person just going through the motions or standing around . These kids/employees are coached very very well and it really shows up in the product and their attention to detail. Please come here if you value good pizza and great service!!

If you're planning to dine in, make sure you give yourself plenty of time. The line for a table can get long, but the staff works incredibly hard to seat everyone as quickly as possible. I had a long commute home, so I left it uncut. It smelled so good, I wish I could have had a piece in the ride home. When we finally made it home after his long bus ride, I cut it and heated up a few slices at 250 in the oven. It was delicious....it would certainly be better fresh. Super crispy crust, sweet sauce without the typical tomato chunks like Lou's would be. Excellent cheese pulls and really flavorful when all the notes are combined. (About $23) The signage is not the best at night, so know it's attached to a meat store, deli like. Once I figure it out I went in to wait. The place was packed at 7:30 on a Wednesday. The bar is in the center left, with the to go pick up at one side. The tables flank all 180 degrees of the bar. Lots of people. Worth the hype, excited for the next 3.5 years of my son playing Cary Grove so we can try the Uncle Jerry's hot pepperoni pizza and the spinach as well. Check them out!
