We worked closely with Peter and Pat and they were both friendly, accommodating and readily available for any questions, concerns, etc. The entire Concorde staff is extremely kind and they nailed it with our wedding vision. Service throughout our wedding was phenomenal. Food and drinks were constant and dirty dishes/glasses were taken away quickly. This venue is gorgeous and I'm so happy we chose it for our special day.

The food was excellent, and I want to give credit to the kitchen because everything we tasted was delicious. Unfortunately, many guests never had the opportunity to fully enjoy it. Throughout the evening, I witnessed staff removing plates while guests were still eating or had only stepped away from the table for a few minutes. Many guests later shared that they left the reception hungry because their meals had been cleared before they were finished. It was disappointing to see such wonderful food go to waste simply because people were not given the chance to eat it. I also noticed that some staff members were abrupt and came across as unfriendly when guests asked questions or requested assistance. A wedding should feel warm and welcoming, and unfortunately that was not the impression many of us were left with. What saddened me the most was learning that after the wedding the family contacted the venue privately to discuss these concerns respectfully, hoping only for acknowledgment and accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, the response was largely defensive, and after a follow-up email there was no further communication from management. Not only was there nothing in stock such as hot food but it looked like a zoo of animals came in and tore up the place and left the it in shambles with wrappers, popcorn, cups, and everything in disarray. I attended the movie with my family, including my child, hoping to enjoy a fun evening together. We were seated in Row K, seats K14, K15, and K16. Directly behind us, in Row L (approximately seats L10-L17), was a group of teenage boys whose behavior completely ruined our experience. For nearly the entire movie, they were loud, disruptive, and disrespectful. They continuously talked over the dialogue, shouted, whistled, and made inappropriate comments throughout the film. They repeatedly used racial slurs and excessive profanity, including the N-word, F-word, B-word, and C-word. During the scene where Spider-Man kissed MJ, they made loud, vulgar comments that were entirely inappropriate, especially in a theater where families and children were present. Multiple guests, including my family, reported their behavior to theater staff. Despite numerous complaints from several parties, it took nearly two hours for an employee to enter the auditorium. Unfortunately, as soon as the boys noticed staff entering, they immediately became quiet. I had to personally point them out because I was so frustrated that their behavior had gone unaddressed for so long. It was not until the final 30 minutes of the movie that we were finally able to watch in relative peace. By then, however, the experience had already been ruined. We had spent over two hours listening to constant talking, shouting, profanity, and disruptions, making it difficult to even hear or follow the movie. What concerns me just as much as the behavior of these patrons was the lack of urgency shown by your staff. The group was reportedly warned twice, yet meaningful action was never taken until the movie was essentially over. They were only told they would be removed if they continued, but by that point the film was already ending and the credits were beginning. This response was far too late to protect the experience of the paying guests. I am appalled by the lack of timely intervention and the failure to maintain a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment. As paying customers, we expected staff to address this behavior promptly, especially after receiving multiple complaints. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and unless significant improvements are made to how disruptive behavior is handled, I do not plan to return to this theater. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, review what occurred, and consider how situations like this can be handled much more effectively in the future. Additionally, I believe a refund or appropriate compensation is warranted, as we did not receive the movie experience we paid for.

They have a really good variety of snacks plus freshly made food that actually tastes great. And somehow, the coffee is extremely good too. I highly recommend the banana latte or the s'mores latte, and definitely try mixing and matching the cold foams. Another thing I really like is that they have two separate party areas, so even when birthday parties are going on, the whole place doesn't feel completely overloaded. They also have genuinely comfortable chairs for parents, which sounds like a small thing until you've spent hours at other kids' places sitting in chairs that make you miserable. Overall, I'm a pretty big fan. The kids stay entertained, the food and coffee are good, and the pricing feels very fair compared with some of the other places like this. We originally worked with Lisa, who was great, but when she was promoted, we were handed over to Megan, and things quickly went downhill. Megan was unprofessional, often agreeing to things in person only to change them over email, and she completely overturned agreements we had already solidified with Lisa. For example, our originally agreed-upon midnight end time was changed, and despite reaching a verbal compromise with Megan to play our last song at 11:45 PM, she stopped our wedding early at 11:30 PM anyway. On the day of the wedding, a guest actually found a small frog in her salad, and instead of taking responsibility, Megan was entirely dismissive. We also dealt with billing miscommunications that cost us over $1,000 for a tasting, though I will give the venue credit for eventually issuing a $500 credit to partially make up for it. To any couples looking to book this venue, be prepared to deal with a lot of worry and make sure you get everything in writing. Despite all of these major issues, we refused to let outside people ruin our experience and still had a great wedding, which is a reminder that regardless of where you do it, you should always just focus on enjoying the moment.

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding at the Grove this past month. Their day was great…read morethanks to all their wonderful vendors they worked with but the unprofessionalism of the new banquet manager at The Grove's was ridiculous. It started by her adding approximately $1000 dollars of additional "charges" that were clearly 'included' in the contract if the banquet manager would have read the contract. The bride had to exchange countless emails/texts proving these additional items were included before the manager would remove them from the bill and would never acknowledge her mistakes. The banquet manager did not write most things down during discussions and this resulted in a lack of confidence that the wedding day would go as planned. It simply added unnecessary stress to the bride, groom and parents to the point as we had to remind her of the same things over and over again and even make 'day of' fixes to things that were incorrect. We lost so much confidence in this woman that we requested the old banquet manager be present the day of the wedding to help assure things would go smoothly. The final straw was when The Grove overcharged for the wedding cake by approximately $500 and blamed it all on the bakery. We reached out directly to the bakery and compared their invoice to the invoice The Grove provided and the difference of $500 was obvious. The problem was that BOTH invoices had the bakery's logo on them. So ONE of those invoices was 'doctored' to make it look like the bakery overcharged The Grove which was proven not true by the bakery! This entire thing appeared very dishonest and misleading. We brought this up to The Grove a couple days after the wedding(as to not affect the wedding day) and the Club Manager at The Grove promised to look into it. It's now been 2+ weeks with several emails and phone calls and NO RESPONSE AT ALL from The Grove!! All we are asking for is an explanation and a reimbursement for the obvious over charge. Anyone having their event at The Grove, please make sure you check your invoice thoroughly and be prepared to micro-manage the banquet manager on a daily basis leading up to your special day!
