Such a fun spot for the days that too cold (or hot)to play outside! There was so much to do and it kept my one year happy and excited the whole time! I love the areas that were fenced off for the younger kids and the soft flooring. The staff was kind and helpful with any questions and we can't wait to go back!

This is honestly one of my favorite play areas. It's so family friendly. There's nothing better than being able to sit down and have a hot cup of coffee and know where your kid is at all times all of these play café locations are absolutely incredible!

I wanted a Coachella/festival theme. They did awesome!

This is a late review for my daughters first birthday in August. Wow, the staff was great! I wish I remembered their names but two of the women that worked closely with us had names that started with a K and G. They were so helpful in setting up, and really attended to our needs. My family could not stop raving about how cute her party was.

Nice play cafe! The kids get to play in such clean and well-lit space, while the parents get to munch on food and sip coffee! What are great hour of joy and peace! :D I would say the cafe is probably good for 3 and under as there are a lot of role play toys, "walking cars" (not sure what those flintstone cars are called), and a well built and clean structure to climb and slide.

My boy will be 4 in 4 months and seemed to like this place. Parking is free, it was $16 all day for a kid and free for parents, and it was clean. We went on a Sunday from 10am to 2:30pm and it was not crowded at all. Lots of activities for the child to do and comfy seats for the parents to relax. If your kid is superactive, this may not be the place for him. It's more for mild mannered and easy playing kids like mine.

Cutest little indoor gym for toddlers. The food is quite expensive but they do offer a wide variety of food and smoothies/coffee

It's a wonderful…read moreuse of a vacant space, as many retailers have closed their brick and mortar stores nowadays. I would say if you happen to be nearby with a young toddler, stop by and let your kid release some energy and gain some fun playtime. It's a small venue. Parents get to sit down on comfy couches and watch their love ones play. I would say some parents there were too comfortable and they were on their phones while the kids were left unattended for a little bit... Anyways, all I wanted to say was that parents may take a short break to catch a breath. There are a theater stage, a walkway leading to a small slide, climbing obstacles, a fun selfie station and an infant playground. There is not much else, so don't make a long trip coming here. There is a designated stroller parking and shoes are asked to be taken off. I saw most kids do that, yet the parents were walking with shoes on. I wasn't sure what the policy really was. Certainly everyone's shoes should be dirty enough and shouldn't be worn on this relatively clean area. Our 2-year old toddler had fun. There is a tree house downstairs in the mall for kids as well, free of charge. I found this mall pretty boring and noticed a good amount of vacancies. I think they started some type of renovation or expansion. The restrooms were quite clean and maintained, with toliet covers provided. "Northbrook Play" is completely free and anyone is welcome.

We came here with some friends who also have young kids. The parents hung out on the comfy couches (enough room for us and much more) while the kids ran around and played. There's no staff on site, so I'm amazed how well they keep it clean. There's things to climb, a slide, a stage for pretend play. Not too many interactive activities like at a children's museum per say, but my kids just needed a place to run and climb around. There are certain times of the day it's closed (for cleaning I'm guessing). We came at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and had the whole place to ourselves. It was luxurious. I'll definitely be back again.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

The front desk, younger man and older woman, were nice and answered my questions. The young woman working the food court was also nice. 20-25 minute wait for hot dog and 2 fries. She apologized and explained the oven is not very good. I saw her always checking to see if our food was ready but it really did take 20 mins. This place definitely needs to get that upgraded. When we first got in my son immediately saw the rock climbing. I saw a worker in there and asked if we needed to pay extra. We did so we went back to the front desk to pay for it. We went back to climb but the worker was gone. The only other worker we saw was a gentleman with an AirPod in his ear periodically checking his phone. We kept checking the rock climbing area and no one ever came back. After an hour I asked the front desk and they said to ask any worker with a blue tee. So I asked the young man with the AirPod who was actually very helpful and patient as my son spent at least 30 mins with him in the rock climbing area. At some point we made our way to the trampoline area behind the princess bouncy house where I saw the original woman worker who was in the rock climbing area sitting on a bench outside the area, one arm in her sweater and the other using her phone. She was mostly talking to another young man who could have possibly been a worker off the shift as he was holding a blue shirt. I wouldn't have known she was a worker if I had not seen her earlier. Later on I saw another young gentleman who was on his phone with an AirPod in as well sitting on the bench near the basketball area. I had no idea he was a worker until he stood up and walked away (holding his phone) and saw the back of his tee. The rugs and floors and most tables are filthy with tons of black gum stuck to it. Idk why this place allows people to wear shoes where socks are mandatory for people jumping. It's disgusting Other Pros: at least when we went, although little staff present, kids and families were respectful. It wasn't a busy place and I was allowed to go jump without being in the way of anyone. Lockers are only 50 cents. It's a nice atmosphere but there's a lot of polishing up that needs to be done. They are very understaffed and hope they are able to get more or better hires that actually work.

From the perspective of a caretaker I had some concerns. There were inconsistencies at the rock climbing wall. We had one student (a very small one) who was allowed to go the first time he went, denied the second time, and allowed the third time. Different workers were there each time and eligibility to go on the wall is supposed to be based on weight. The workers at the wall were not very helpful to the kids with getting their harnesses on, nor did they monitor the kids as they climbed, leading to two kids getting tangled as they came down. There were other instances of workers not setting timers for rides like the boats and bounce house, even though there were long rides for both. Overall the kids loved it, rides were age-appropriate and lines went quickly.
