My husband and I got married here and from the beginning of wedding planning until the end was very easy with Concorde. We had our ceremony at their outdoor garden and we did not expect our turn out to be as big as it was, haha. Thankfully the space seats about 100. For our wedding reception we used room A which has windows throughout. We worked closely with Peter and Pat and they were both friendly, accommodating and readily available for any questions, concerns, etc. The entire Concorde staff is extremely kind and they nailed it with our wedding vision. Service throughout our wedding was phenomenal. Food and drinks were constant and dirty dishes/glasses were taken away quickly. This venue is gorgeous and I'm so happy we chose it for our special day. read more

As the grandmother of the bride, this was a day our family had been looking forward to for a very long time. The wedding itself was beautiful, but unfortunately the reception left me with mixed feelings because of the service we experienced. The food was excellent, and I want to give credit to the kitchen because everything we tasted was delicious. Unfortunately, many guests never had the opportunity to fully enjoy it. Throughout the evening, I witnessed staff removing plates while guests were still eating or had only stepped away from the table for a few minutes. Many guests later shared that they left the reception hungry because their meals had been cleared before they were finished. It was disappointing to see such wonderful food go to waste simply because people were not given the chance to eat it. I also noticed that some staff members were abrupt and came across as unfriendly when guests asked questions or requested assistance. A wedding should feel warm and welcoming, and unfortunately that was not the impression many of us were left with. What saddened me the most was learning that after the wedding the family contacted the venue privately to discuss these concerns respectfully, hoping only for acknowledgment and accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, the response was largely defensive, and after a follow-up email there was no further communication from management. I sincerely hope future couples receive the level of care and professionalism that such an important day deserves. read more

Nice atmosphere, great service, good food. The management is first class. Highly recommend.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Concorde Banquets as I officiate ceremonies there regularly. My couples love the pure elegance of the venue's interior and exterior. As for the food, I've personally used them to cater holiday meals for my own family. Best wishes! read more

This is a great location to hold a wedding, party, holiday, office gathering, etc. We had our wedding and reception here and couldn't be happier with that choice. Book this place early, because like every wedding venue, their dates fill up fast. We started planning in the spring of 2019. When we met with the management, they couldn't have been more professional. All of their options and prices were laid out in a simple and easy to understand format. We also were able to see the different rooms that they had available. We had been there for a wedding the year before and had an idea of what we wanted. Because of the pandemic we had to reschedule twice. They worked with us to get the date that we wanted. The only unfortunate part was that in the two years that we rescheduled the guaranteed minimum had gone up by $2,000 and they had us put down a second deposit. The bright side was that they were in business after the pandemic. The food and service were top notch. We brought both sets of parents with us for the tasting. The only problem we has was that all of the options were too good and anything we chose would have been great. We went with a beef, chicken, fish, and vegetarian option for our guests to choose. With the rental of the room comes a drink package (non-negotiable) and dessert table. I have been to five weddings this year and this was the only banquet hall to have table service. The appetizers came out when they were supposed to and were hot. The servers did a great job of getting around to everyone in the room. The dessert table was refilled all night. We had wedding cake and crème brulee that were served to our guests. A cake comes with the wedding package. We chose the crème brulee because we had to order more food to meet the required minimum. There was a banquet manager present to make sure things ran well and I could talk to him if there were any problems. Thank you Concorde for making our wedding very special. read more

We loved this place. Exceptional atmosphere, service and food. Went for mothers day and could not have had a better experience.

We did our wedding at Concorde. Our wedding was so perfect! Peter was present throughout our entire wedding. The food was amazing! We got so many compliments on the food and the service from guests. The food was one of the main reasons we wanted to get married at Concorde. We had an outdoor ceremony and the Gazeboo is so beautiful. We got so many beautiful pictures on the grounds. The reception space is so beauitful as well. We had the room ontop of the stairs and our bridal room had a bathroom as well. Our reception room was so beautiful and had these two gorgeous windows over looking the fountain and the trees. We worked with Pat who was so attentive that last couple of months and did amazing job. It was harder to get a hold of her the farther out our wedding was and she didn't seem like we were a big priority until the last few months of our wedding which is fine for most people but I really like to plan ahead. The recommendations of vendors from Concorde did not go well for us (but the DJ and photographer that we were going to use are no longer on their recommended vendor list and when we told Concorde they were very apologetic). We hired a photographer from the list and absolutely hated our engagement photos. We looked so awkward, we were posed so badly and we felt awkward and pissed off because it took so much to get the photographer to show up after 6-7 reschedules and 1 no show. We ended up firing that photographer and finding another. We had also been looking Concorde's recommended DJ list. We found a DJ we loved and then he told us one thing one time and another another time and when I called him out on it, he would not take responsibility or even apologize. There was a fee we didn't know what it was for as well. When we hired another DJ, they said the fee was the amount it costs for event insurance, which the first DJ said he had. Concorde did an amazing job and I highly recommend them! read more

Beautiful site to host a wedding. The grounds outside provide plenty of great photographing opportunities in a variety of different settings, with plenty of parking and space to wander around. The inside is decorated in an upscale, but not excessive fashion. The food is pretty good, not too salty, good food temperature, good presentation, and good textures (especially on not overcooking the meat). Temperature control was great, never too warm even in a completely packed room with people dancing. Service was top notch, constantly refilling and replenishing items so they'd never run out. My experience here was great and I hope to attend another event here one day. read more

My daughter's wedding reception was at Concorde and I can't say enough about how great the experience was for everyone. John, Pat and Peter are all wonderful to work with and took care of us even through some pandemic changes to the original plan including a one year delay. We ordered their food for the "pandemic wedding" in our backyard for 14 people, and just this past weekend we had our reception that had been postponed. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent and there were so many beautiful places to take photos. Everything was perfect! read more

We had our July 2 wedding reception at the Concorde this year and cannot say enough great things about the venue, the food, and the staff. The venue: absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and you can customize it however you want. The food: our guests could not stop talking about the food!!! The appetizers are amazing and there is a wide variety of them. Our main course had guests talking about it for weeks after. Usually I eat before weddings but this is not a venue that you need to do that at!!! The staff: the best part of our wedding process. I am very much a type A person! John was sooo accommodating to every question and concern I had. Pam is amazing too. They are organized and really listen to you. I knew I was in good hands with John and he made wedding planning so easy. The tasting was great too! The servers are so sweet and everyone works so well together to make sure your special day goes perfect. John is very professional and organized. Their dates fill up fast and for a reason! We could not have picked a better venue. Thank you so much Concorde and staff read more

We just hosted our baby shower at the Concorde and are beyond happy with the food, service, and staff!!! From our very first appointment all the way through our event - Joanna and Sandra were incredible! They were there every step of the way and ensured all of our family and friends had everything they needed. I would one thousand percent host another event at Concorde - bardzo polecamy to miejsce! read more

I was so excited to have my event at the Concorde after reading reviews. I worked with Joanna. After my second payment, around 2 days we had to cancel the event and I asked for a credit. They said I would be able to use the credit for future use. Once I started to find a use for it, they were making it impossible to use. Then they said I could sell my credit. Once I found the new client according to their terms, the Concorde and Joanna changed it saying the event dates had to be identical for the credit to be used which wasnt in the terms. The way they treated me after spending 6k is horrible. I have tried a few times to use it and have the owner call me, but no one gets back and Joanna becomes short and abrupt when looking at options. I wish I had used the Stonegate instead of the Concorde. They have never treated me or my family poorly. I would highly advise anyone to look at other venues. All they want is your business and once you need flexibility, they refuse to work with you. read more

I am not even sure where to begin to recommend this stunning banquet hall. From the top-notch service we had with Joanna on the day we sat to plan a spectacular bridal shower, to the day of the event-John and his crew made sure everything was flawless. Dietary restrictions, special requests, and more--nothing was beyond their scope. They were patient, accommodating, kind and helpful. The food was simply amazing, and everyone talked about the atmosphere (radiant and immaculate). We looked and reviewed a few places before settling on this local gem. Great prices and gorgeous decor. Thank you to all that made this a special day and gave it their all! Love this place! read more

My Wife and I recently had our wedding reception party at Concorde Banquets, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. We worked with John, whom truly understands how to deliver an evening beyond expectations; a night we'll never forget. They transformed their already elegant ballroom into a fairytale setting. They provide a variety of décor options to fit your custom vision. The venue had such great accommodations; everything from the elegant double height reception atrium, their cocktail lounge on the elevated level, and the spacious banquet room were all top-notch and added memorable character to our already unforgettable day. The banquet room set-up was absolutely stunning. The flow of the banquet room was effortless between the points of entry, the dance floor and stage, the dining tables, and the bars / dessert table. Their food was incredible; 200 people served, hot and delicious; I heard rumors that the bride & groom typically don't have time to eat during their own wedding, but my wife and I made certain to stay seated for this meal! The evening felt so naturally charming and we've received copious compliments from friends and family of how spectacular everything was. Concorde Banquets and John deserve those compliments, and I would be amiss for not recognizing the support & guidance from my parents-in-law during the event planning process. read more

Concorde Banquets - Our gorgeous wedding reception, thanks to Concorde Banquets - Venues & Event Spaces Near Me - Kildeer, Illinois

Concorde Banquets is synonymous with class! It is an exquisite banquet hall that is elegant and clean. We hosted our wedding, baby shower, and baptism for our child at Concorde Banquets, and there is no way that we would have hosted anyplace else because we love the ambiance, food, and service. The location is beautiful as well, and it sits on several acres of land, making it the perfect place for pictures. John, the owner, is a professional businessman who works hard and takes pride in his work. In addition, he is detail-oriented and thorough. It is obvious that John loves what he does and desires nothing more than to make his customers happy. Each and every time, John has exceeded our expectations (and I should add that I have very high standards, and John has never disappointed). He is genuinely interested in making sure that your event is special and memorable. Pat, one of John's associates, is a kind and caring person who aims to please and is willing to go above and beyond to help achieve the look that you are interested in if you have a theme, for example. In fact, several of our guests commented on how perfect everything turned out to be at all our events as well as how delicious the food was. We highly recommend Concorde Banquets to anyone who is interested in a classy and elegant venue that offers high quality food and exceptional service! read more

We booked Concorde as our wedding venue and it was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We had our wedding this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The room where our reception was held was set up beautifully and the food was amazing! We got so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was (the filet was specifically mentioned) John and Pat were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciated the fact that John was in the building all evening to oversee and make sure things ran smoothly. If that isn't great management then I'm not sure what is. Not to mention, they had some great recommendations for other wedding vendors to work with including florists, DJ's, photograohers, etc. We went with all of their recommended vendors and were so happy with each and every one of them! I would absolutely recommend the Concorde to anyone looking to host any event. You will not be disappointed! Thank You for everything Concorde. This place is GORGEOUS!! My fiances family and friends all live in New York, meaning they will be flying out for our wedding. It was so important for me to have a venue that was beautiful on BOTH the inside and the outside! And this is just that! Not to mention- we had our food tasting and it was unbelievably delicious! They even whipped us up a lobster tail because my dad was craving one! John, the owner, is great! You will not be sorry by signing up with this venue! 100% would recommend! read more

Beautiful place. Went as a plus one with a friend who was attending a thank-you event put on by her financial planner. I thought the food was great - especially the filet mignon, which was one of the best I ever had. Dessert table was also very good - although there weren't enough desserts. Service was a little slow, but I know businesses are having a hard time employing workers now so that was acceptable. Would have given this place 5 stars but I happened to mention it to my daughter who was there for a bridal shower about 3 weeks ago and she said the food they were served was terrible. So it's pretty much a mixed bag. Guess at times it's good, at other times not so much. read more

We ordered for Christmas Day from Concorde. The food was absolutely delicious!!! The quality surpassed any 'banquet' food that any of us had ever had. We would compare the food from Concorde to high-end restaurants that we have frequented on holidays-- extremely high-quality & tasty. We would definitely order from them again. The pickup process was also very smooth. Pat & John were extremely pleasant making the entire process super positive! The Concorde experience was excellent from ordering to pickup to the delicious eating! Great experience! Oh and they even gifted us complimentary wine with our order. Thank you, Pat, John & all!!! read more

I recently had my wedding here. Both Ceremony and Reception. I have both very good and a few upsetting experiences about this venue. When the venue was booked, Everything to seem in order, anything I had questions on were answered in a timely manner. As the time got closer it took longer for the responses and it got to the point where I had to CC the owner of the venue John to get a message back from the coordinator Pat. Towards the end of my experience I want NOT happy at all with Pat. I felt like she was being rude and snippy with her responses and when I asked her questions I got a lot of no's and you have to set it up on your own. But when my husband asked the questions, she was nice towards him and said yes they can do things, just to let them know. When it was a few weeks before the wedding I asked if I can set up the ceremony and reception room the night before the wedding and I get a call from Pat with a snippy attitude saying how i cant set up the ceremony room and how they booked a LUNCH IN THE DAY OF MY WEDDING in that room that went to 3pm and my ceremony started at 5. Over the phone I was told that I had to set up the ceremony room myself before wedding and they were just going to do the basic. So I was unable to do the first look because i needed my bridal party to set up the whole room for me before the guest started to arrive since she said we had to do it on our own. Once I got my husband involved, and CC the Owner in on a E-mail they then decided that they would let us set up some of the room with the bigger stuff and they would hide it so it wouldn't take as long. Even though they set the chair up and moved the Arch into its place my bridal party still had to move ALL the chairs back because there was NO room for them to stand during the ceremony. So overall PAT made my experience very not joyful and stressful. However the food was absolutely amazing, the food tasting with the chef was great and he was super friendly, the bakery they work with did a perfect job with the cake and flavor, the lake night snack barely lasted 5 mins on the table with how everyone loved them. The set up AFTER everything was fixed by myself or the bridal party was perfect. The space and overall night was great. Bartenders were fast and kept things moving so there was almost never a line. Very response staff taking care of everyone's needs wit food restrictions. Over all i'm glad and grateful that I had my wedding in this location, minus a few things that need to be worked on. The day/night itself was perfect after all the little things were sorted out. read more

I have passed by here many times & would see weddings going on & the place looked really nice. I recently went here for a company party. The place is what I expected on the inside which is a really nice banquet hall. The service here however was not that great. I felt as soon as I got my food that they expected me to finish it by the time they came back so they could clear the table. The food was good but nothing great. The food was not that hot but was still pretty good. Overall this was a nice banquet hall & the food was good but it could have been better & I didn't like the fact that I felt I was being rushed. Other than that the place was very nice. read more

Really enjoyed attending a reception here a few weeks ago, except for 2 big safety hazards: 1) There is only glassware for the drinks. When your family has toddlers or kids, there should be plastic cups available. Heck, even when you have drunk adults, there should be plastic cups available. Thankfully, there was only one break at our party, and no one was cut. 2) Not all restrooms have a handicap accessible stall. There are restrooms attached to some of the ballrooms so that you don't have to trek across the entire building if you need to go. However, people with disabilities need a close bathroom more than people with working knees and hips do. One of the grandmothers almost had a fall in the restroom attached to the ballroom because she couldn't make it across the entire building and opted for the close one - but there were no grab bars in any of the stalls. The stall was large enough to be a handicap stall - but someone cut corners on the cost and didn't want to fork out a few hundred to have grab bars installed. Otherwise, the food was good. The room was really pretty. The reception itself was fantastic. read more

We loved every second of our experience with Concorde Banquets. John is so amazingly attentive to the needs of everyone involved in your events. Our outdoor wedding was amazing and beautiful! John walked us through every step of the planning process and helped with every detail. We were very greatful when on the day of the wedding John offered to help us find a new DJ when we ours was running inexcusably late. The food the Concorde serves is superb. The complements are still coming in from our wedding in August. We were told by many people that the food was better than most restaurants they have been to. We recommend the concorde to everyone. Concorde did a great job with our wedding reception. They were good about providing us with information, helping us make selections, and being available to meet. We worked with John and he was very professional. The reception itself looked very nice, and the food was amazing! Went to a wedding here recently and had a blast. The grounds are nice and well kept, lots of people outside taking photographs and such. The actual ceremony was upstairs, and then we just wobbled on down to one of the 5 or 6 large banquet rooms for the reception. When our DJ was quiet (almost never) you could kind of hear the music through the walls from the other parties....not really an issue. The food was quite good (choice of chx or beef) and they must have a bad ass pastry chef because the dessert tables were amazing looking. I was so full after the four courses of food I almost didn't have room for booze! (hey, I said *almost*) You have to go out front to smoke (like everywhere in the state) and they were cool about letting people bring their drinks outside for that. Lots of people taking hotel busses and cabs, no trouble getting a safe ride home whatsoever. read more

First let me tell you I was guest not the host so I can speak personally about their prices or booking process. As a guest I was tremendously impressed. With the food, customer service and attention to detail. Food: definitely NOT your typical 'banquet hall' quality. Everything was properly prepared, properly presented and tasted divine!!!! Appetizers included shrimp cocktail, tomato bisque, lamb chops, stuffed mushroom caps and more. Customer Service: not only did they attend to everyone's needs but they were very professional and polite when faced with some rude guest behavior!!! (Some guest staked out the kitchen door and stormed the servers and took everything off their tray before the could even enter the room. Embarrassing! They simply entered from different doorways and the hallway so that every guest at every corner of the hall could be serviced! Clever read more
