Check in was easy and the punch card offers a good deal at $100 for 4 weekday and 2 weekend punches. I also scored a $5 discount for becoming a member and another $5 by getting a coupon their website and that made it totally worth it. There is good food selection of pizza, hot dogs, chicken nuggets , popcorn, ice cream and slushies but we don't eat today so I can't comment on quality and taste but hope to be back soon.

We were a bit far from home and our kid was getting restless, so I looked up nearby indoor playgrounds and ended up here. It was $25 since it was a weekend until they closed at 6pm. Our kiddo had a fun time! It's not as gargantuan as some other playgrounds, but they have a baby and toddler area, and it's multi-story so there's a lot of climbing and sliding. They also have an area with a bunch of riding vehicles, and most fun of all was the ball room. I thought a place called ball factory would have more...balls? But the ball room is basically a room with air cannons that let you load and shoot these soft play balls around the room. It's surprisingly pretty fun even for the adults to fire off a few rounds. And as someone who has been to a few of these indoor playgrounds, I'm grateful you don't have to buy their proprietary socks. Like I went to one place that wanted grippy socks - and we had grippy socks, but they weren't theirs! Some places need better insurance policies I guess, so I'm glad the Ball Factory isn't insanely strict. What's also nice is there's a Polish grocery next door, so I grabbed a few items while my wife stayed here. Our only gripe is there could be more seating in the play area for us parents to catch up on our phones, but at least the food area has a lot of space. And kids even get a free ball on the way out! Overall I think we'll come back, but we'll be sure to eat lunch before and dinner after since outside food isn't allowed.

In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

The area is bright, clean and inviting, with plenty of space for adults to relax while the children explore. I love that I can see my daughter from any angle of the seating area. She had a lot of fun pretending to shop at the little market, going down the slides, and exploring all the Peppa-themed areas. They have Peppa's House, the Treehouse, George's Fort, Grandad Dog's Garage, a school bus, tunnels, sensory and educational activities, pretend-play areas, and even a theatre space. I really liked that there was a little bit of everything--playing, learning, climbing, and lots of pretend play. But the best part for her was definitely meeting Peppa. She was sooo happy when Peppa came out and was super excited to take a picture with her. Seeing that big smile on her face was probably my favorite part of the whole visit. We honestly didn't expect to spend as much time here as we did. Our daughter was having such a good time that she just kept wanting to explore more. Anyways, all I wanted to say was that parents may take a short break to catch a breath. There are a theater stage, a walkway leading to a small slide, climbing obstacles, a fun selfie station and an infant playground. There is not much else, so don't make a long trip coming here. There is a designated stroller parking and shoes are asked to be taken off. I saw most kids do that, yet the parents were walking with shoes on. I wasn't sure what the policy really was. Certainly everyone's shoes should be dirty enough and shouldn't be worn on this relatively clean area. Our 2-year old toddler had fun. There is a tree house downstairs in the mall for kids as well, free of charge. I found this mall pretty boring and noticed a good amount of vacancies. I think they started some type of renovation or expansion. The restrooms were quite clean and maintained, with toliet covers provided. "Northbrook Play" is completely free and anyone is welcome.
