Undertrained staff and apathetic management. After waiting in line for a very long time to claim our tickets and fill out waivers I asked the young lady at the front about changing the our reservation and removing some tickets for some ages and adding others. She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways. read more

We took the kiddos for a birthday. It's a reasonably priced place, but it's not that big. Our boys are nine. They ran around and enjoyed the park, but I noticed they started getting bored soon after. I noticed the teenagers stayed on the basketball court. Technically, outside food isn't allowed. However, the agent did let me bring in a small Gatorade. Overall, it's a great place for small birthday parties or burning the kids out on a random Saturday. I just wish there were more variety. read more

My brother in law and sister love bringing the kids here specially when it's too cold outside. Pros: - a variety of things to do for all ages - to regulate time for each jumper they provided a stick on badge - they have trampolines dedicated for private parties - food is available to purchase - I saw a staff member constantly trying to keep the place clean which is a big plus for me - they have a toddler dodge ball court Cons: - there's no dedicated area for younger kids so some of the older kids tend to hog some areas - that's said, safety is an issue as some of the older kids are a little bit more excited than the younger kids. - selection of food is limited but I totally understand. Easier to manage - not enough toddler courts - not all kids comply. If they're more than 40" they should not be in the toddlers zone or court. Suggestion to management: have a staff on each court to ensure safety of all kids. Definitely a good place for the kids and parents can sit relax and walk around or choose to jumps w the kids. Good way to exercise, release stress and keep moving. Good motivation for the kids to stay healthy. When they get home a nice warm shower and good nap is AWAYS good for everyone. read more

We had our daughter's birthday party here a few years back and it was great! Prices are definitely higher than other places (we paid almost $1,000 total) but I think it's worth it for the overall experience. In our package we had adults and kids jumping and were told we'd have an extra 30 minutes in the party room. I remember asking on the phone and was told yes, since we only got 30 minutes in there total. At the end, they counted the 30 minutes when guests arrives and kept their stuff in the room towards the 30 minutes instead of giving us party time, which was unfair, but we were having a great time so we literally zoomed through food and cake time. We had a large party and it was a little fast paced but ended up being okay. The party planners were nice but I ended up serving the cake and pizza myself. They were great with moving everyone's coat from downstairs to the party room and spreading out our the balloons we brought to decorate the room. Overall, I would recommend this place. They didn't let my buy a drink even though I was in line for a long period, so now I have to be dehydrated for a whole hour in hot weather and bus full of people. It's not like they get paid a lot, I have the money; just give me my damn drink. I wasn't disturbing anyone or breaking the rules or being obnoxious, I was sitting in line talking to my friend and then they say that they can't serve us anymore even thought I can clearly see they have more than enough materials for everyone. This is a great place to get your kids tired and yourself lol. Came here with my daughter and she had so much fun. They have different areas like basketball, volleyball, foam pit, regular jumping and a toddler zone. They have set prices for 60, 90 or 120 minutes per person and they do have socks that you have to buy but can reuse for another time. I will say if parents decide to jump with there kids it's a great form of exercise lol. Honestly it's a lot if fun and would recommend for anyone to try and do. read more

My boys LOVED coming here. We bought the 90 minute jumping session and ended up adding time because they were having such a blast. The general jumping areas were fun but my boys were addicted to playing jumping dodgeball. We left drenched in sweat and smiling. Tips: 1. Sign up online to make sure you can get your jumping time. If they're full, they're full. 2. There are required socks. It's a one time purchase. Don't forget them if you already own a pair. 3. Bring water. Today was suppose to be My Relax Sunday. But I forgot that I had RSVP to attend a family member surprise birthday party. I couldn't be mean and not attend an 11year old Big Day. RIGHT??? So, I stop being a grump and prepared myself for this kids party. I live on the NorthWest Side of Chicago and the GPS stated that it would take me a 30 minute rode to Elmhurst. Cool. The traffic was fair for a Sunday Afternoon. I had no problem making the party on time to say Surprise to the birthday boy!!!! To my surprise this place wasn't too packed. It was just right for my mood. I love the kids but sometimes your mind must be clear of the yelling and running. I really enjoyed myself. I'm happy that I got myself a mini work out. It was enjoyable jist to see the kids happy and having a blast. The place is a nice size and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was standing at the concession for a long time. They had only one employee behind the counter taking orders. He moved like a turtle. It took him every bit of 15 minutes just to serve one customer a slurpee and pretzel with cheese. Geese.... My two year old had an awesome time here! We reserved a time and came early to fill out forms and get settled in. Happy to see covid precautions in place throughout the entire place. Everything is clean and easy to navigate. I jokingly told my husband this place is a parental dream because everything is padded so your kid won't get hurt. The only thing my kid wasn't into was the pit section, but I think she was too young for it. Their staff was super friendly and even told us about the toddler hours they have. Will be back for more jumping! Of note, bring some quarters for the lockers to put your stuff in. I do not like leaving reviews, but I cannot take it anymore with this SkyZone Elmhurst. If I could leave zero stars I would, but Google won't allow it. This place SUCKS. It sucks for several reason. But first off I will say The staff are friendly, and I can tell they treat each other like a family. You can tell that some of the customers must frequent the park so the employees have built a rapport with them as well. A few reasons why I would never come back to this park. 1. NO COMMUNICATION with their customers when they were in the process of an upgrade to the park. We just happen to go in one day and realize that portions of the park were closed. Then we went during the week and it was temporarily closed. There was nothing on their website stating the park was not fully functional due to a remodel. 2. They took out the volleyball court which was the #1 thing we liked to do as a family. They replaced it with a slide and a zip line attraction. It's a thrill at first but it's a 1 and done type thing. Directly in front of a slide is a warp wall. I can just imagine the injuries that will occur in the future when somebody slides off the slide and takes a dive right into the warp wall. 3. Then there's this blue carpeting that you can walk on that looks so disgusting. How do you add new attractions, but don't remodel the full facility. You can go to urban air and other trampoline parks and see when they remodel they do a full remodel if you can't afford it, don't do it. 4. This park got a remodel, but they didn't clean the park. Update your trash system. Who recycles? The recycle cans are full of garbage. He must be paying the inspectors off. This place is full of grime, dust, and dirt. 5. This park owner has no clue. Why do you keep going up on your pricing during the year. If your pockets are a little light and you wanna make additional money you should have your prices set for the first of the year. Meet with your team so you can roll out all new additions Jan 1. Icee are $5 one size only and now you have to pay $35 to get into glow on a Friday night from 8 to 10 PM, what are we really paying for? The music sucks they used to have a DJ they need to bring the ball head white guy back. Last year this owner did the same thing with party packages. Mid year he went up. As seen in other reviews, it is true, they have a bunch of young kids running this park. What do they expect them to do? They are children trying to tell other children what to do I've watched a young lady and a gentleman gets so disrespected by people who are jumpers so when I see those teenagers on their Phones and not paying attention to the people jumping I don't blame them. I take pity on them they have a job that is extremely hard and I can tell they're not 100% trained on how to do it. read more

I don't know they didn't seem to keep a real strict time structure which is nice. Bought the socks which is 100% needed. Went on a Thursday at open to 3 pm so very young crowd and they have two toddler rooms. Which is nice. Trampolines and kids; they go together. I took my daughter and her friends. If You have the socks bring them. There is a waiver to fill out for both parents and children. Parents can jump as well (I did not). There is dodge ball, a basketball hoop, and the angled walls to bounce off off. The kids have a blast and it's fun to watch them. I brought the four of my children here for a church party event. The three able to jump had a blast! I followed the advice of filling out their paperwork online. This allowed for a smooth check in process without a wait where we were asked their sock sizes. Good thing socks were included with the party! However, I do appreciate the universal sock situation. Mandating all children/adults to wear the same socks allows for easier uniformity and safety. Those suckers stay on pretty well, unlike normal socks. My children were all given stickers that contained their end time, but I honestly am unsure if staff keep track. Onward to the activities! I had read they separate children by age, but they didn't do that on the Sunday we visited. I was slightly concerned, as my three year old isn't as large as other visitors. However, I kept a very close eye and she left in one piece. The children loved the climbing wall called Freefall, albeit they weren't able to get all the way to the top. Being able to fall freely into the squishy blocks broke the ego fall, though! The dodgeball court was overrun with large children, so we avoided that mess. Yet, all of the other jump areas were a ton of fun for all! My eldest worked tirelessly on getting up on the ten foot WarpedWall. It took awhile, but she succeeded! My friends and I went here for the glow in the dark Groupon, 9-11 pm (I believe). For some reason, since the time was so late, we didn't expect there to be tons of kids and had an "adults only" jump zone in mind. We were surprised to discover that there were so many kids here in groups at that time of night ! It's ok, we can avoid the dodgeball tournaments. Even with the Groupon, you have to pay $4-5/person for the non slip socks. These were crucial to the safety so I get it. We had fun here and tried the following areas: Foam pit and rock climbing wall - the foam pit is like quicksand, but great workout! Basketball trampoline- fun to dunk They had many "arenas" and we always chose the less populated ones. This place gets packed on weekends. Foods and drinks are not that expensive IMO. They have some claw machine games too. Essentially, this is a kids paradise. There's an upstairs lounge area for adults with massage chairs lol. I have to say that I really like the Sky Zone over xtreme any day. There are a lot of great things to do for all ages . I read some of the reviews which I have to disagree because I have been there many times and I never had any issues as far as people not paying attention. All of the staff members are very conscientious of the environment and whats going on in their area. They rotate the kids pretty well and allow everyone to get a turn on all of the activities. They make things really simple if you never have gone there go online and fill out the waiver to make your check in a quick process. You can save your socks for future jumps. I also had my son's 6th birthday there with no issues they allowed us to decorate and bring in cupcakes, I declined the ice-cream cake because those are pretty hard to cut when you have 12 pumped up kids that want to eat and play. The staff is very accommodating we had more people show up than we anticipated so I ended up having to add some more kids and also adding another order of food so that was never an issue. I have also taken advantage of promotions that they offer via internet or from gift cards. This is a fun place I also enjoy taking part in the activities and I definitely have to try the workout class I have heard alot of great things about it. read more

My solution for the past few weekends has been to drive straight to Elmhurst (it's really not that far from the city without traffic!) for Sundays 10am-noon Toddler Jump. The scoop: *$8 per kid - includes Sky Zone socks for them (required) *2 hours *It's only kids 0-5 and their parents *Full run of the place, any trampoline you want! *Parents jump with them for free, you'll have to buy their socks though ($4/each) *Free/easy parking *There's a cafe for snacks/water. They say you can't bring your own food in but I think they sort of turn a blind eye during Toddler Jump, for what it's worth. Kids like their own snacks. The staff is all young and there is basically someone watching every area, but parents stay with the kids generally given the age groups. It's a straight up 2-hour energy burn fest, and it's JUST what we all needed. Highly recommended, and you can't beat the price point! read more

I recommend this place for anyone that wants to have fun. Me and my cousins went to this place to play on the full court basketball rims they have here. It was very fun and the employee there was very nice. I'm not sure what his name is but he gets 5 stars from me and my cousins. She said that we all have only five minutes of play and if we did not like that then we should go home.
