My brother in law and sister love bringing the kids here specially when it's too cold outside. Pros: - a variety of things to do for all ages - to regulate time for each jumper they provided a stick on badge - they have trampolines dedicated for private parties - food is available to purchase - I saw a staff member constantly trying to keep the place clean which is a big plus for me - they have a toddler dodge ball court Cons: - there's no dedicated area for younger kids so some of the older kids tend to hog some areas - that's said, safety is an issue as some of the older kids are a little bit more excited than the younger kids. - selection of food is limited but I totally understand. Easier to manage - not enough toddler courts - not all kids comply. If they're more than 40" they should not be in the toddlers zone or court. Suggestion to management: have a staff on each court to ensure safety of all kids. Definitely a good place for the kids and parents can sit relax and walk around or choose to jumps w the kids. Good way to exercise, release stress and keep moving. Good motivation for the kids to stay healthy. When they get home a nice warm shower and good nap is AWAYS good for everyone.

We had our daughter's birthday party here a few years back and it was great! Prices are definitely higher than other places (we paid almost $1,000 total) but I think it's worth it for the overall experience. In our package we had adults and kids jumping and were told we'd have an extra 30 minutes in the party room. I remember asking on the phone and was told yes, since we only got 30 minutes in there total. At the end, they counted the 30 minutes when guests arrives and kept their stuff in the room towards the 30 minutes instead of giving us party time, which was unfair, but we were having a great time so we literally zoomed through food and cake time. We had a large party and it was a little fast paced but ended up being okay. The party planners were nice but I ended up serving the cake and pizza myself. They were great with moving everyone's coat from downstairs to the party room and spreading out our the balloons we brought to decorate the room. Overall, I would recommend this place. We've been back a few times since and have had a great experience.

My boys LOVED coming here. We bought the 90 minute jumping session and ended up adding time because they were having such a blast. The general jumping areas were fun but my boys were addicted to playing jumping dodgeball. We left drenched in sweat and smiling. Tips: 1. Sign up online to make sure you can get your jumping time. If they're full, they're full. 2. There are required socks. It's a one time purchase. Don't forget them if you already own a pair. 3. Bring water. You can leave your water bottle with your shoes and not pay $$$ for drinks. 4. There is a glow night for teens/adults. Looks amazing!

Avoid Elmhurst SkyZone for a birthday party. We use to love this place for our kids parties but the service has become horrible.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

The Mama hosting the party was all…read morestressed out as she thought they booked a private room for the party but Altitude advised otherwise. It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

My kids and I have never been here. We were told by friends who went to the orland park location…read morethat they had all these amazing attractions my kids would love, so we went. We looked at the website for info on pricing, hours and so forth. We get to the venue, walk up to the counter to purchase the ULTIMATE (highest tier) ticket and notice a sign on the front desk that was NOT advertised on the website! 5 BIG attractions were "not working". Bowling was completely gone due to construction, dodge ball, and more. Again! None of this advertised or else I would have went elsewhere. Now the real problem starts with the staff here! This establishment got really busy with smaller kids that followed the 58" and under height requirement. Now I am all for kids of all ages enjoying spring break and what not.... Until they become reckless. There was a group of 10 boys clearly in their teens running through this place like a tornado! They were getting addressed by parent after parent after parent! They were whipping little kids in the face with balls in the ball pit, they were whipping ADULTS with these balls while trying to hit every kid in sight! They were climbing ABOVE the structures where you're clearly not supposed to go. Not only is it a danger to them but it was a danger to all of the kids they were dropping down into the ball pit on!!! When they were yelled at by adults, they'd mouth off. When we informed management for the 3rd of 4th time, (two girls that could not have been much older than the boys who were causing an issue) they were walking towards the boys giggling. Multiple parents watched this play out unfortunately. All these "handsome young men" were laying the charm on thick all while laughing, smiling and of course talking their way out of getting reprimanded... soon the managers were smiling and giggling with them and just like that! There went the managers and the boys back to terrorizing little kids and knocking everyone around in every attraction, but this time more cocky because they just got out of getting kicked out. Finally, after being confronted ANOTHER time about these teenagers, the managers were yelled at again as to why these boys were still here while still doing the same thing after hitting a mom in the face with a ball. All these moms stood by and told management to stop flirting with these boys, to do their job, and kick these boys out! The girls proceeded to do so, while having difficulty and stating numerous times, they aren't listening to them and or leaving......( Urban Air, train your management what to do in situations like this and hire older management that will be older than the people they may have to potentially kick out!!!) After 4 hours of trying to get them out, they were finally gone while yelling see you tomorrow babe to management... Next: concession stands! 1. It was spring break and this place was EXTREMELY understaffed! Always plan to be busy rather than slow and be struggling to keep up. 2. I'm sorry and don't want to assume anything but this kid with extremely curly longer hair seemed like he was stoned and or didn't know what he was doing. They were out of EVERYTHING! Spring break and NOTHING was stocked or made. He used his bare hands, he then went to make a pretzel because they were out, and fondled it so much while presenting it to a mom friend of mine, it had finger holes in it. I watched him drop someone's cheese on the ground, pick it up, and handed it right to him! Someone in front of me asked if they had popcorn and he goes "I don't know if we have any, there's non in there". The mom in front of me then asked if he could make some more and he just looked at her with confusion! I brought 3 kids here (1 being a baby) I asked a staff member where the changing tables were at and he informed me "he didn't know because they're remodeling and he doesn't know where or if they put them back up yet". None of the hand dryers were working, all the bathrooms smelt like urine & etc. Will not be coming back to this location . Higher management needs to get in here and clean this place up!
