MY GUN WAS BROKEN 3 or 4 TIMES I MISSED BASICALLY HALF OF MY FIRST SESSION The level of professionalism from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. An employee actually joined the other team during our laser tag game and was openly cheating alongside them. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend were on that team, and the employee was telling them how to cheat and giving them information during the game. When my girlfriend spoke up about it, the employee argued with her before eventually being told to calm down. Watching an employee actively participate in cheating and then argue with a paying customer who called it out was ridiculous. Then we pointed out another person who was openly cheating. The person was eliminated and then stood around giving information to their team so they could know where people were. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because the person "wasn't there." Then I was threatened with being kicked out if I continued to be "disrespectful." At that point, I wasn't even trying to argue anymore. My time was already basically up, so there was no point in continuing the conversation or asking for a refund. But the way my girlfriend and I were spoken to was completely unacceptable. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and disrespecting customers. If an establishment has rules, enforce them fairly. If someone is cheating, address it. And if a customer has a legitimate complaint, have an adult conversation with them instead of arguing with them and threatening to kick them out. I'm a regular customer, and after this experience I can honestly say I have no reason to come back. I don't care about getting into an argument with a minimum-wage employee, and I certainly wasn't going to turn a stupid laser tag game into a physical confrontation. But that doesn't mean customers should have to sit there and tolerate being disrespected. I expect professionalism from businesses, and I expect employees to know how to de-escalate a situation rather than contribute to it. Battle House needs to seriously train its employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and enforcing its own rules fairly. Being a regular customer apparently means absolutely nothing when the staff is willing to treat you like this. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. They had a good range of weights to choose from. The lanes were decent and you can add bumpers. There are a lot of kids of all sizes, so be patient if they come to your lane or don't know bowling etiquette. This is a family kids friendly place. The shoes are Velcro and wide, so they were loose on me and the Velcro would always come undone. There are cubbies underneath the seats to put your shoes under. Our waiter was great and we had ordered alcoholic drinks and pizzas. The cauliflower crust don't come in large, so we got small individual size to share. The hot honey flatbread is like the size of 2 small individual pizzas. Pizza and the fries were decently good. Also had the chicken nachos, which I wouldn't recommend to get. The sauce was pretty salty and the diced chicken weren't that great. Place has arcade, rope course, laser tag, pool tables, and more. Lots of birthday parties being held so lots and lots of kids.

I had to do a lot of research prior to understand what I could eat. The server was knowledgeable. I informed him I was celiac/gluten free. He indicated they have a dedicated fryer for fries so we were able to share them. We also ordered a couple cauliflower pizzas. For drinks, I ordered a peach sangria and frozen strawberry margarita. The food was delicious and the fries had a great seasoning.

They really should not be hosting laser tag parties larger than 5 people with the current equipment situation. We were told they had 18 vests available, but only about 6-8 were actually working consistently at any given time. To their credit, they did extend the play time to try to accommodate the equipment issues. However, it didn't really solve the problem when so many kids still had long wait times and didn't get to participate fully. The staff member managing the event was defensive when concerns were raised and explained they were "in a transition stage" and expecting new equipment in July. She stated she was frustrated too, but we were the ones paying for a service/event that was not functioning as promised. I would not recommend this venue for a laser tag party until the equipment issues are fully resolved.

We played a different field every single round, and we stayed the full day, which was about six hours! The leader of our group was Gavin i believe and he did an outstanding job of controlling the kids and early 20 something's who can get a little excitable, to provide safe and Fairplay for everybody! He also did me a serious solid when something happened that could've ruined the day, but he was able to fix the issue Immediately! I truly appreciate that! All of the fields are unique, vast and have different qualities to them! I will say, if you're going to play airsoft, and you're gonna be there most of the day, you'll probably need to buy the extra bag of ammo. That was 100% needed for all of us playing. The rental guns are pretty decent, I wouldn't necessarily expect too much, but they definitely get the job done and they were thoroughly explained to everybody on how to use them. If you are having a malfunction or it is not shooting properly, let them know and they will get you fixed up. I certainly wouldn't call the experience cheap, but I do think it was worth it in the long run! If you go often, you definitely want a membership, and I don't really have any great tips on discounts besides book online to save yourself I think five dollars per person. Otherwise, expect to get the day pass, the equipment rental, and probably some extra ammo regardless if you're playing airsoft or paintball. Although you might be able to get away with what they provide you for paintball? All in all, it's an incredibly fun experience and I would say ages 10 and up would thoroughly enjoy it! Airsoft pellets, don't hurt too much, but you will feel them, paintballs are a little bit different and you'll definitely feel that. There seem to be double the air-soft players for what its worth. Wear long sleeves/pants and extra padding if need be! All in all, this is a great place for huge groups, birthday parties, or just going in by yourself for open play matches and enjoying your day! If you're debating it, definitely go!

The overkills were bad but getting hit more times than I could count in one burst from an LMG that was clearly against the posted rules. People weren't calling their kills and others were switching to full auto in the field. They also played with strange game rules that people didn't understand and it created lots of confusion and people yelling about the rules. When I asked about the rules they said the posted rules were out of date and the updated ones are on the way. I told them that was ridiculous. They gave me a refund and I left.
