There's so many bouncy houses and so many games for the kiddos to play. I thought 11$ per child was a little steep. But, the ticket games were only 1-2 tokens each (25 cents- 50 cents) I love how they have a little toddler section and that they allow parents to bounce with their kids for free too! It's a free(ish) workout! Short Notes: *Awesome staff (very attentive) *prices were a little steep * toddler section *safe setup *close bathrooms *PARENTS GET TO BOUNCE FREE!

Online, it looks like $245 for 20 kids gives you 2 hours of access, a private room, a host, and doesn't include food. You can only bring cupcakes from outside and everything else must be purchased in-house. Aside from money aspect, this place is worth a visit for your 8 and under kiddos. Here are some notes: - This place is owned by an inflatable rental company, so I would anticipate they change (or will change) the lineup regularly. That said, there are about 7 large houses and a section of 2 for toddlers. - There is a nIce selection of fried foods and pizza, at a seemingly reasonable cost, but beware of small portions!!! - The area is contained and efficient, to keep your kiddos close and safe. - The bathrooms are centrally located (again, safe) and convenient. - There are plenty of seats for adults to rest. - Parking is a little sparse, but there's some spots right next to the building at the right of the entrance. - Service and friendliness is not the best, but not terrible either. Had to edit this after trying to order food and not receiving the warmest interaction. The people here need to cheer up before they ruin the brand.

I came in on a late Saturday afternoon and it was perfect... there was only one other customer here. Except for the kids music playing over the speakers, it was "quiet" and calm. Everything was orderly and clean and my daughter was able to play with everything she wanted. Some notes for you who haven't been here: - No outside food or drinks. And this rule is serious. I found out from Christi that this is because due to their business designation, they are not allowed to have potential allergens (eg. peanuts, soy, sesame, etc) brought into the building. They are just following regulations and are not just trying to generate more revenue... though it's good to support local businesses! - Make sure everyone is wearing socks. This is one of the reasons it's so clean here! - It's $15 per child for the day, with no fee for adults. - Paying with card is 4% up charge (due to processing charges from the payment company), so bring cash or pay by Zelle. The owners are super nice as long as you are willing to ask questions and let them know what you need. They are kind to the kids and welcoming to the adults. One of the toys was out of batteries and Inna immediately replaced them so my daughter could have more fun! There's also an extensive menu of snacks and drinks for you and your child, so it's a good place to relax (as much as you can while having kids ) and have a nice coffee. Definitely come by and support this local business... especially when there's low traffic!

They have a really good variety of snacks plus freshly made food that actually tastes great. And somehow, the coffee is extremely good too. I highly recommend the banana latte or the s'mores latte, and definitely try mixing and matching the cold foams. Another thing I really like is that they have two separate party areas, so even when birthday parties are going on, the whole place doesn't feel completely overloaded. They also have genuinely comfortable chairs for parents, which sounds like a small thing until you've spent hours at other kids' places sitting in chairs that make you miserable. Overall, I'm a pretty big fan. The kids stay entertained, the food and coffee are good, and the pricing feels very fair compared with some of the other places like this. Definitely worth checking out.

I do wish there was a half day price for littles under 3 because they for sure won't last the full day to enjoy the play. We lasted about an hour, it took little man about 20 minutes or so to get used to the play area, esp with all of the screaming big kids. The ceiling space really does carry the screams quite a bit so he got startled often but ended up still having a great time. The space was spacious and the staff was incredibly nice. We also ordered little man a meal after 3 and got a discount. We got a few drinks as well. We got him a grilled cheese and it came with veggie straws and a beverage. Since he couldn't drink juice yet, they offered milk which he did get to enjoy. Overall a great experience, and recommend to any parents looking to tire their kiddos out during break.

It was nice too bc it's rented for private parties so it just our group! It didn't feel as dangerous as the overly crowded jump zones with kids flying everywhere. She your first walk in there is candy, popcorn and a little store. The kids love this! Then you walk into the inflatable zone which is the perfect size for kids. We were there for a 6 year old bday party and it was the perfect size for them. The party room was a decent size and they luckily supply pizza from Antioch Pizza. It was so yummy I had to take a second piece. This is another pro rather than some of the larger places that supply nasty pizza (jump zone)! The place is perfect for a party and the Inflatables seem more safe than a trampoline park!

We were looking for something else to do with our daughter while we were in Chicago and decided to check it out. So glad we did because she was happy the whole time we were there. There's so much for little kids to do, and I felt it was definitely worth what we paid. You can easily spend hours here. Our daughter kept going from one area to another and always found something new that caught her attention. She had a lot of fun pretending to shop at the little market, going down the slides, and exploring all the Peppa-themed areas. They have Peppa's House, the Treehouse, George's Fort, Grandad Dog's Garage, a school bus, tunnels, sensory and educational activities, pretend-play areas, and even a theatre space. I really liked that there was a little bit of everything--playing, learning, climbing, and lots of pretend play. But the best part for her was definitely meeting Peppa. She was sooo happy when Peppa came out and was super excited to take a picture with her. Seeing that big smile on her face was probably my favorite part of the whole visit. We honestly didn't expect to spend as much time here as we did. Our daughter was having such a good time that she just kept wanting to explore more. This ended up being one of our favorite little discoveries during our Chicago trip. Whenever we're back in Chicago, we'll definitely visit again!

We are regular…read morecustomers and have spent our money here multiple times, I've been coming here since I was very young which is exactly why this experience was so frustrating. MY GUN WAS BROKEN 3 or 4 TIMES I MISSED BASICALLY HALF OF MY FIRST SESSION The level of professionalism from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. An employee actually joined the other team during our laser tag game and was openly cheating alongside them. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend were on that team, and the employee was telling them how to cheat and giving them information during the game. When my girlfriend spoke up about it, the employee argued with her before eventually being told to calm down. Watching an employee actively participate in cheating and then argue with a paying customer who called it out was ridiculous. Then we pointed out another person who was openly cheating. The person was eliminated and then stood around giving information to their team so they could know where people were. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because the person "wasn't there." Then I was threatened with being kicked out if I continued to be "disrespectful." At that point, I wasn't even trying to argue anymore. My time was already basically up, so there was no point in continuing the conversation or asking for a refund. But the way my girlfriend and I were spoken to was completely unacceptable. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and disrespecting customers. If an establishment has rules, enforce them fairly. If someone is cheating, address it. And if a customer has a legitimate complaint, have an adult conversation with them instead of arguing with them and threatening to kick them out. I'm a regular customer, and after this experience I can honestly say I have no reason to come back. I don't care about getting into an argument with a minimum-wage employee, and I certainly wasn't going to turn a stupid laser tag game into a physical confrontation. But that doesn't mean customers should have to sit there and tolerate being disrespected. I expect professionalism from businesses, and I expect employees to know how to de-escalate a situation rather than contribute to it. Battle House needs to seriously train its employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and enforcing its own rules fairly. Being a regular customer apparently means absolutely nothing when the staff is willing to treat you like this. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. My instagram is @ilyyuvraj my email is patelyuvraj424@gmail.com hope someone from management reaches out we can talk about this further.
