Second time renting from these lovely people. Great customer service. You talk to a real person when you call, get actual answers to any questions and concerns, and you can't beat their prices! If you are on the northwest side of Chicago, you need to pick this business! The first time I rented, we got a fun 7 in 1 inflatable for a picnic in a forest preserve. I love their rain cancelation policy. If the weather is showing 100% chance of storms, they refund you no problem and nothing is delivered the day of. Since weather in Chicago is pretty unpredictable, I thought this is a no brainer! The second time we rented was for a fun house party and we rented a popcorn machine. Who doesn't love fresh popped popcorn? I picked up the machine since their location is not terribly far from my home. Great and helpful staff who helped load it in my vehicle and took the time to show me how to operate the machine. Return was easy as well, just need to call before you bring it back to ensure someone will be there to receive it. We will use this family business for years to come! read more

Rented the double water slide bouncer yesterday for a family party. Tara answers emails even after hours. Delivery was early - bonus for our neighbor kids. Set up crew was friendly and professional! Bouncer was clean and the kids loved it!! read more

We rented the fire truck inflatable obstacle course and it was a huge hit for our school event! Reserving was super easy and Tara was so quick to respond with every question. The crew was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient for set up and picking up. We will definitely use them from now on for all of our school events. read more

We reached out for a last-minute booking since they were listed as an approved vendor for picnics and events at the Forest Preserve (FPCC). Booking online was easy, and they were able to deliver and pick up at specific times, which is necessary for park events. The booking process was straightforward, just make sure to add priority delivery and pick-up to your initial booking. Of course, there is an extra charge, but it's worth it. The gentleman arrived on time, were very polite, and worked with us to set up the inflatable in a location that would be good for the kids. They pointed out several small considerations I hadn't taken into account. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vendor. read more

Like most kids my newly turned 6 year old loves a good bounce house so I added one to his jedi training bday party last weekend. There are so many local bounce house companies to choose from, but I went with Jump Guy based on their stellar Yelp reviews and they had a Star Wars themed bounce house. Their pricing seemed fair from my limited research as well. The Glencoe Park District didn't have a certificate of insurance on file for them, but Jump Guy was able to get it to be pretty quickly. It was overall a very easy and smooth experience. I booked it all online, emailed with them a few times and they were right on time to set up. They actually called to see if they could even set it up early, but due to another party it wasn't possible. And setting it up took no more than a few minutes. Easy peasy and the kids had a blast bouncing around in the Star Wars house. I"ll be using them again for any bounce house needs. read more

This is my 4th year hiring Jump guy for our kids birthday party, and the excellent customer service along with the quality of the bounce house is why I keep coming back! Nick was great on the phone and processed the transaction quickly! The delivery guys (Jimmy) it was 3 but I only got his name, were so nice, polite and professional. They maintained communication with me for the drop off and the pick up. 100% I would recommend Jump Guy! read more

From start to finish. It was a pleasure doing business with them! When I called for a quote the owner was able to quickly give me an estimate. I was able to put a deposit to secure the date online. I scheduled it later during the day but last minute my wife reminded me that I was supposed to schedule it earlier. I texted the owner and they were able to do that for us! My baby girl who turned 1 was able to enjoy it and all the kids were able to too! We can't wait to do business with Jump guy again. Thank you!! read more

Tara was able to accommodate a last minute change and it actually worked out even better! Thank you to all your crew, they were great coming on time and having the large inflatable up and running in minutes. read more

Jump house was a hit. Kids loved it. Arrived earlier than expected. Reasonably priced.

Great service, excellent prices. The kids had a blast. I will use Jump Guy for all of my parties.

This will be our go-to bounce house/water slide company! Professional installation, clean and amazing equipment and comparable pricing.

Have to give Nick a shout out. Super nice and helpful on the phone, and even though he was booked for my last minute event, just based on the conversation we had I'd book him. Saving this for the future. read more

I used Jump Guy for a graduation party for my son. Tara and Nick were very helpful from the beginning. I got a gigantic tent, 12 tables and 60 chairs delivered and set up for me by a great group of guys that handled everything at drop off, set up, and removal. I will continue to use Jump Guy in the future and highly recommend them to others. read more

Jump Guy was hired by my company to do an event this past weekend and I would definitely hire them again! In fact, we were already discussing with Nick's team about what we would like for our event next year. Nick's team was absolutely professional and Nick put up with my crazy in planning this event! Thanks again! Jennifer read more

The company was great to deal with. They are completely set up to make everything completed online. I did have to call them and they picked up on the first ring. They have a huge selection to choose from. The crew that delivered the unit were great. The delivery crew had 3 young guys that were very courteous and polite. I had some problems with my electric, it took 3 separate outlets on different circuits. They were patient and very helpful. They were on time and efficient. Will definitely refer them to friends and use them again the future. read more

Great customer service, called ahead to give us an exact time of arrival and the two men who installed the water slide were fast and knowledgeable about the slide. They walked us through how to use it and what to do when we needed to inflate. Will totally be using Jump Guy Inflatables again! read more

Jump Guy is the best! We use this company for all of our parties. We wouldn't go anywhere else! They have so many options to choose from! The staff is extremely nice and the cost is not bad at all! Definitely the best bounce house company in the Chicagoland area! read more

After communicating four times with Nick, I called and left a message letting them know that the website would not let me complete my order because my total was under 100.00. I asked them in a phone message to hold on to the cotton candy machine because it said it was the last one and to call me back to complete the reservation. I was very clear and asked them to please hold on to this machine for me. After I finally spoke to Nick, he told me "sorry, we rented to someone else". He knew I was upset, after having communicated with him 4 times and leaving a message to avoid this exact thing from happening, and he told me he has "much bigger orders" to deal with! read more

We just had the best party because of the Jump Guy! The experience for renting the waterslide was above and beyond my expectations! These guys handled everything - even the stuff I didn't think of. Customer service was exceptional - proactive calls to me and they managed everything, so I wouldn't have to! Also, loved how they had tips and referrals for my party. They arrived on time, and couldn't be any more accommodating. The vertical Rush slide was clean and in perfect condition. My guests couldn't say enough about the slide they delivered. I am 100% sure we will use them over and over again! Great job Jump Guy! You created some lifetime memories for my family! read more

Cannot say enough good things about them! We had a great experience renting a jumpy house for our party to keep the kids busy. The BEST! I can not say enough great things about Jump Guy! Everything from my initial conversation with Nick to the follow up email was beyond my expectations. This was our best school event EVER! With over 1000 people in attendance, everyone from ages 2 to 70, was blown away by the variety of inflatables and games. The staff was friendly, hard working and professional. We are looking forward to working with Jump Guy for many years to come. read more
