We reached out for a last-minute booking since they were listed as an approved vendor for picnics and events at the Forest Preserve (FPCC). Booking online was easy, and they were able to deliver and pick up at specific times, which is necessary for park events. The booking process was straightforward, just make sure to add priority delivery and pick-up to your initial booking. Of course, there is an extra charge, but it's worth it. The gentleman arrived on time, were very polite, and worked with us to set up the inflatable in a location that would be good for the kids. Like most kids my newly turned 6 year old loves a good bounce house so I added one to his jedi training bday party last weekend. There are so many local bounce house companies to choose from, but I went with Jump Guy based on their stellar Yelp reviews and they had a Star Wars themed bounce house. Their pricing seemed fair from my limited research as well. The Glencoe Park District didn't have a certificate of insurance on file for them, but Jump Guy was able to get it to be pretty quickly. It was overall a very easy and smooth experience. I booked it all online, emailed with them a few times and they were right on time to set up. They actually called to see if they could even set it up early, but due to another party it wasn't possible. And setting it up took no more than a few minutes. I scheduled it later during the day but last minute my wife reminded me that I was supposed to schedule it earlier. I texted the owner and they were able to do that for us! The company was great to deal with. They are completely set up to make everything completed online. I did have to call them and they picked up on the first ring. They have a huge selection to choose from. The crew that delivered the unit were great. The delivery crew had 3 young guys that were very courteous and polite. I had some problems with my electric, it took 3 separate outlets on different circuits. They were patient and very helpful. They were on time and efficient. After communicating four times with Nick, I called and left a message letting them know that the website would not let me complete my order because my total was under 100.00. I asked them in a phone message to hold on to the cotton candy machine because it said it was the last one and to call me back to complete the reservation. I was very clear and asked them to please hold on to this machine for me. After I finally spoke to Nick, he told me "sorry, we rented to someone else". He knew I was upset, after having communicated with him 4 times and leaving a message to avoid this exact thing from happening, and he told me he has "much bigger orders" to deal with! read more

Customer service was exceptional - proactive calls to me and they managed everything, so I wouldn't have to! Also, loved how they had tips and referrals for my party.
