The JumperStore is amazing!!! My husband and I rented from them for our Block Club Back to School Party ; which was held this past Saturday August 30, 2025. It was also our 28th Wedding Anniversary. The company was so accommodating and easy to make reservations; which you can make them on line or directly with a reservation agent who was so helpful. We needed to extend our rental time and the were so graciously accommodating. We truly appreciated them for that adjustment. Their delivery driver was very nice as well great customer service. Had a block party for my daughters first "heavenly" birthday. We raised over $4,000 for Luries Childrens Hospital - and the water slide we rented helped make the event a lot of fun. We ended up renting their biggest slide for 8+ hours. I reached out to the store and talked to Steve. After telling him what I was looking for he was super helpful and sent over a quote right after we got off the phone. Signed it that day and put a deposit down. They showed up 30 minutes early with the slide on the day of. The crew that dropped it off looked pretty young so I was even more impressed when they nailed the set up so quickly. We were filling up the slide 15 minutes later. Even though the day was a bit chilly at 77 degrees - it didn't keep anyone off the slide for long. Some things I learned since this was my first really big inflatable purchase: - Make sure you have an outlet within 100ft of the inflatable and you probably won't need a generator (depending on your voltage) - The extension cord they provided was a 14 gauge but I switched it out with my 12 gauge lighted cord since we were going to run it continuously for so long. - Use U-Shaped ground anchors to stake the extension cord and water hose to the ground to prevent tripping after set up - and make a couple of yellow tripping hazard sign so no one can sue you. read more

Apart from a couple very minor communication issues the week prior to the event, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had never rented a bounce house before, but I wanted my block's first block party to be a success. The gentleman delivered and set up the bounce house during the given time window that morning and it was inflated and ready to go in less than ten minutes after he arrived. Amazing. I paid the balance on the rental, and he answered my questions and left. I paid for the rental until 6pm but they didn't arrive to pick it up until about 8pm, giving us some extra time that the kids took full advantage of.
