When our kiddo was born early in the summer of 2020, they bumped up our outdoor balloon delivery and installation so that it arrived the day we came home from the hospital which was such a special surprise for all of us! We have attended multiple of their events in their space over the years which my young children LOVED, the joy! We order from them for special moments like baby showers or birthday balloons. I have never been let down on the product selection and service. Their customer service has always been on point, most recently I ordered a standing Valentines balloon for the kiddos and realized I wanted a different option (the Huggable Bear was SO CUTE) and within moments of my email they said no problem and switched my order for me. We have been at home so much these last couple years and Luft Balloons have helped us bring much joy into our home.

Sent an email was told they'd get back to me with a proposal, missed their own deadline. Sent another email to Nicole: "really don't appreciate the unprofessionalism. No response to my 2 internal request for a quote, I have to email you. Then your own deadline isn't met." Then Nicole asked me question some that I already answered in my initial requests. Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." I asked for the CEO, or person in charge of the business, and I was ignored. Again, why would I use this company? Why would you?

The website is incredibly easy to navigate and the options are both abundant but not overwhelming. The color schemes are perfectly coordinated. You somehow want them all which to me shows the expert curation at play. I chose to have my arrangements be delivered directly to the site. Paris312 sent me a link so I could track the delivery in real time. Such a nice way to not worry. When I finally got to see them in real life, I was blown away. Yes these are high end balloons and wow do you get what you pay for. The custom balloon with my sisters name on it was HUGE and make the vibe perfect for the entrance. The number balloons were a perfect back drop for photos. The glitter balloons in the side arrangements just made everything sparkle a little extra. Do not hesitate to use this company. They are clearly professionals with good taste to boot. Thank you, Paris312!!! I only wish I had more pictures to share

Walter is absolutely incredible and so, so talented! He came right to our apartment to perform for a hour-long performance of magic and illusions. You can check him out at The Magic Lounge, but we booked him to come to our home which was a real treat too. Highly recommend hiring the spellbinder for any celebration.

Next, you go to the equipment counter and get all the essentials; suit, helmet etc. you and your group have a mini educational segment with your instructor. I opted for just 2 flights but one of going all the way to the top. So much fun. Once the flight group is done you exit to de-robe and can learn about additional classes. I would want him again if we came back to this location. Overall: The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because is it just so expensive. I don't regret it because I know my nephew loved it, but it's definitely a splurge that is reserved for once in a while. Although I do have to say, the more you do it, the cheaper the price goes. You should do it at least once! The kids LOVED it.
