The website is incredibly easy to navigate and the options are both abundant but not overwhelming. The color schemes are perfectly coordinated. You somehow want them all which to me shows the expert curation at play. I chose to have my arrangements be delivered directly to the site. Paris312 sent me a link so I could track the delivery in real time. Such a nice way to not worry. When I finally got to see them in real life, I was blown away. Yes these are high end balloons and wow do you get what you pay for. The custom balloon with my sisters name on it was HUGE and make the vibe perfect for the entrance. The number balloons were a perfect back drop for photos. The glitter balloons in the side arrangements just made everything sparkle a little extra. Do not hesitate to use this company. Beware! Unprofessional, unresponsive, & unreliable. Sent in to request for 2 events, twice. No…read moreresponses. Sent an email was told they'd get back to me with a proposal, missed their own deadline. Sent another email to Nicole: "really don't appreciate the unprofessionalism. No response to my 2 internal request for a quote, I have to email you. Then your own deadline isn't met." Then Nicole asked me question some that I already answered in my initial requests. Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." I asked for the CEO, or person in charge of the business, and I was ignored. For our balloon garlands (there are other fun party supplies also), it's easy to order online - pick size, colors, etc and have your balloon display installed in tour requested day/time frame. I think you can also get deliveries of balloons for a more DIY feel, though I've only gotten the installation (and very happy to not have to do the work myself! I'm sure it looks way better than what I could do!). You can also work to customize your order if you don't want exactly what's on their website. Even with suspect weather, my 2 displays lasted a while and were so festive and fun. I fully intend to keep using them for upcoming events.

Then communication stopped entirely for weeks to months, despite multiple documented follow-ups via text, call, and email. When they finally responded, they said our main contact had gone on leave, but provided no apology or explanation on why there wasn't a better hand off for customer experience. After further delay, they arbitrarily doubled the proposal (excluding add-ons we agreed to), and offered no clear justification beyond a minor increase in stage size. This happened less than 50 days before our wedding, causing unnecessary stress and leaving us exposed to last-minute price gouging from other vendors. The exact opposite experience any couple preparing for their special day should have. We raised our concerns directly with Revel leadership and gave them every opportunity to explain or take responsibility instead of blaming their employees. They never responded. For a company that markets itself as premium, the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability was appalling. It felt like a bait-and-switch targeting clients with less business acumen who would not question the changes. Go anywhere else.

The MCA recommended Revel as their preferred partner, and we're so thrilled we went with them because they pulled off the most beautiful wedding for us! We worked closely with Laurie & Megan to create a vision board and proposal. At first, my husband and I were completely lost about what we wanted (Traditional? Art Deco? No clue). Laurie & Megan spent hours of their time getting to know us and our taste, and brought their expertise to design a wedding that was beyond our imagination - contemporary, chic, and sexy, which perfectly suited our venue and black tie event. They also found creative ways to also stick to our budget, which is unheard of these days with weddings, and they delivered everything we asked for and more. Our wedding happened to fall on Lollapalooza weekend, which Revel was also working. However, Laurie & her crew personally came by my bridal suite during hair & makeup, in their Lolla gear, to deliver florals for our photoshoot. I discussed my wedding theme with Drape Kings and asked for a mixture of Black and White Drapes with a Red accent. I sent a picture and met with a DK representative months in advance to discuss my request and I was told they could fulfill it. On my wedding day, one long continuous White Drape was hung without a Black Drape or Red or accent mixed in. It resembled a bed sheet and was extremely unappealing for $1,123.52. It was tacky and just not worth it. There was a small Black and White Drape section behind my Sweetheart Table, I guess to distract from the back wall where the original drapery discussed was supposed to be hung.
