It was easy to get a hold of her by phone (a bit faster than email) for our consultation or other questions. Our philosophy is to hire professionals and let them do what they know best. I had an idea of what color flowers I wanted, and then Kristen asked for my opinion on specific types of flowers. The end product was amazing! LOVED what she did with my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets, they were gorgeous and had cool textures. Our wedding arch/chuppah was also beautifully done. What I really appreciated about Kristen is that she respected our budget (and didn't pressure us to add more on) and was straightforward with how to best spend our money.

So I started searching for things we could have delivered to her house. I was not expecting to find such unique and fun ballon options! I contacted ChiTwist for a quote and Clayton quickly responded. We nailed down what I was looking for in record time. I'm sure it took an hour or less from quote to payment. The night before the delivery, I got a text from Clayton asking if I'd like the display on an indoor base since rainy weather was headed that way. Yes! I really appreciated that.
