They were very fast with the balloon animals, which helped (as you can imagine - the line of kids forms quickly, and everyone wants their flower, sword, butterfly IMMEDIATELY) I felt the communicated very clearly up front, and we easy to deal with. My daughter's birthday party was in January (yes this review is well over due) Melissa is soooo talented. She did all type of designs and characters on the children s faces.
