Our chef ended up using her services that same night for another event, so she still had work and income for that day. Even with that, she still kept the full $4,000 and made no effort to work with us. Communication felt rigid and unhelpful, and the entire situation was handled with little consideration or professionalism. If you are considering working with Vintage Place Settings, make sure you clearly understand the cancellation terms before paying and get everything in writing. Based on our experience, once payment is made, there may be little to no flexibility if plans change. We would not recommend this vendor.
