I celebrated my 30th birthday with balloons from Paris 312 and they made my vision come true! I got the numbers, a happy birthday arrangement, and two side pieces with 5 plain cored balloons each. The numbers lasted 4 weeks! I'm pretty sure they would've made it another week, but I took them down. The only disappointment were the plain balloons. This business ruined my sisters baby shower. I ordered from them before (a simple no contact 30 birthday balloon set which was delivered flawlessly) so I decided to use them for a bigger event. I ordered three large globe balloons as well as a floating arch with foil letters underneath. I had additional decorations to supplement but these were the main attractions The event started at 11. Paris312 specifically asked for an 930 am delivery time, which my venue accommodated at their special request. I show up at 930 and start setting up. By 10:30 i start getting anxious, and call the the customer service rep who has no idea where the order is. They call their delivery vehicle and tell me that the set up of an earlier order ran long and they would be arriving at 11:15-11:30 after my event started. They call back in about ten minutes (1045ish) and tell me that the the balloons will actually arrive at 12ish. They ultimately arrive at 12:30 (THREE hours late!) and finish setting up at 1245- our event ended at 1 pm! The delivery drivers said there was a glitch in their system (a different excuse than what i was told before?). They did make up for it in several ways: 1. Customer service was pretty good after i called 2. Everyone i spoke to from the business apologized 3. Set up was quick 4. They refunded the cost of my order 5. They provided a small credit for a future order Even though they tried to make up for it with the above, the event really was ruined due to their tardiness. Working with them was supposed to alleviate stress and it did the opposite. I understand that things happen but this was my experience. read more
