Paris312 is a must use for all your events. I recently planned a surprise party for my sister and while this was a personal event, I plan on using them professionally in the future as well. The website is incredibly easy to navigate and the options are both abundant but not overwhelming. The color schemes are perfectly coordinated. You somehow want them all which to me shows the expert curation at play. I chose to have my arrangements be delivered directly to the site. Paris312 sent me a link so I could track the delivery in real time. Such a nice way to not worry. When I finally got to see them in real life, I was blown away. Yes these are high end balloons and wow do you get what you pay for. The custom balloon with my sisters name on it was HUGE and make the vibe perfect for the entrance. The number balloons were a perfect back drop for photos. The glitter balloons in the side arrangements just made everything sparkle a little extra. Do not hesitate to use this company. They are clearly professionals with good taste to boot. Thank you, Paris312!!! I only wish I had more pictures to share read more

Beware! Unprofessional, unresponsive, & unreliable. Sent in to request for 2 events, twice. No responses. Sent an email was told they'd get back to me with a proposal, missed their own deadline. Sent another email to Nicole: "really don't appreciate the unprofessionalism. No response to my 2 internal request for a quote, I have to email you. Then your own deadline isn't met." Then Nicole asked me question some that I already answered in my initial requests. Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." I asked for the CEO, or person in charge of the business, and I was ignored. Again, why would I use this company? Why would you? read more

Paris312 really came through for me! I was looking for a small, yet beautiful, balloon bouquet that could be delivered to my apartment to surprise my wife for her birthday. Not only was the process on their website simple and straightforward, they also had an option to shorten the delivery window. The delivery provided updates and happened earlier than expected making for a great birthday morning! read more

I am SO impressed with Paris312. We order a simple baby gender reveal balloon and they did a great job with on-time delivery (to the western suburb) and making sure the balloon was secure and protected at the time of delivery. Pricing was a little high but worth it IMO. Everyone loved the reveal and the extra touch of mini balloons and confettis sprinkling the ground as we popped the balloon. We can't wait to use them for future events! read more

I happened upon Paris312 when I saw one of their vans driving around doing deliveries about a year ago. Since then, I've used them a few times for balloon deliveries. I've really liked the quality of the items I've purchased - from tabletop decor to giant balloons. Good color selection and a wide range of styles. One of my favorite aspects of this business is their delivery. They've always been on time and I've received my balloons easily and in perfect time. A little pricey but good quality and easy customer service. Definitely a great options for balloon decor, centerpieces, installations, parties and one-off deliveries. read more

I celebrated my 30th birthday with balloons from Paris 312 and they made my vision come true! I got the numbers, a happy birthday arrangement, and two side pieces with 5 plain cored balloons each. The numbers lasted 4 weeks! I'm pretty sure they would've made it another week, but I took them down. The only disappointment were the plain balloons. They fell down on less than 72 hours which is quite disappointing for the price. I recommend getting getting their custom balloons for your event, you won't regret it! read more

I was looking for a place that would deliver pinterest-esq balloons and I'm happy to have found Paris312. The entire process was super easy and customizable and the balloons were such a hit at at the party! Process: Emily was super sweet and delivered on all my color requests. I was able to select from a palette of multiple balloon choices and she gave recommendations on what color scheme would look best. I made my order and she invoiced me over the phone. I elected for delivery (extra 15.00 charge plus tip) and I was elated that I did not have go out and buy, fill-up, and drive a car full of balloons to my party! Delivery: The driver was 15 minutes early and brought out two wrapped up balloon bouquets from a white van. He brought my balloons to the location, unwrapped them and left. I didn't even realize this business had such stellar reviews on Yelp! I kept seeing their ads on Instagram a lot, never believed I'd use them until I wanted to plan an in house surprise bday celebration (because...COVID restrictions in Chicago) and boom I remembered all the PARIS312 ads lol. I am so pleased with my purchase especially because the delivery was so prompt and the balloons were beautiful. I do think the packages are a tad pricey, but it comes with delivery, and I don't have any complaints on service, so not a big deal. I will absolutely order again. read more

Best Balloon Option in the city! Always accommodating on timing. The balloons are always perfect. Best online shop and options-

We've had two deliveries from Paris312 for our kids' birthdays. Spectacular. Used Paris312 for a next day order for an office anniversary party and the balloons were perfect and tasteful. I had to give very little instruction and input and they were better than what I envisioned. They were a huge hit and really set the tone of an otherwise uneventful office lunch. I don't like writing reviews like this and rarely do based on such little experience but, I Just called for assistance and the person who assisted or lacked of assistance could have been of no worse help. Bad taste to not have simple customer service or be helpful. For reference, I called to make sure that I couldn't purchase and travel with the balloons to an outside city. I then asked for local vendors they may know of and simply was no or go to Amazon. This is such a niche business I'd expect more. Not sure I'd recommend. read more

Paris312 proved their professionalism, their dedication to trendy balloon decoration, and to listening to what their customers exactly want. I've now used Paris312 twice, and have nothing but good things to say. First time was for my husbands birthday- they ordered on time and helped protect the balloon bouquet I got despite really bad weather. This time around, we got an outdoor garland for a baby shower- not only was it beautiful, but what makes it an even better value is that the delivery was free, and they took care of the set up outside. Made everything so so easy with a call to confirm exactly what I wanted in advance, and texts to confirm delivery ahead of arrival. Day of, we got so many compliments on the arrangement! read more

Fantastic service and fantastic balloons! I will definitely use Paris312 again and will recommend to friends and family! This business ruined my sisters baby shower. I ordered from them before (a simple no contact 30 birthday balloon set which was delivered flawlessly) so I decided to use them for a bigger event. I ordered three large globe balloons as well as a floating arch with foil letters underneath. I had additional decorations to supplement but these were the main attractions The event started at 11. Paris312 specifically asked for an 930 am delivery time, which my venue accommodated at their special request. I show up at 930 and start setting up. By 10:30 i start getting anxious, and call the the customer service rep who has no idea where the order is. They call their delivery vehicle and tell me that the set up of an earlier order ran long and they would be arriving at 11:15-11:30 after my event started. They call back in about ten minutes (1045ish) and tell me that the the balloons will actually arrive at 12ish. They ultimately arrive at 12:30 (THREE hours late!) and finish setting up at 1245- our event ended at 1 pm! The delivery drivers said there was a glitch in their system (a different excuse than what i was told before?). They did make up for it in several ways: 1. Customer service was pretty good after i called 2. Everyone i spoke to from the business apologized 3. Set up was quick 4. They refunded the cost of my order 5. They provided a small credit for a future order Even though they tried to make up for it with the above, the event really was ruined due to their tardiness. Working with them was supposed to alleviate stress and it did the opposite. I understand that things happen but this was my experience. read more

Amazing experience all around. Looking for something different from the usual flowers, I wanted to have balloons delivered for my sister's birthday. Found Paris312 and Carl was a dream to work with!! He answered my questions and was very accommodating when I requested a last minute switch in product. Even in the busy graduation season, they were able to have them delivered next day. They provided a 2 hour window and the driver arrived well within that time. The impact was exactly as desired - she loved them and was super surprised. She said several people in her building raved over them and asked where they were from. I would not hesitate to use again. read more

Paris312 did a great job setting up my brother in law's 40th birthday brunch at our home! They were timely, professional, and most importantly...the decorations were absolutely stunning! We couldn't have asked for a more convenient and appropriately priced company to take the decorating stress off of us. A special shoutout to Victoria who came to our home to set up the decor. She was wonderful and took her time to make her every single balloon was in the picture perfect place. She truly has an eye for design. Not only that, but she was a great conversationalist, incredibly professional (wore a mask throughout the process), and kind. We are so thankful to Paris312 and their wonderful staff!
