Every time, she stayed calm and reassured me: "I got this." And she delivered! The team arrived early, set everything up beautifully, and even made tweaks based on my suggestions. Everything turned out perfect. If you want a balloon company that truly knows what they're doing, this is the one. I recommend them hands down--actually, hands and toes down. So I started searching for things we could have delivered to her house. I was not expecting to find such unique and fun ballon options! I contacted ChiTwist for a quote and Clayton quickly responded. We nailed down what I was looking for in record time. I'm sure it took an hour or less from quote to payment. The night before the delivery, I got a text from Clayton asking if I'd like the display on an indoor base since rainy weather was headed that way. Yes! I really appreciated that. It was perfect (and honestly I thought they were all on a base, not a yard stake). Good news, I got to see this fantastic display in person and everyone loved it. It was bigger and better than I imagined. My dad is still talking about it 5 days later.

Lilia was super responsive and within a day even sent me perfect samples of what the centerpieces would look like. We decided we would add cards to each centerpiece with QR codes that described my daughter's mitzvah project so I dropped them off in their adorable store in Winnetka beforehand. The arch was set up on Friday so we were able to use it for our Friday night dinner and Sat festivities...and then she dropped off the centerpieces on Saturday. When I walked into the room it was super bright and festive, which was exactly what we were going for. I've learned thru my years of party planning there are many options when it comes to balloons, but Bashy Bash is fairly prices, reliable and does a great job. Plus it's nice that they have a storefront for those who want to go figure out their balloon options in person.
