Everyone was very nice to work with, coordinating over email was easy and the man who delivered the balloons the day of was so sweet! I will say I was disappointed with the end design, it didn't look at all like what I had requested. I shared photos as inspo and I thought we were on the same page, but unfortunately the colors and sizing of the balloons was not right. For the price, I was hoping to be blown away but just wasn't. Not to mention, I've wanted to give feedback but no one reached out afterwards to see how everything went with set up and if I was happy with my purchase. Just feel like that would have been nice but my expectations are prob too high! Overall, OK but if you're looking for something more "Instagramable" I would look elsewhere because this place just didn't get it unfortunately. read more

Hired BalloonLab for my wedding on 12/31/2016 and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They were very good with communication and all the questions I had before the event. The balloons were set up when they said they would be and they worked with the venue (hotel) to get that done. All I had to do was send some emails and pay and they took care of the rest. I had to decorate a birthday party for a grown up adult, my husband, in a private party setting. I ordered 4 centers of balloons for the tables to Dimitry, owner of Balloon Lab. I had to change the sitting setting for the party and communicated to Dimitry 4 days before and he was able to change the balloon decorations, he was quite versatile, he made a balloon arch and two centers for a U shape large table and he was able to change it for about the same pricing as before. The balloon decorations looked awesome blue and golden colours with different shapes and double balloons (one inside another); the guests were really impressed with them. The decorations gave lots of good vibe to the party, setting would look all duller without the nice balloon decor provided by Balloon Lab. read more

I had a pretty rough experience with the last balloon delivery service and the clown... Don't get me started on the clown.... So, I needed a balloon drop for a party and the rope that I had pull did not release the balloons and got stuck, as matter of fact the entire balloon net fell and it was a disaster. I explained this to the guys at BalloonLab and was assured by their team that they use the latest equipment for their balloon drops. I rolled the dice with these guys because they came out to meet me at my venue and they were able evaluate the ceiling for where the balloons would need to hang and also to show me examples of much larger balloon drops that they lifted and installed. The results were great, I had the balloons drop perfectly and there was no resistance from the string I had to pull. I highly recommend working with their team, they make you feel comfortable and you can tell they have lots of experience in what they do. read more

My daughter has her first birthday coming up soon. My wife and I have been exploring ideas about what we'd like to do for our daughter's party. One idea we had was a hot-air-balloon themed party, with centerpieces and the works. So I called BalloonLab and spoke to Alex. I ran him through the gauntlet of questions; to include: price, allergy information (latex balloons), if we wanted to have a balloon guy or magician, and so on and so forth. He specked out several bids for me: the economic route and royal-ball route. He understood our budget concerns and assisted aptly with the different quotes. I worked with Balloon Lab to get a balloon drop and 4 36" balloons for my New Year's Eve wedding. They were really easy to work with and I thought they were very reasonably priced -- I liked the online system for requesting a proposal. Everything turned out perfectly and the balloon drop functioned exactly as planned. I gave them four stars though, because there was a minor mix-up with the 4 36" balloons. This is not a standard product for them, so that may have been the issue. However, they set up the balloon drop the day before my wedding, and brought the 4 36" balloons. In the course of conversation with the set-up guys, though, they mentioned that the large balloons would only last for about three hours. So, she worked with them and got them to agree to come back the next day and re-deliver the balloons, and they ended up lasting all night, which was my expectation based on conversations with my BalloonLab rep. So, in the end, everything was completely perfect with no issues, but there was a little extra stress around the 4 balloons which gets them the four stars instead of five. read more
