Updating from my previous reviews. They have gone above and beyond to make my previous rental disappointment become a rental excitement! We just had our son's 2nd birthday party and Taylor Rental Party Plus supplied a new combo bouncer. We also rented some tables and chairs hoping for great outdoor weather. The bouncer stayed up the whole time and we didn't have any problems like the year before. All the children had a great time jumping & sliding. Even my 2 year old went in and loved it! Prior to this he wouldn't get into an inflatable because of the unsteady surface. The two delivery and setup guys were professional and friendly. We just rented the moonwalk house that looks like a fire station for our two-year-old grandson's party, and it was a huge hit with all ages, including grandparents! The whole process was very easy and the men who did the set up were extremely professional and checked every detail. We'll definitely rent again from them for future parties. read more

Taylor set up a large canopy tent for us and delivered a large cooler and tables and chairs. They were responsive and everything was as promised. Chris and his set up crew did a nice job helping us determine where to put the tent, as excessive rain and septic system in the back yard made it challenging. Everyone was polite and professional and the tent looked great. The large rental cooler is a must for a big party, much easier than using/borrowing multiple small coolers. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we didn't realize they were picking everything up before noon the next day until I called at ~10 a.m., as it wasn't mentioned. So we hustled to get everything broken down. The contract did say our event ends at 1 p.m. the day after our party, so I take some responsibility for not knowing. read more

They ran out to us if things weren't going well and fixed our problem immediately with a smile. I would use them again and certainly recommend them without hesitation. I chose Taylor Rental Party Plus for all of my wedding dinnerware, glassware, and servingware, and what a great decision! Our venue required that we bring in everything from the linens up, so that was quite a lot of materials for my 230-guest wedding. I found their website extremely helpful because they posted all their prices (many places will have you contact them for pricing). I went in and met with Tracey. She was simply wonderful to work with. She walked me through each step of the evening and helped me decide what we needed and how much of each item we'd need. She was knowledgeable, professional, and was honest about what I would or wouldn't need for my particular vision. Once we had our quote, it was so easy to adjust the order. About a week before the date I realized I needed to add a few items and all it took was a simple, 5 minute phone call. My reception took place in Chicago, and Taylor Rental Party Plus does not deliver to the city. They allowed us to bring a UHaul to them, where they loaded the truck for us and we then brought everything in to the venue. Their transport crates were easy to use, and we were able to return everything on Monday afternoon. I would recommend their friendly, flexible services to anyone who is throwing a party, big or small! read more

I ordered tables, chairs, and moonwalk one week before the graduation party in July. Marcus was very helpful & professional, and told me just how set-up & pick-up would work. Everything was exactly as promised on the day of the party. The delivery team was careful to make sure the moonwalk was positioned just where I wanted it. The kids had a great time, and the Super Hero moonwalk was the hit of the party! The same crew that delivered the items on Saturday returned the next day to pick up, and were done in no time. really unorganized! I needed to rent a moonwalk so I called them when they were closing to check availability and the combo that i wanted was still available. I called back 5 minutes later and they were already closed. I left a message for someone to call me back first thing in the morning and no one ever called. So i called around 10:30 AM and they said that it was already booked by someone from the previous day! I spoke to a man who had no desire to figure out what had happened. I explained to him that I called the night before during closing at it was still available. The man said he doesn't know what happened and he didn't care to figure it out. They personally came out to measure the tent area, offered suggestions and recommendations, etc. They were very courteous and professional and our order was delivered and set up perfectly. The only reason I am giving them one star is that the man who did the estimates was lovely and professional. The day of set up was a disaster. My order was small. Two tents and some tables and chairs. The estimated time of completion was 1 1/2 hours. It took 4 hours and as such, I had to cancel my much needed doctor's appointment (so that cost me). They had to make 3 trips back to the store as the first time they forgot the pole to one tent, the second time they forgot the pole for the second tent and lastely, one canopy was the wrong side. They explained it by saying they loaded the truck the night before and they were tired and not bothering to look at the checklist. The crew was 3 men; one the captain and 2 young men. One of young men was on the phone so much, we had to ask him to stop texting and aid in the set up. When the young men were unloading parts, they carelessly through a heavy metal part into my flower beds. The owner was 100% aware what was going on. He never called to apologize nor did he even come out to our site (15 minutes away) to supervise the disaster. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. read more

Ordered the first time, no problem. The second time it was dirty and the parents didn't want their kids to play in it. When I told them that happened they said it must have been a busy weekend. This time we got the biggest one. Everything was fine until pick up the next day. It was raining and they never called and told us what to do. When it stopped raining for an hour we plugged it in and dryed it out. No one came or called. Then it rained again. We left everything out for them to come. The next day I drove by and saw it up with no one there. When my husband called the company they said they came by yesterday but no one was home. We were home all day. Then their story changed and said you know it was raining pretty hard. Never even commented why they didn't reach out to us to say why they weren't picking it up or what to do. Then they told us they must have plugged it in and went to the next job. Didn't get a call or even a ring to tell us they would be coming and doing all this so we knew what we were coming home to find. Very disappointed and surprised. Not even a sorry or anything, just an excuse. read more
