When our kiddo was born early in the summer of 2020, they bumped up our outdoor balloon delivery and installation so that it arrived the day we came home from the hospital which was such a special surprise for all of us! I have never been let down on the product selection and service. Their customer service has always been on point, most recently I ordered a standing Valentines balloon for the kiddos and realized I wanted a different option (the Huggable Bear was SO CUTE) and within moments of my email they said no problem and switched my order for me. I drove by Itsy Bitsy a couple weeks before they opened, and I'm glad I saw them. I followed them…read moreon Instagram immediately because what they offer is REALLY useful--an indoor play space and co-working space. But they go beyond just the standard indoor playground; they offer care (play care, in their terminology) so your children are well cared for whilst you bring home the bacon. Their "playmakers" (it's whimsical; I love it) engage in fun and meaningful play and I love the idea that I could be nearby when my daughter is here but actually get work done. Because I was following their social media, I saw that Little Giggles Speech Therapy was holding a class called First Signs here, which is what has brought me to Itsy Bitsy for now. Itsy Bitsy's facilities are really nice and very clean. When you enter, you walk into the cafe area. There's a limited menu but for coffee drinkers you'll probably find something here! There are a few tables as well. To the right of the door is the co-working space with several desks ready for you to roll up your sleeves and get to work. On the left side of the building is the children's play space, and I think it's a smart way to design the place--it helps keep the distraction down. I'm not sure what the youngest age limit is for play care here. I met a woman who's purchased a membership here and her son is about seven months old; mine is only about four so she may be too little for the place, still. But I'm going to ask when I'm back next week for the signing class, because this is a great concept and I think it would be incredibly useful to be able to come here on my remote workdays and the rates are very reasonable. This business also offers open play times and you can rent for events, so it will be a place for me to keep in mind for birthday parties--though parking seems to be street only, and though at least some of the side streets around here don't appear to require a permit the parking is still limited. I'm just loving the concept of this business and really hope to use it more fully soon, and to see the community that builds here.

First of all this space was everything I could have dreamed of, the greenery with the courtyard and industrial vibe inside is perfect. We did the elopement package so we only had a small group of people and they give you the option to add on hours as they have available. We did a 3 hour time block and it was perfect for us to do the ceremony, dances, pictures and cocktail hour. Robyn and Michelle are also incredibly professional and so easy to work with. Robyn got the brunt of my random late night emails about details and questions leading up to the day, she was quick to respond, kind and very accommodating. I interacted with Michelle more on the day of and she was just as helpful and friendly. She helped our family set things up, controlled the music on my phone and was there for any questions we had. She also helped my family clean up after the ceremony. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who is dreaming of an intimate and relaxing wedding day!

They got to know us and helped guide us through the entire process. Our goal was to keep things fairly simple, but high-quality. They took our general ideas and helped craft the perfect atmosphere for our wedding reception. The day of the wedding reception, Michelle knocked it out of the park getting the flowers, photos, sound system, and other decorations all set up. We also hired Michelle to handle our photography and she did a phenomenal job with that, as well. It was a blast watching our guests walk in and say, "Wow... this place is incredible! I had no idea this was here!" The Lytle House really is a special hideaway in the city, and we'll be recommending it to friends and family every chance we get. - Vanessa and Matt

We initially found them because we were looking for a boxwood type with white flowers drop flowing as a backdrop for the reception venue, then found out that they do wedding coordination. So we had them as my day of wedding coordinator and for the flower wall. As we continue to plan our wedding, we had such a hard time looking for a florist that understands our vision. We wanted it to be us, personal, cozy, comfortable, romantic and welcoming. Me and my husband come from different cultures and needed someone to understand that our concepts of celebration is different. We shared our concerns with Chyrel and she told me they do flowers and event design! She is an angel! We took time to think about it and continued to look for a florist, but among 8 florists, she was the one who saw my vision and was open to try what we wanted. So we had them design our reception venue and took care of the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. After that, they have made my year of wedding plan so easy! Coming close to the wedding, we did mock up table settings that gave us and Chyrel an opportunity to collaborate and share ideas on how to make it better. One of the many things I love about Chyrel is, she allows us to voice our opinion, she hears us, she gives her input, then we come up something together that is so much better! With the wedding coordination, Chyrel and Camille helped us build the timeline, reached out to all our vendors- church coordinator, dj, photographer, videographer, venue coordinator, everyone that is involved in our wedding and made sure everyone is on the same page for wedding day. On the wedding day, Camille was there bright and early in our hotel rooms, running back and forth, checking on me and my husband, making sure we are fine, and on schedule. My dad didn't eat much for breakfast and was getting light headed in church. Camille in the rescue and had some granola bars ready and definitely made my dad feel better. (Also, I didn't know this was happening at that time until my dad told me a few days after the wedding). She also did a McDonalds run for my wedding entourage for snacks in the bus after the ceremony. :) When we got to the reception venue, everything was perfect! Everything was what we envisioned it to be, even more! It was so beautiful. We truly gasped when we saw everything! The timeline for the reception when smoothly because of them! They coordinated well with the DJ and came up with plans when we needed to modify things. They also helped my maid of honor plan her powerpoint surprise while making her speech. There are still so many things we can talk about how much they helped us throughout the wedding process. We only have high praises for them! we'll attached pictures soon when we get the official ones. Thank you Lil Epic! All the best, Jan and Lukasz
