They have so many other wedding services and items that I ended up getting so I am beyond happy to get everything in one place!!! Let me say that Angie is the sweetest, most patient person! I first emailed her and she responded so quickly to all of my questions. She even went above and beyond to provide me extra pictures that were sent to my phone because it was difficult to capture everything they have in the showroom. I was texting her back and forth and she sent me a lot of pictures and answered every question that I had for the centerpieces that I was interested in. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I got all the information I needed and she invited me to see the showroom to which I scheduled an appointment shortly thereafter. The showroom was gorgeous and nicely presented. I saw what I wanted right away and Angie was very helpful in helping me set up my vision. I was a little indecisive about my tea light candle colors; I asked for her honest opinion and I appreciated that. She was patient with me through this whole time and ensured that it was okay because she wanted to make sure I was truly happy with the decision. I highly recommend them for all your wedding needs!!! I'm so lucky to have found them!!! This is an honest review - I am truly so happy with them!

So lets back track to ~ 1 hour after we left our previous yelp review, my fiancee gets a voicemail that CCBS is returning our deposit (Score +1 for yelp!). We check our account and there were no pending transactions or sign our deposit is coming back to us, "oh well", we think, "I'm sure these things take some time". So fast forward to today, my fiancee gets a phone call from the same employee from CCBS who begins yelling at my fiancee because we left a negative yelp review! Fortunately there's a big red button that allows unwanted phone calls to end rapidly. A few minutes later she calls back again! At this point my 2-days-before-wedding-not-stressed-at-all bride had had enough and wasn't going to take the same verbal abuse. Thinking that was the end of that, we get a text from the owner stating our future marriage is already in need of counseling from the owner of CCBS himself. Update 6/5/15: I know we've all been eagerly awaiting how this plays out but I'm glad to report the deposit came through last night.

I read previous reviews of the service received from Oksana at the Chicago Chair Rental and it was no exaggeration. She was excellent and the company exceeded our expectations. I ordered silver chiavari chairs (and 2 chair covers for myself and the groom) for my wedding. I also ended up ordering the backdrop with the floor lights as well. The chairs were in excellent condition and the backdrop with the lighting really added something special to my reception. I could not have asked for more especially at such good pricing. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to use this company for your event.

I decided to look elsewhere and came across Oksana with Chicago Chair Rental Collection. After speaking with her over the phone and being informed of their very, very reasonable prices, I tried looking for reviews of the company but didn't come across any because they are so new. Naturally, I was reluctant to use them, but I made 2 small requests: 1) to meet up with them while they were setting up for another wedding, and 2) to ask for a reference. Oksana was an open book and gladly said yes to both. My now-husband and I met her in person while they were setting up at a wedding. We asked a bunch of questions and saw her assistants setting up the chairs with great care, and saw that their chairs were very new and in great condition. My concern that they are not a real company was completely squashed. She also gave me an email address of a previous customer (per his consent), who said great things about their service. The icing on the cake is that Oksana is extremely responsive via phone and email (responded back to me within an hour all the time!), unlike the competitor I was having a difficult time with. Come time of the wedding, as far as I know, the beautiful gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions I dreamt of magically appeared and disappeared without any problems. I think CCRC is a great company, and Oksana was a delight to work with! So for you brides & grooms who have the same concern about not seeing any reviews of this company, I was that person too and ended up having a great experience with CCRC!

DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY! GABRIELLE IS THE OWNER and she arrived 15 mins before my event…read morebegan, because of traffic, which she felt justified her lateness. My husband and son-in-law did 98% of the labor bc she bought 1 kid with her to help setup 9+ tables with table cloths, 20 chairs, centerpieces, 3 balloon columns and 2-4ft lite Initials then she tells me she forgot the 4 chafing dishes. Mind you I prepaid ALL of this IN FULL. The table cloths were so wrinkled they looked like she just balled them up and stuck them in a bag. She told me she'd give me 50% refund, then later text $200. When I told her $200 is not 50%, she said , "I said 40, but I'll give you 50." That was a week ago now and nothing returned to my credit card. Next step is desputing with credit card company, I do have her text messages and filing a complaint with BBB. I paid over $1200 to do her job, not be able to greet my guests properly or feed my guests for hours. Again, DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY.

The tent was delivered and set up the morning of her party. I was so impressed with the delivery and set up and the tent looked brand new... and included the string lights. I was impressed by how hard they worked to find everything we needed to make her grad party special. Initially, I wasn't planing to rent a tent. But five days before her graduation party, I realized we were going to need a big area to host all her guests. It was stressful and I wasn't sure we'd even be able to find one. Most tents had already been rented, but thankfully Sanchez had a couple of 16'x32' tents still available. I rented one, (and would've also rented tables and chairs for them, but they were sold out.) But, they helped coordinate tables and chairs through another party rental company that they trust. They also coordinated delivery of their equipment with the tables and chairs, which made the planning process much easier for us. One of the best suggestions they made was a custom balloon arch (Impressively, it was designed by their daughter). It wasn't something I had originally considered, but I'm so glad we said "yes" because it was a focal point of the party. You can tell Sanchez Rentals truly care and take pride in their work. would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for tent rentals.

I asked to rent a Fortnite bounce house & a medium size basketballl hoop inflatable. The owner of the company told me he would be out of town and his workers would set me up. The workers would be there for set up between 12-1. At 1:08 I started calling the owner back to back, texting, messaging on facebook as my guests were going to be coming within the hour. No response at all. Finally at 1:55pm I got a phone call from an employee saying they would be there in 30 minutes. My sons friends were already at my house when Jump For Less finally arrived at 2:35. They did not bring the fortnite sign that attached to the bounce house, and they did not bring the correct basketball hoop inflatable. I ordered a "medium" basketball hoop & instead they brought me a large hoop, which hardly fit in my backyard. When I complained the next day to the owner when he finally picked up his cell phone he responded with "everyone wants them delivered at the same time." If this was an issue when I booked the inflatable I would have told them please feel free to come early and set up as I would have not minded. He did not offer to take off any $ until I asked if he can take something off for the inconvenience. I have learned my lesson and will never use this company again.
