I decided to look elsewhere and came across Oksana with Chicago Chair Rental Collection. After speaking with her over the phone and being informed of their very, very reasonable prices, I tried looking for reviews of the company but didn't come across any because they are so new. Naturally, I was reluctant to use them, but I made 2 small requests: 1) to meet up with them while they were setting up for another wedding, and 2) to ask for a reference. Oksana was an open book and gladly said yes to both. My now-husband and I met her in person while they were setting up at a wedding. We asked a bunch of questions and saw her assistants setting up the chairs with great care, and saw that their chairs were very new and in great condition. My concern that they are not a real company was completely squashed. She also gave me an email address of a previous customer (per his consent), who said great things about their service. The icing on the cake is that Oksana is extremely responsive via phone and email (responded back to me within an hour all the time!), unlike the competitor I was having a difficult time with. Come time of the wedding, as far as I know, the beautiful gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions I dreamt of magically appeared and disappeared without any problems. I think CCRC is a great company, and Oksana was a delight to work with! I should have realized that even on the 4th call they had no idea what I wanted to rent - no records of my calls. Well I learned my lesson. I instructed them what we wanted. Pretty simple 15 tables and 50 chairs. I only had one special request was that I would not be avaiable to acccept delivery between 4-5pm. Guess when they delivered??? Yes 4pm, with the wrong table poles for the tables. I had high tops with regualr chairs. Go figure. They took the table poles back then said they would take 30 mins to get the new ones to us. An hour an a half later they arrived. Just 30 mins before the event started leaving us to SCRAMBLE to get everything for guests. They showed no concern or care with the issue they caused blamed the poor service on someone on vaction. Pick-up was just as bad as delivery I was told pick-up would be between 2-3pm and they showed 5 hours later at 7pm!!! JUST TERRIBLE. I would NEVER use Ultimate rental service again.

My husband and son-in-law did 98% of the labor bc she bought 1 kid with her to help setup 9+ tables with table cloths, 20 chairs, centerpieces, 3 balloon columns and 2-4ft lite Initials then she tells me she forgot the 4 chafing dishes. Mind you I prepaid ALL of this IN FULL. The table cloths were so wrinkled they looked like she just balled them up and stuck them in a bag. She told me she'd give me 50% refund, then later text $200. When I told her $200 is not 50%, she said , "I said 40, but I'll give you 50." That was a week ago now and nothing returned to my credit card. Next step is desputing with credit card company, I do have her text messages and filing a complaint with BBB. I paid over $1200 to do her job, not be able to greet my guests properly or feed my guests for hours. Again, DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY.
