Cons: The setup team did not follow the instructions that Marlene and I had discussed. They made a decision on their own to change the size of my stage and did not place the steps leading up to the stage where they were supposed to be. This ruined our decor because now the stage was bigger than intended for our floral arrangements. The misplaced steps also created a great deal of confusion during the wedding ceremony as they were not in the center when the bride and groom walked down the aisle. None of these decisions to change our stage setup should have been made without consulting with me.
