But I think it adds to the Charm. The snacks were ridiculous isn't cheap. I felt the need to leave a tip. Definitely recommend coming to this place & spending money. not a place we wanna lose. Only downside is I imagine it could get really really crowded.

We called a week out and found he was available. The owner and driver Chris was very easy and friendly to work with. He responded super fast to any questions we had. The party bus itself was just that, a party. It was very clean and well maintained. Great leather seats that hold about 14. Lights, music and sound system were great. There are a couple televisions in the bus also. After speaking with him about simple questions I had, he had done a lot of great work to it. I have been on a couple other buses that weren't up to par, but Chris stated he has reinforced the flooring and the stairs to enter the bus (usually the first things to rust out and be unsafe). The bus was very nice and the price was super reasonable. I would definitely call them again with any outing I have with friends and actually was already speaking to him about the summer outings my friends and I would like to do such as baseball games and concerts. He also informed us that he is all registered and very insured for rider safety. AWESOME COMPANY!!

We had a carving station with prime rib and honey ham. Both meats were DELICIOUS. The prime rib was a favorite of many and we ate every last bit of it. In addition to the meats, we had a large selection of smaller bite-sized foods such as crab cakes, mini BLTs, mini Chicken Pot Pies, veggie spring rolls, to name a few. Fresh fruits and veggies, various cheeses, an excellent salad - basically everything you could want, we had it! Everyone was very impressed and I have been getting questioned all afternoon as to where the food was from, who catered, etc, as everyone really enjoyed it. On top of their amazing service, they even boxed up left overs for us so they don't go to waste. Great company to work with!

They would bring us waters when we were looking dehydrated. My guests told me that the staff was amazing and helpful at every turn. The staff knew what they were doing, were very organized and very polite to all of my guests, they wanted to ensure that everyone was having an amazing time. The venue, also amazing. We had about 155 guests that fit in one half of the hall space perfectly. We were able to set everything up the day before the wedding so we weren't stressed on our wedding day. Chad was very responsive to anything we were needing including tables, linens and made sure everything looked beautiful the day of. Excellent food, non-existent customer service…read more Carla's Caterers showed up to our wedding 10 minutes before the ceremony started. I understand that they may have their process together but if I drop $3K on food for my big day, maybe spare me (and my bride/family) some potential stress by previously explaining your set up process and what to expect. My father worked in catering for years and was appalled that they would even set up in front of guests at all. Maybe it's apples to oranges but when I was about to walk down the aisle, I didn't want to be worrying about where my caterer was. The staff and Carla never once interacted with the bride or groom besides some RBF stares from across the room. We asked the coordinator if this was normal. We were met with an "unfortunately, that's how she is". I only took a star off for the customer service, that's how good the food was. But I'd be remiss to not warn future married couples/event-throwers about the poor communication and customer service. Carla's offers great food at what I believe to be a fair price. But I was expecting SOME kind of customer service. What we received was below the bare minimum.
