Sensory overload and I'm loving it!!!! Sights, sounds, feels, smells........it's got it all!…read more Bowlero is a great time for all. This was my first time at a Bowlero. Though there are a few options out there for multi-experience venue's, I was pretty impressed with my first visit to Bowlero. Upon entering, we quickly got set up with shoes and a lane for the evening's bowling festivities. We were a group of 6 for a work event. Some call it "team building". I call it getting out and having some drinks, food and fun. I guess their both correct, but my sounds more awesomer. (--- It's a word!) As we waited for the rest of our group to arrive, we walked over to the bar and ordered a couple of drinks. Easy enough. Once we were all there, we saddled up with some sweet clown shoes, grabbed our balls tightly and let it fly! We played 2 games in total. With 6 people, that took roughly 90 minutes or so. There is a very handy touch screen POS system at each lane. We were able to order food and drinks throughout our games. There was one downside to the POS for ordering. Unless we were doing it incorrectly, we needed to order and invoice each individual order. By the end of the night, we had about 5 individual receipts to tally up for expenses. I'm not certain if there is a way to keep a card or tab open, but we did not readily figure out how. We did have chicken nachos and wings (ordered traditional, got boneless). Both were as good as expected. Would I go back? Totally. Whether you're going as a couple or larger group, Bowlero has a lot to offer. They did have a variety of video games as well, however we didn't venture over there. Friends, work or family, you're guaranteed to have a good time at Bowlero. And if you don't, well, I have a feeling that it's you and not Bowlero.

First of all, I called during the day to confirm the pricing and times for unlimited bowling. They…read moretold me the special unlimited spring break pricing ended at 6 and then the regular unlimited pricing starts after that. However, when I got here at 6:15 the person told me I would need to wait until 8 o'clock for the unlimited bowling. On top of it there were about 30 lanes open and they told us we would have to wait 45 minutes for a lane. The person that told us all this was Madison and she was not helpful or considerate in anyway. Then we started bowling and not one single server had come to our table to ask us how is it going or if we needed anything. Also, on a Friday night there shouldn't be one bartender . I went to get a refill on a Sprite and it took 10 minutes. I just wanted to walk behind the bar and make it myself. I do not recommend this place for bowling as it's VERY expensive and no one wants to help you out and makes you wait for everything .

Not a cheap spot to host a party or special celebration, but this is one of the spots I'd choose to…read morehost because of the total offering here. That is, this spot has an enormous amount of parking, is located near tons of other food and shopping experiences people can visit beforehand, there is everything from bowling to arcade to laser tag available, and the food selection is a bit better than going for the cheaper venues. One of the differentiators for me is the quality of the arcade games -- that is these are high quality, newer, and larger than what you'll see at most venues -- with the next closest comparison being more upscale bowling alleys. These are well maintained and having all of these available in a single venue is convenient for a memorable event experience. Also, having a wide variety of different food and activity options helps to provide larger groups with a variety of things to do, many picture experiences, and the flexibility of different people arriving at different times, as there is more than enough staff to accommodate a surge of attendees.

Our party was at the bowling lanes. The lanes are available per hour. While bowling our group ordered some food. The food was standard for a bowling alley. Not great but not the worst. The entire time we were there were very loud announcements for birthday parties that were going on. After bowling, we went and played in the arcade. The prices were incredibly high. For a loud and unruly atmosphere, I will not be returning to Main Event Hoffman Estates!

Chuck E cheese pizza was delicious, we got a Large Pepperoni with medium size of boneless wings. Perfect for a family of 4 with young children. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk explained to us about the fun pass which ends up being worth it if you plan on going more than once! Different plan options with play points that reload everyday for you to use. Also discounts on food and extra play points for games if needed. The tables were clean and all the games seemed to be working with no out of service sign on them. Chuck e cheese comes out every so often for a dance party! Not our local Chuck e cheese but the kids loved it and will most likely be back!

disappointing experience…read more Unfortunately, this was our worst experience at Chuck E. Cheese. Our kids did have fun in the new Adventure World area, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Food/service: Our food took about an hour to come out. We ordered two XL pizzas (pepperoni and Hawaiian with jalapeños), a medium order of wings, and a chocolate chip cookie. When our food was ready, we were told the Hawaiian pizza needed more time, so we said okay and went to sit down. When the buzzer went off, we went to pick it up. After taking a slice, we realized there was no ham on the Hawaiian pizza. We brought it back and explained the mistake to an employee. Instead of apologizing or simply saying they would correct it, she responded sarcastically, with a big smile, "Oooohhh, big situation," and walked toward the kitchen. While we were standing there, she grabbed a leftover slice of pizza and started eating it right in front of us. There was no apology or explanation. The cook actually looked genuinely apologetic and did apologize, but we still had to ask if they could please remake/correct the pizza. We then had to go back again to ask how we would know when it was ready. Thankfully, another employee helped us with the buzzer, was much more pleasant, and explained that we could take the pizza with us while they made the correction. That interaction was handled much better. Another issue: While we were eating, a little girl who appeared to be around 5 or 6 years old walked up to our table and drank from one of our drinks without asking. She even gagged afterward, and for a moment I thought she was going to throw up at our table. We also noticed her wandering around the games, climbing/crawling on them and taking balls and throwing them out, even though those balls require payment to release. I understand that Chuck E. Cheese is a busy place for children, but parents need to do better and still need to supervise their kids and teach them not to take things that don't belong to them. This was especially upsetting because we teach our own children to respect other people's belongings. Ticket redemption: When we were ready to leave, we went to redeem our tickets. The employee working there had an extremely rude and unwelcoming attitude. She barely acknowledged us and seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping us. There was no friendly customer service at all. Overall, our kids enjoyed themselves, but the food took far too long, our order was made incorrectly, the response from one employee was sarcastic and unprofessional, and the customer service at ticket redemption was unpleasant. These are things that could have been handled much better. We spent our money expecting a fun family experience, and unfortunately, we left very disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this was by far our worst Chuck E. Cheese experience
