Brought the grand girls here for a little fun. Ordered pizza and appetizer sampler. The counter staff was very helpful and polite. They have added some new rides and games as well as a bounce house. Food came was ready, pizza was sliced in small pieces, made it nice for the kids. Appetizers were surprisingly good. Korean chicken wings were tasty. Seasoned fries and cheesy bread was also great. It's not fine dining, but good. We purchase the games by the points, seemed like a better value when kids cans decide what they want to play. Just came for my husbands 70th birthday. We had 5 grandkids and 6 adults and it was so fun. This Chuckee's is so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We saw several employees cleaning up the whole time. And the pizza is so good but the cheesy bread is definitely delish. We tried boneless wings and our kids loved them. Overall it's totally worth it for all the ages. I still can't get over how clean it is compared to other Chuckee Cheeses. read more

Chuck E. Cheese in the time of Covid isn't great. But, honestly, I think there's a lot more to the quality cut than just Covid restrictions. We went to this CEC with my cousins, the youngest celebrating a birthday. Throughout the years, I've seen the pizzazz slowly disappear into what it is now and it's kind of sad! One animatronic character in the showroom is bad enough, but while we were there, no one had even bothered to turn up Chuckie's audio. He moved fine and looked like he was in decent shape, but you knew that the audio was coming from the TV when you were up close, which made it weird to hang out around the mascot. The games are basically just chance games. Ski Ball is the only worthwhile game there. Everything was very arcade-esc. I don't know if this is due to Covid or not, but the new system of game play uses a magic band or card with tickets being sent electronically to the card. Counting tickets or putting the coin into the machine was half the fun of going to CEC-- it was tactile and helped you know how good you were doing ticket-wise-- so this was a disappointment, as well. A few years ago, we went to CEC and the pizza was actually good. Just as good as a normal pizza place. However, this time around, the pizza wasn't very good, nor were the sides. We were having trouble receiving points on her card and Deklan helped us fix the problem so she could still pick out her prizes. This is a location that, for me, fluctuates from 3 to 4 stars every other time I'm here. I'm calling it 4 stars, to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the service has been inconsistent over the dozens of times we've been here so call it rounding up from 3.5. In the past, we've celebrated my son's birthday here and it was excellent. The party hosts really took care of everything from the food, to the cake and even preparing the birthday celebrants for Chuck to come out and sing with them. We found the attention to be very accommodating, and we were able to spend more time with our guests. On occasion, the service has been poor, with some employees struggling to maintain some semblance of interest or energy. This last time we were here to celebrate the end of the school year. For sure this time, the management was overly accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the afternoon buffet, and they provided us with gluten-free pizzas, though not a standard. We were even offered more mid-meal! That's what I call service! The games and entertainment were still appropriate for my 6, and 2 year old, so we were able to get an hour and a half of solid engagement. The standard thin crust pizzas are excellent (crunchy with a tart sauce and loads of cheese), a guilty pleasure of mine. The gluten-free option is also pretty good, but it definitely lacks the crispness of traditional crust. We'll continue to come back, but only when the kids ask. :) read more

Needed to keep the kids busy and work off pal that energy they have. Chuck e cheese is def one of the place we take my niece and nephew. We ordered cheese pizza, veggie and cheese w olives. It jas been a while since I've been there since my daughter is now going to be 22. It hasn't changed much. Pizza is just ok. Salad bar wasn't all that fresh. We also ordered the sampler. The garlic cheese bread is good. The Bbq boneless chicken is just ok but I wouldn't order it again. However, the activities and games kept them really busy. The prices for the tickets compiled towards the end I think is a rip-off but the kids seem to enjoy it. The person portraying as Chuck E Cheese needs to be a not more enthusiastic and motivate the kids the dance more. Don't get me wrong my niece and nephew def enjoyed them. We are regulars that go at least 2-3 per month. We have become to know certain people by name now! They are hard working, attentive and kind to my children. They are always cleaning up after a family leaves and are trying their best to keep the place clean and safe. Mikey has been awesome with our family each time that we go. I had my party for my daughter last weekend my sister lost a ring there and we called right away and spoke to Christian and asked if it was turned in and went there today and it's magically disappeared he denied ever speaking to us or that it was ever turned in. They called me 3 times during the week to get my order I gave it and still took a while for the pizza to come out. The lady on the phone told me we get 4 drinks for every X-Large pizza well that changed when we got there of course I like the Batavia location better. today me and my friends decided we should go to and play some games after school before it got really busy. we had been looking forward to this all week, after a long day at school we get there and the second we walked in we were asked if we were 18, (one of us is just shy of 18) and we were told that we would have to leave and we would not be able to come back until we have an adult present, hearing this we had walked out very upset it's hypocritical to have workers that are under 18(these workers are our age)but not allow customers that are under 18. whats the point of having an adult present when one of the party is about 18 and what's a parent gonna do with kids that are old enough to drive themselves there? the parent would sit when they have better things to do. I understand having an adult when you have younger children that would require supervision but for us it's just much harder as we can do some things on our own. read more

But honestly, they were so wonderful there today with my two kiddos *one and three* that I can't resist giving them a major shout out for their efforts. I can't say I've been to many of these in my adult life, long ago maybe when I was a kid, but honestly, it was clean the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and my two little ones smiled the whole time. That's the point right? Lastly, when my son went to cash out his ticket value and the "gift" counter he wanted something much higher in value than he was eligible for - without making him feel badly the attendant did a great job of enthusiastically showing him the items that he COULD get. What a cesspool. Half the games are arcade versions of cellphone app games I.e. Fruit Ninja, Crossy Road etc. A quarter of them are either out of order or have run out of tickets. The staff looks so miserable and act like they have anything better to do. Anytime I asked for anything it was an inconvenience on the staff. If I owned the place I'd send in secret shoppers to see just how horrible the staff is. I know they're all kids but come on. Never saw one smile from anyone other than the kids there. The guy in the mouse outfit maybe comes out for 5 minutes, throws 20 tickets on the ground and leaves. No chance for pictures if you missed him going to the bathroom. Between the machines not working and the staff looking like they want to kill themselves, I will not be back. I know it's a kids but place but to say it was dirty is an understatement. Scheduled a party and went into the store to pay a deposit. 2 weeks later on the day of the party I called to confirm details and they had no party!! I had guests coming so we were stuck! So embarrassing!! We purchased drinks,pizza and a cake on the day of the party and they forgot the cake! We finally got the cake and it was frozen. I still have not got my $50 deposit returned. My child was disappointed. We have his party at Chuck E Cheese every year, but we are going to rethink this... So I went to Chuck E. Cheese to attend my niece's birthday party and was very excited to spend some quality time with her, but then I enter the gaming area and half the games we tapped our little cards that contained our time were either out of tickets or needed to be repaired. However, when I entered the room with the mechanical Chuck, I got to meet my niece's party assistant/ host Christian. And he was amazing. Every time he walked up to my sister (my niece's mom), he always had on a smile on his face, and was always on top of everything. He had such a gentle voice whenever he talked and made it very clear to us when he explained the schedule for the party. Always checked on us every ten minutes to see how we were doing. And for the little show for the birthdays, he gave a 10 out of 10 performance dancing with my son, nieces and nephews. I think my gumdrop had a little crush on him as well. The manager Isabella was also very nice when she approached us. Overall 3 star because of the lack of game help but great customer service. read more

This Chuck E Cheese is cleaner than most places. The bathrooms were even clean. Kids had a blast. Pizza taste is good, Soda was fresh, overall the place was clean considering it's run by kids ( not in the literal sense I'm just saying with all the kids its still kept up). read more

How horrible the women's restroom was not working. I was told to go next door to outback steak house. I asked if outback knew that costumers were coming over to use the restroom. But it's good for kids under the age of 12. I feel like more then half of the games are lame as hell but some of the kids tend to like it. My boy likes playing that batman video game and few others. My request to Chuck E Cheese Corporate Management would be try and change out your games at least every 4 to 6 months. I hate seeing the same stuff year after year. Also the Pizza tastes like crap I know it's frozen but try put some effort in a better food selection in the quality of the Pizza's. Also a note for the customers watch out when using the kiosk machine using a credit card getting tokens. I have been to this location several times, I've never had a bad experience but after what I saw today, I will not be back. When we arrived today, we were alerted that a "big manager" was in the building today by one of the staff and they(the staff) were trying their best to do a good job. We enjoyed our time there and as we were getting ready to leave, I noticed a young girl that worked there getting yelled at in a booth by a gentleman that appeared to be the feared "big manager," in complete public view. He was showing her his phone telling her that he would be sharing pictures of what he saw today to everyone. I was standing a good distance away and could hear everything he was saying to her. None of it was appropriate,it was very degrading, and I am sure publicly humiliating to her. There were several families sitting around him, and another mom stood up and actually said something to him trying to get him to stop. I can't imagine what he found by the way he was treating her. Anyways, if this is the way they treat their employees I have no interest in being a part of it. No one deserves that, and if she deserved to be let go, give her a little human dignity and do it in private. read more

I've been to this location 2 times prior to my visit today and never had an issue until today. I took my child here around noon and right off the bat it was a wacky experience the cashier stamps my hand then my sons and asks me if she stamped my had after she just did a sec ago she apologizes and then says she's tired. Next I order a salad bar of which I cannot get until after 2 because they have there "buffet"! What about the people that don't want pizza or can't eat it???? So I pay for my tokens and a drink and she forgets to give me my change!! Like seriously go home and get some sleep or sober up you should not be in an environment like this! So there I am playing with my son and I hear yelling which I am assuming was coming from "big boss" that decided to stop in, like seriously dude do that stuff on before or after hours I mean clearly your employees need some teaching but don't do it on my time! He then sits down in a booth with "store manager" and yells at her she told him to be quiet and he didn't care. Shame on all these employees for doing business like that in a kids environment. Frankly the kids that were there today were more mature then every employee here. I am so surprised the cashier remembered to check our stamps on the way out.
