It was crowded. The staff was, for the most part, kind. They had someone at the door. Chuck E. Cheese came around and greeted the kids. The games were functional. I love that you can buy game cards based on time. They have a small bounce and slide area, which is a separate fee, of course. Some of the tables could have used a little wipe down, but you can tell the crowd outnumbered the staff, and it wasn't gross. They were also having several parties, so that area was packed as well. For this place to be as dated as it is, it's not as bad. We didn't have any food. read more

So I'm only doing this review for people who have school children. I took my granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese to try something different from the other kid stuff. They have an all in one for what we needed. Games, the small trampolines and pizza. It was a win win! The staff was very informative and friendly. Surprisingly the pizza was good, and they had a salad bar that looked very good. It was very clean in there and I appreciate that it wasn't crowded. The ambiance is very kid friendly. For starters they never gave us the little stamps to verify that we were leaving with our child! No one was by the door to even check if anything seemed odd. I had my family with me so little concern for me but with the interstate right there it makes me worry. Also the drink machine didn't have any ice. Went there for my grandson's 3rd birthday with a party of 8. Sat down after spending $100 on pizza and play time. Long story short was told I needed to move my family from the pay tables to include my handicapped mother. I said I did pay $100. Manager came over and said that if I was going to be rude she would call Richland Sheriff and they would take care of it. I asked her to go ahead and call them. Said they had other parties coming and we could not sit there....other parties never came. My supreme pizza hardly had any toppings and a lot of games weren't working. This place is definitely a change from when we 90s babies we're running around. Facility was overall clean and nice, sad that they don't have the play place, but for sanitary reasons I understand. Overall it's nothing more really than a kid sized arcade place which is nice, but Chuck E. Cheese used to be an awesome place for toddlers-young kids. Now I will say that when we took our two year old he did have a blast, but definitely needed help with the games. Tickets are no longer physical and are on a card along with the tokens. (Similar now to like Dave and buster's) All in all,I still would recommend. The pizza is still BOMB!! The menu prices are wack, but it's a business. We had fun and would go back again. read more

Childhood memories made me want to take my son here. This was an amazing place for him. He has a blast and asks to go back multiple times a week. The kids are definitely geared towards children, but I snuck in a few plays with him. I was shocked with the pizza. Ordered the stuff crust with pepperoni. It was one of the BEST I've had. They were running a promotion with unlimited 1 hour play per week (and a few other goodies) and we've been 3 times now. It's definitely a great value! I do think a few games are out of date, but all have been updated to not spit out tickets. You collect automatically on your wrist band (or play card). The prizes could use some updates too. There needs to be more variety for the lower tickets. Overall, fits the mark!! Maybe most negative remarks are because I'm adult...lol read more

Went here for my sons second birthday. The overall quality of service was mundane at best. We ordered food and received the wrong items the manager refused to replace with the correct items. To make matters worse as we were singing happy birthday a ROACH literally crawled from one of the booths on to my aunts arm. As she stood up to scream several others followed and ran across our food and table. We did get a full refund for our trouble however the quality of this kind of event could not be repaired. read more

I am updating my review. The most recent visit was better. The place was cleaner, all employees were friendly, & the buffet was great. It is still an older location. The carpet, booths, & games are all old. They still use tokens, although the newer locations use cards to swipe for game playing. Service is usually slow. First and last visit. Worst experience ever! Brought my niece here for a birthday party. Have of the games did not work wasting points from her card. Then to make matters worse I ordered a personal pizza to go and asked for it to be in a to go box. When the guy brought me the pizza it was in a regular plate. As he handed me the pizza it fell and part of the cheese fell on my arm and burnt my skin off. He apologized and said I'll get you another one made as I wiped the burning hot cheese off my arm and got some ice. I was so ready to go I didn't think to just get a refund. Thank god it didn't fall on my niece. Called the next day to address the issue and try to get a refund. Meh. I mean it's a Chuck E Cheese location. I haven't been to one in 25+ years but my 2 year old needed something to do and the rain called for an inside adventure. I tend to take my son to Dave and Busters where he can touch and play every game and enjoy the heck out of himself. With D&B not an option, Chuck E Cheese was the next best thing. The games were almost all dated. There were a couple current games but not few and far between. However, my son LOVED the rides. I don't know why but he road the merry-go-round, the train, the car with Chuck next to him and the fire engine. It felt like the eating area was twice the size of the game area but what do I know. I'd come back with my son again in a pinch but certainly won't be my first choice. read more

Chuck E Cheese totally lives up to its crazy reputation. A lot of the stuff is out of date, the Chuck E. Cheese music videos with out audio are horrifying, and the kids that are here when we've been are almost always out of control. That said, the staff has been great, the pizza is piping hot (stuffed crust is bae), the bathrooms are clean and there are great deals for different days online. My kid always leaves tired and happy, which basically makes it heaven by my standards. read more

The only thing that kinda made me not rate all stars where some of the kids were trying to take over my daughters games but she was being a great sport letting them help her but some parents have kids running around and not watching them at all. Two stars only because they have all the animatronic chuck E cheese guys which is hard to find now adays. Other than that it's pretty bad. 25% of the games weren't working, all the thins that take your photo (three of them) were "out of ink or paper" and when I brought it to their attention they said they couldn't fix them. The water sprayer game was falling apart and the floor all around it was soaking wet. I'm talking drenched. The bathroom was so so bad. Both soda machines were out of ice. The food is terrible, the place seems dirty, but the kids will have fun. Lots of games and activities for smaller children. Everything is 1 token and you can get coupons to reduce token price. Pizza is passable, however my wife got a mouthful of cleanser on a slice yesterday. Salad bar is passable, however it made me ill yesterday. Kids do have fun playing games, so consider just going for that . And with all the kids there, make sure to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer and maybe wear gloves. read more

When I got there I stood for 5 mins while the one worker was doing something with tickets that could have waited. Finally after 3 other groups were behind me in line she said I'll be right with you. Took my order, was polite. Had to ask for water cups. Buffet was horb! Didn't even have ranch for the salad. I had to ask for fresh pizza and they never brought out anymore desert. Nothing but lettuce for the salad. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest. When we were cashing out and my Nephew was getting stuff the lady (same one who checked us out) was paying more attention to come guy Behind the counter then us. Pros: good pizza, served fairly quickly, lots of entertainment for children, 500 free tickets for 150 token package. Cons: Some staff indifferent to guests, understaffed for anything more than 1 party and a few families during the week (based on tonight), confusing table reservation signs/policy. Good job of accountability of groups and family members. Plenty of fun for children and the pizza has improved over the years at the chain and this location does not disappoint there. The service left a lot to be desired however. Tonight they had two people on the floor, a couple of maintenance staff, a cook, and a manager who didn't bother to look at people. The two on the floor were friendly, but weren't enough to service two parties, run the counter, run the front door, and help with everything else. The friendliness of the two didn't help when one constantly had to leave the counter to get incoming guests and the others wouldn't even acknowledge that anyone was there. The policy of the chain (may not be chain policy, but same method enacted in El Paso, TX and here so assuming based on two location information) to mark all tables as reserved next to the stage is also confusing. We scheduled in advance and knew we had a table, but had to ask which one when we arrived only to hear we could sit anywhere despite all the reserved placards on Every table near the stage. The other group didn't ask and sat spread out all over because they saw the signs and walked away. It seems the chain puts the reserved signs for any parties which may show up, but they aren't really reserved except for larger parties even if reservations are not coordinated prior. read more

First of all let me just say if I could give this place zero stars I would because I had a horrible experience here. We entered the establishment hoping for an enjoyable, nostalgic experience but it was a living nightmare. The place was trashy, ghetto, mundane, and overall disgusting. The coin dispensers weren't even on so we had to ask an employee for assistance which took about 5 minutes because they wouldn't even acknowledge us. Once we got our coins we decided to play ski ball which seemed to work pretty well, but we didn't receive our tickets which was disappointing. We lost half our coins to games that didn't even work; they were just bad and outdated. The band was creepy all the characters looked like they were watching us and were on drugs, if I had kids I would not take them here because I feel like they'd have nightmares. We then decided to get a souvenir Photo Booth picture together because we thought it'd be cute, but after taking the picture it wouldn't even print. Not sure why because we saw other people with their pictures printed. We still had coins left but we were having such a bad time we gave them and our tickets away to people that looked like they were having a much better time. My boyfriend got so fed up with the experience he took an air hockey paddle and threw it over the fence outside cause he was so annoyed. I don't blame him at all. Attempted to try the new lunch buffet as chuck e cheese today and want to be fair in my review of the supposed "lunch buffet". Upon arrival pizza was cold and scarce, the salad bar is not at all a "bar" but rather a bowl of lettuce w/ dressing and croutons available. I checked in at 1:12 and at 1:25 no fresh pizza had been brought out. The pizza that was there was cold and hard and upon asking about fresh pizza was told that none would be bring out anymore until the cold pizza on the buffet was eaten.
