This is a great CiCis - I love it! Unfortunately, it has gotten a little bit more expensive than when I first came here, but considering inflation, I don't think it's really their fault. Other than that, everything about it is excellent. The pizza is good enough, but it's everything else that keeps me coming back. The breadsticks, salad bar, brownies, and cinnamon rolls are to die for, they have a large selection of fountain drinks, and the staff is always kind and friendly. The most recent time I went, one of the gentlemen working there offered to make me any pizza I wanted if it wasn't on the buffet line. In addition, they have a gaming section that I think any child would love. 10-year-old me would have had the time of my life at this location's arcade. All-in-all, I give this CiCis five (5) stars even in spite of the price increase and mediocre pizza, as I always leave feeling that my money was well spent. read more

This place has a unlimited Pizza Buffet. We paid $8.99 for dinner with no drink drink is extra. You could sign up on their app and every fifth visit is worth one free buffet if you take a picture of the receipt and add it to the app. They have an assortment of pizzas for an example cheese pizza, Buffalo Pizza, pepperoni pizza, spinach pizza, barbecue Pizza, veggie pizza, cheesy breadsticks, macaroni and cheese pizza and they have pasta with sauce if you want to add on it. If you don't see something on the buffet you can ask them and they may be able to make it for you. They also have dessert pizza Apple Pizza cinnamon buns and pumpkin buns, brownies and Boston cream pie Pizza. They also have a salad bar that is unlimited as well and soup Limited pasta soup. Most of the pizza that we had could have been cooked longer seem to be undercooked. The place seem to be a little bit on the messy side with some napkins and litter on the floor. My daughter wanted to hold my grandson's birthday party here. It had been a long time since I had been to CiCis and was a little hesitant. Boy I couldn't have been more wrong. They held several tables for us to have his party in a secluded corner (out of the mainstream of other patrons). The staff was very accommodating and offered help frequently. Plenty of TVs, clean bathrooms, lots of self-serve soda options, and of course unlimited pizza. Offers a great deal for a family outing. -0.5 star: Staff have a hard time keeping the buffet full. -0.5 star: Game room in the back feels like a bit of an oversight. Extremely old equipment. I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time, mainly because it's a little bit of a trip to get to. We used to go all the time when the kids were smaller. I have to say I've always liked CiCis but it was even better than I remembered. The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! The young lady working the front was very nice and asked us what type of pizza we'd like on the buffet. It was out on the buffet in just about 5 minutes. If I could rate this place a ZERO I would, I orderedTogo an Alfredo pizza from here took it home to eat. After eating a couple slices I happen to not feel so good, so I started to observe the pizza. What I found made me vomit, I never seen sooo much HAIR baked into the crust of a pizza! Afterwards, I checked the rest of the pizza out and sure enough there was hair strands baked in each and everyone of the slices! I took the pizza back and the manager told me everyone wear hair nets which is a lie and basically that I put the hair on the pizza and that they would have to test the hair to believe it, I'm still in disbelief. Went here for dinner a few nights ago. The restaurant was about 3/4 "full", so decently busy. The staff was friendly, but the oldest person there was about 17, and it shows. There was never more than 2 pizzas on the bar at one time, as they were always out. The dessert pizzas stayed empty, and the staff seemed very care free towards wanting to restock the bars. There was one girl who was cleaning tables, and she was the only one working as hard as she could. Still a go to favorite. I stopped in because of an ad for an endless pizza buffet for $5 and some change. Well the change was 69 cents. Add a drink and the bill was $8.00. I am not sure who's pizza in more bland, CiCi's or Little Caesars? Both places you get lots of food for the money, it's just not quality food. The only reason I gave them three stars instead of two was because the staff was nice and helpful. The only way I will be back is if I have the kids with me. We are currently sitting at CiCis eating now, and the experience is one in a million. Mitch, one of the managers I believe is so friendly he makes it feel like home here. I needed buffalo pizza, and he made it happen! I've been coming here since I was little always have enjoyed it. And in all my years of coming here, I've loved the warm brownies. I look forward to the warm brownies, so when I was rudely told that "they don't have warm brownies" "they've always been cold" I was astonished because not only was it the rude way the lady said it, but it was the way she looked at me while it was being said. She argued with me over brownies until I told her to just remake them, it's not that hard. And then they still came out cold so. Moral of the story I guess cicis only Serbs cold brownies around the general manager but does things a little different every other day, look into it. read more

The few I got that just came out the oven was good though. The place was very dirty as stated in other reviews. They had 1 employee bussing tables which was pretty busy. He was also nice and greeted everyone. They need more like him. Most people there were grossly overweight and shoving the food in their mouths. It's a hog trough that's all. No quality just grubb. Always a good value for the money...the staff is always friendly and helpful. One negative that seems to occur with most recent trips.....the cheese shakers on the tables need to be changed out more frequently! When we try to shake it, the cheese is clumpy and seems to be old. Small negative, but something that does need improvement. An added positive, you can earn greenbax on your total. The food was fresh and good. We were here on vacation and so excited because there are none near us anymore. As soon as my son's fiance went to fill her drink a female worker started talking to her and was really friendly. Usually, that would be a good thing, except that she followed her around and came to our table trying to continue conversation around 15 times in the maybe 20 minutes we were there. She complained numerous times about not having a break all day and then told my son's fiance not to leave yet as we got up to leave. We were all uncomfortable and tried to walk out when she was busy. She literally blocked her path, asked for her phone number and then hugged her!!!! I told the manager who didn't seem to care and said "it's her first day, I'll talk to her"!!! My son walked over to the worker and told her how inappropriate her behavior was and another customer even spoke up telling her the same thing while the manager just continued to do other things (I had already told him and told him that my son was talking to her). The worker just laughed, absolutely disappointed and disgusted in this whole experience. I'm editing to add that my son had just graduated from basic training and was in full dress uniform. The store was packed and he was making sure that tables were ready for the new people coming in and also making sure our old plates were out of the way. I've been going to this location since it opened in the 90's and it has always had a friendly staff and some of the most creative pizza options you can buy for the cheapest price. Order it and it will be ready in 4 minutes and brought to your table if you don't see it on the bar. Plus there is all you can eat dessert options including the cinnamon rolls. My favorite pizza used to be the BBQ sauce pizza, but I don't eat meat anymore, so now it is the spinach alfredo. Don't forget the soup and salad on the bar too.
