When we went to check out to pay, a different cashier would not honor the special and said we would have had to pay for that at the beginning. The first cashier NEVER said that! I saw her afterwards and questioned it, and she said something like, "oh, yeah, you'd had to buy that before you started," and blew me off. I told her she never said that, and the rest of my party agreed 100%, and that she had told us she'd split it up after, but that didn't seem to matter. That's a bit of bait and switch action. Dishonest. We played 10 games total, 4 shoe rentals, and got ZERO discount, but should have gotten 3 games at half price. Also, they don't split a check by dollar amount, but by line item, which was also less convenient. Disappointing experience to have to pay more than expected and the cashier could have cared less.

Upon entering the hostess informed us they were currently only serving the late night menu. We said no problem and elected to grab seats at the bar. There were several empty tables and a few empty seats @ the bar. However, the only two seats together at the bar needed to be cleared from the last patrons that were seated. When he finally cleared the dishes he just walked away, never cleaning the area. When he returned he still never greeted us or apologized for the wait, the mess... nothing.
