It looks like they have added some games and really maximize the space. Most of the games were operable and lots of fun. I love it. The restaurants were cleaner than expected. Everyone was very pleasant! So one thing that you should know for certain, once you step in the building, you're about to over pay for everything. Another fact, the food is not going to be gourmet. All that to say, you have to level set your expectations. That's just reality. Okay, onto the food. They have a variety of menu items with pages and pages of drinks. The cocktails are great, and I love that they offer Icee's. We ordered the kids pepperoni pizza, and it was a kid size personal pan. My kids enjoyed it. We also had the mozzarella sticks which were pretty tasty actually. The cheeseburger was good, I think they forgot my bacon jam now that I'm thinking about it. They were not stingy with the bacon which I really appreciated it. The ingredients looked fresh. The brioche bun was great. The fries were the season fries. Shoestring fries or regular fries would have been better. The chicken tenders are the best thing there. The grilled shrimp wasn't bad either. The food was not as bad as I thought it would be after the reviews. The thing is it is so expensive, but again you already know it's like going to a theme park and expecting fair prices. I decided to take my son here during spring break. We went on a Wednesday,I had saw on line Games were 1/2 off. I saw no signage at the establishment advertising this, so unsure if that was the case. They did have this 90 minute unlimited meal & play deal that we got. It don't think all games were included, but my son and I were able to beat the whole Halo game during this time and also had time to eat and play some other games. Dave & Buster's is always on top of our list for date nights when we're looking for something outside of dressing up and sitting down. This year specifically my husband and I went for my 23 birthday.. and it was phenomenal!! Due to the fact that it was on a Thursday and we went before 12 PM. It wasn't a lot of traffic going on so we literally did not have to wait at any game station. Instead of going to a worker yourself you're now able to go to an automatic machine and get your cards charged or get new ones. If you don't have any, which I find so convenient. They also have dipping dots machine if you love ice cream and want something new which I tried for the first time and thought it was so cool! To end our night we had burgers and fries, which I must say was a 10 out of 10 after running up and down and playing all of those games. When we walked up to see if our table was ready the host saw that our reservation had been passed over 40 minutes ago and we never got a text so they quickly seated us but then we waited over an hour just to have to ask a waitress ourselves to get started with something to drink , after sitting another 30 minutes with numerous workers walking around and off task and no one asking for our food order I went up to the bar counter to complain about everything taking place and was pointed in the direction of a manager who was very rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping me get any type of service or help, it was VERY hard not to come across the counter! Came in to place a takeout order and after waiting an hour and checking on the status, we were advised that the kitchen was backed up. Someone went to the kitchen and only brought out half of our order. The kitchen never received the order for wings and our wait on a takeout order is completely unacceptable and communication is key to your customers. I ordered salmon and Asian blister green beans. The meal that I received was not what I ordered. And the bartender taking the orders made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. I even specified the type of green beans that I wanted with my meal and they still made them incorrectly. My time is important and I would like to feel like a paying customer and not like an inconvenience. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes and me threatening to send the mail back someone in the kitchen was able to prepare the actual Asian green beans that are on the menu that they stated they no longer sell. A refund for our inconvenience what's not offered but they did provide fries a 299 up charge as an inconvenience. For a Sunday night there was a decent amount of us there. It did take a while for us to get our drinks, but it was most definitely not the fault of our bartender. He was excellent (I wish I caught his name, but he was the man in the Saquon Barkley Jersey.) He was moving quickly, very friendly and funny, and made excellent drinks. The wait was most definitely due to him being by himself. How can you leave a bartender by himself with a bar this massive?? Please help this poor man out, D&B! The Fresh Mojito was pretty standard. The Caribbean Luxe Long Island Iced Tea was perfectly sweet and citrusy with a delicious candy rim. Henny's Strawberry Nirvana was the real winner of the night. It was perfectly mixed and the Hennessy showed up just the right amount among the fruit purées. There is a decently large number of games to choose from. The gaming area was extremely clean and the staff grabbed empty glasses quite quickly. The only downers we're that multiple games were not functioning properly and were not labeled as such, resulting in you spending tokens on nothing. The management (outside of two managers - one being Cindy) doesn't care that employees are rude and some even break the law/rules in the establishment. A decently sized d&b! There's a large arcade and plenty of seating for large parties. The service was a little on the slower side, and the food took a good hour over all to come out. The nachos took about 20 minutes then 40 minutes later we were served our meals. This was shocking since we came on a weekday shortly after 11am for lunch. There was barely anyone in the seating area, so we didn't know why it was taking the long. However the food always came out pipping hot, so at least it wasn't sitting there. I Decided to take a short road trip to Columbia and found that they had opened a new Dave and Busters location. I'd visited the one in Atlanta and Charlotte so I was curious to see what this location would be like. I found it was standard Dave and Busters except since they were new all of the games worked. I encountered only one malfunctioning game and advised the attendant who quickly came over and restarted the machine for my friend and I. We enjoyed games like air hockey, basket ball, skee ball, and a variety of other standard arcade games. I had fun, it was a good way to have fun while getting some physical activity in. I really wanted to try the food but their was a 30 minute wait to be seated, they explained that there was another area that was self seating, and I was welcomed to search for a seat in that area myself. After one walk thru I saw that it was full as well and I left. I didn't think a Sunday evening would be crowded but it was. I would recommend going early. Tip - on Wednesday nights they offer 1/2 price games which will save a lot. Remember that it cost $2.00 to activate a D&B card which you will need to activate and load with money in order to utilize the machines. It can get expensive and spending $ 25.00 on games is nothing I'm sure if you are traveling with children you may spend considerably more. Overall it's a fun place to spend a couple of hours. read more

She was taking food and drink orders while maintaining a line to activate and load cards. She maintained friendly demeanor the entire time. Super Disappointed with the mask enforcement. They have signs throughout indicating mask are required however majority of the guest don't wear any or have the mask covering their chin :ugh: They do offer hand sanitizers along with gloves. There were so many guest, very overcrowded that we decided to leave. Management should enforce their mask policy. read more
