My first experience at a trampoline park! It is pretty spacious and clean which I always like to notice anywhere I go. It's not that expensive and I think you get a pretty decent bang for your buck. The young lady that was at the front desk was nice and accommodating to getting us checked in. As I was at the desk, I noticed they have a concession area and an area for prizes which I suppose you receive after you play the games and receive tickets. The restrooms were n this area as well. They offer military and first responders discounts. They also have daily specials on almost every day except Mondays and Fridays. They just began opening on Mondays from what I understand. It wasn't busy at all, but I can imagine on weekends, it gets packed. They also provide socks with grip on the bottom. It appeared like they had a lot of activities some where roped off near the front. They have a small arcade section. They also have a playground area, different interactive trampoline activities and the soft foam pits. They have seating in majority of the areas. They even have a toddler jump area. We enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful experience.

I love this place! There's tons of different activities to do with the kids and not just a set of fun trampolines. There's a rockwall and even a smaller area for the little guys. This is my sons Saturday adventure so we've come a few times and enjoyed it each time.

There facility is dirty.... the restrooms were particularly nasty and one of them had bloody tissues in the sink and they reeked of urine and dirty diapers. The people who worked there all looked bored out of there minds and very unhelpful. In fact when my son was trying to do the trapeze the worker didn't say anything to the kids who jumped in front of him. Very disappointed in what it has become and will not make the 30 Min drive here again!!!

If you have kids- go! If you're looking for a fun date night- go! If you're just bored and wanting to try something different in Columbia-go! This place is reasonably price (my child and i jumped for an hour for a little under $30 and that includes two pairs of surge socks that you can keep and bring with you each visit) There are plenty of options outside of your average trampoline park including arcade, wall climb, Dodgeball, basketball and obstacle courses. There are plenty of couches and massage chairs around so you Can easily keep an eye on your child without having to pay a fee to jump. The music is also nice (urban hip hop/r&b) we had a great time ! Y'all

Surge is our favorite place to go with the kids. We have kids ages 12-21 and we can all participate and have a good time. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Surge has and snack bar and lockers. We love they support the military discount.

I'm glad they have somewhere safe and healthy to hang out. It was a bit overwhelming for me with my two young ones. Not because of the older young kids, but there were so many people. The lines are long, and the majority of the staff is in a lackadaisical haze, like, hello, snap into it and get with it so you can move these people where they need to be. Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. It goes widthwise, and it is a lot going on, but it is a really good space. My kids enjoy it. I don't ever think we make it to the far end of the area, which is why I say it's an interesting setup. The arcade area is small but has a variety. You can purchase a card and play some games for fun and others for tickets. The birthday party area is upstairs, and it's pretty big. It is a fun place for the kids even if they have a lot going on.

I'm not sure that they even like children. When my older children were little, I used to bring them and that staff would interact with the kids and parents. Most of this staff just sits on side, ignoring children and adults. There is one lady, Miss Wendy that all of my kids love, but she's not there very much. They had an event this weekend and I am glad that we went in the afternoon. My friend got turned away in the morning only an hour after they opened. She said that staff very rudely told her that she should have gotten there earlier. Her children were heartbroken. They did have some people, mainly teenagers with volunteer name tags who were very nice. My little adored the older gentleman who played with him. They had the upstairs set up really cute with a Winnie-the-Pooh exhibit. But unfortunately, they said that it would only be there for that day. They had friendly teens in that space playing with the kids. Admission is not worth it, but their membership is a good value because it includes other museums.

My 4 year old got bored pretty quickly. There also just wasn't a lot to do. There is a dress up area, but it only had a few items, same with the kitchen and pirate ship. I have to agree with another reviewer that the staff wasn't friendly. They were more concerned with everything getting cleaned up. iI's a children's museum - there's supposed to be a level of mess, but when a kid puts a doll at the table and then goes to the kitchen area and you put the doll back, maybe think "was that kid getting food to play feed the doll?"and not assume they were leaving it. Also, parents - there's an overpriced gift/toy section in the front that you can't avoid. Bright side - there's some fun lunch and treat spots close by.
