Great variety of obstacles and my kids absolutely adore this place (5yo / 9yo). There is something for both of them! Places like this come with a risk, hence the waiver. That said, the staff has been awesome and helpful. We've been coming here for 3 months now (2-3 times per month). No injuries and only 1 overcrowded visit. It was our fault though... what would you expect by going on a holiday weekend at 3PM?? Of course it will be crowded. So are the lines at Target... any time and day of the week. I never knew this place existed lol until my friend had her son's birthday here. This place is absolutely awesome for the kids and for adults to play, too. My daughter loved this place so much that she wants her birthday here next year, which I'm very tempted to do, so we'll see. There's so much to do and jump on that you can't get bored at all. The food is yummy, too. The service was great. They have little scavenger hunt games, and my daughter actually found one and got a slushie as her prize, which she was excited about and enjoyed it all. Don't bother. Dodgeball has been closed for 2 months. Obstacle course was closed yesterday. Massage chairs for parents are broken. This place is too much money to have this many things broken. We filled out waivers the last time we were here less than a month ago when they already switched sky zone but they couldn't find them. They singled out my son's friend for wearing urban air socks. Why fix the problems at this location, when you can just change the name? Be it Airstrike or Defy, every time we come here, there's always a problem. And it's always during their toddler time. Last time the credit card machines won't charge, atm machines weren't working, and now the internet and payment system is down so they can't check waivers. We asked if we could show them the completed waivers on our phones, and they won't take those either. Waivers done ahead of time still show Airstrike as the company name, so don't be fooled by this 'new' business. I was always told if a company changes names, something's going on. We came around noon and it was chaos. Obviously you have parents ignoring their kids, a few helicopter parents, and the sun revolves around my child parents. We didn't care much until some sun revolving around her child mother cried to an attendant that my wife, who was actually paying attention to our child and not her phone, wasn't watching our kid properly right at the entrance by the black mat. Nobody told me or my wife that it was only one person at a time to jump from the giant black mat, and because my wife ignored the whiny woman she got singled out. Before entering the chain barrier, all we were told was to walk around if we aren't using it. My wife took my daughter to get water and when coming back up the ramp, the attendant closed the chain in front of her after the people in front of her passed. She proceeded to tell her of the woman complaining specifically about my wife. But where are the parents of all the other kids who were jumping at the time of the crying woman? Maybe include that in the spiel that it's one person only and ENFORCE IT by having an attendant assigned to it. I don't understand what the attendant was doing if nobody is waiting to enter? What the attendant did was rude and really put my wife in a sour mood. Maybe if you had your attendants monitoring a station and not texting/chatting with other employees, things would run smoother. I won't be recommending this place to anyone who asks. You've got two really upset patrons. read more

This was a great fun place to mess around, going later in the evening ensures that there are less small children running around and gives you the most space to run/jump/do whatever. There are obstacles for the most inept to the most experienced and obstacles to be done by yourself or in a group. Staff seemed friendly and cool headed and we had an absolute blast. I just took the family here for the first time. We had a lot of fun. With a military discount a family of four can jump for an hour at $40, which I think is a little pricey. One hour costs $12 at regular price, which was plenty of time for us. We were pretty exhausted after that. If you think it is expensive, remember you could easily spend that much going out to dinner and having a lot less fun. They have slacklines over a foam pit, basketball hoops over trampolines, a high swing over foam pit, dodge ball and a huge area for free jumping. The facility is really nice, and it looks like they are going to build an American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course. We think there should be a real snack bar, but there are vending machines with snacks and drinks. read more

This was absolutely terrible. It is unsafe in so many ways. 1. It's a pandemic and there are not permitters limiting ANYTHING. Every area was over crowded. Yes they had a couple sprays out but that's it. 2. There are so many kids under the age of 7 that it is a hazard. There were no parents with most of them and they ran out in front of everyone. They need to have a section just for kids of a certain height/age to keep safe and fun play for everyone. 3. Overcrowded - yes mentioned above but it's an issue. Super fun, we love this place. Staff is nice, equipment top notch, great for parties and get-togethers, HOWEVER, organized birthday parties really were pretty expensive. Not sure how paying $300 for a group of 10 kids on a Saturday is worth it vs paying just $170 (includes socks) for entry for your party, then just doing pizza and drinks elsewhere. The extra $130 to borrow their room, get 2x pizzas & 2x bottles of drinks, and a "group leader," that doesn't really do anything with the kids during the 1-hr playtime is pricey. Fine if you're not on a budget, I guess, but in retrospect, wasn't worth the extra expense. But again, the facility is just fantastic; the kids couldn't get enough just time (literally, there were hot tears when that 1 hour designated time was up!). We'll be back, definitely. read more

This is one of the best trampoline parks that I've ever experienced! Great design, and plenty of activities to do in an hour. This place will definitely have you exhausted in less than an hour if you actually jump with the kids and get out of your adult shell. I had fun with my boys, playing dodgeball, basketball and doing the obstacle course. They have a specialty going on right now which is a steal. $10 for a 30 day pass. I'll say it AGAIN, $10 FOR A 30 DAY PASS! Great way to get out of the house, get away from work and get to some family fun for an hour a day. So go out out, get some jumps in and participate with the kids. They have a Military discount which is about 2 dollars off each person. Beware that you do have to purchase grip socks which are about $3 but they can be reused (just make sure you wash them lol). Overall great experience with some great staff!! I need to set the scene for you just a bit. Imagine a leaping gazelle (do they leap? In my imaginations they do...maybe you need some suspended reality for this.) flying from one location to the next with ease and grace. This is how being at Airstrike made me feel. Well, it was a cross between that and an American Ninja Warrior. It was a full workout and it was so much fun! We went here for a birthday celebration for two friends, both of whom love American Ninja Warrior, and they loved it. There are so many things to do, jump on, climb over... you forget how old you really are in this place. Airstrike is a pretty legit trampoline park as far as I'm concerned. I've been here a couple of times, and the last one was a work event, I believe. I can't remember the cost right off the bat, but it's not terribly expensive. You pay, and you get ONE HOUR to jump, flip, and fall to your heart's desire. However, if you go on a weekend, or any day that kids are out of school, I'll pray for you, because it will be a FOOL in there! But it's definitely good fun, and the staff is friendly for sure. I will say make sure you either have socks with the grips on the bottom or you have money to buy them there, otherwise you'll be jumping barefoot, which is grosssssssss if you ask me! read more

My family and I where very excited to go this morning! They have a discount the first hour of business where kids under 6 can go with a parent and not have to worry about rowdy teenagers... However if you have a bigger family (like us) you cannot go. We have a 3, 5, and 9 year old and we where the only ones there and they would not allow us to go because of our 9 year old. The manager was pretty rude about the incident... If you have a larger family I would not recommend this place. Hopefully policy will change and we will maybe be able to go back one day. Loved this place. Clean. The staff says on top of the kids to ensure safety. The process to sign the waiver and then pay is the stupidest process that I've seen in my life. I don't see the point in not being able to do both things at one station. (this is why they lost a star). They do offer military discount. What should be a great jump park is not consistently a pleasant experience depending on the staff. The first time we came, it was later in the evening and even with a pretty full center, the "flight crew" did a great job of watching the patrons to ensure rules were followed and keeping the smaller kids safe. Pros include an abundance of comfy chairs to sit in, free internet, and a great variety of trampolines for kids of all ages!! On our third visit, which took place in the middle of the day during the week, we were met with a less desirable "flight crew." They appeared to be more concerned with conversing amongst themselves rather than watching the kids and there were fewer crew in place; although, there seemed to be just as many patrons as with our previous visits. We saw several smaller children get plowed by rowdy teens and a few collisions from runners. While we will be certain to visit again, the kids love this place, I will be certain to check out the crew before purchasing our tickets! I will be sure to update my review should the supervision issue be addressed...or at least better the next time we visit. read more

My husband and I decided to give this place a shot after hearing about the unconventional cardio methods and enthusiastic reviews from other adults, knowing full well this was really a place for kids to get their energy out and throw some foam pads at each other. The rules were clearly stated, the warnings and safety precautions were noted and after signing the mandatory waiver and paying the $10/pp fee, we took off our shoes, socks and watches and waited in line on the ramp for about 15 minutes with what felt like 2 boy scout troops of kids. Be warned that this place will work you out hard, and you'll be run down by small children who are far more athletic than you. But it's fun and it's a great chance to exercise and laugh at yourself. read more

Decided to visit here to get a little non-traditional cardio in and it was quite a bit of fun. We completed our waivers online so once we got there we were ready to go. Prior to going, I was thinking that an hour was going to be no time but after 30 minutes of constant jumping around we definitely got our moneys worth. Besides the trampolines, they also have a couple of foam pits to jump in to, 2 basketball goals, a ninja course, dodgeball(which I didn't do due to the fact that there were a ton so small children in there), trapeze, and a tightrope. I did knock a star, due to the fact that I'm not sure how safe this place is as there were some kids doing quite a bit of injury prone things. I've heard they also have cosmic time at night. I'd say this is a great place to visit to have a bit of fun and do something out of the ordinary. read more

All my experiences at Airstrike have been amazing, I brought a group of several adults the other night and let me tell you, this place has something for every age. You see everyone from babies who can't walk yet, to elderly enjoying this trampoline park. And 12 bucks for an hour? That's not bad considering the prices of other attractions in Augusta, and of course none near as fun! And it may not sound long.. But trust me, we were tired after a few minutes, once the hour was up, we were exhausted!! And they offer great discounts and daily specials! Kids Jump for kids 6 and under only at 9-10am, and the parent jumps free? That's a great idea!! It really gives the younger kids a chance to jump without worrying about the older ones around them. And they offer military discount, as well as a Facebook discount, all you have to do is "check in" on Facebook, or follow on Instagram and show them when you're purchasing your ticket, and BOOM, that's a $1 off a ticket! And on weekdays, you can jump for 2 hours for $20! Or if the child is under 6, it's $15!! I noticed the staff is great as well, they keep the ticket purchasing process going quickly, and are very welcoming and friendly as well! And if you're new, they will walk you right through the process and clarify anything you need; they even offer tours! And they keep the place extremely clean, I was impressed with the smell of the place, considering there's lots of sweaty jumpers! But surprisingly the only smell when I walked through the door was almost like an apple smell, it caught me off guard a little but it was lovely! The staff also ensures the safety of everyone in the facility by marshaling and blowing whistles to correct those who are breaking the rules, this is great, because it prevents collisions and injuries in the park, and I'm sure that makes Moms happy! No one wants their child getting hurt! Overall, Airstrike is an amazing attraction with so much to offer, and I will definitely be visiting frequently. I believe this is something Augusta truly needed, it's a great way to get out and get some great exercise, without even realizing it, because it's pure fun! read more

It seems like with many kids inside there would be lines or it would be crowded with kids bumping into each other, but it isn't. It's big with lots of stations and fun. The people at the counter are nice, and the people inside are on it watching their station and making sure the people behave. As soon as you walk in there is a device that takes your temperature. I liked that this was being done to all guests entering the building. We had a groupon which was supposed to be convenient but the waiver from Groupon "wasn't accurate" according to staff. In the actually facility there were no social distancing guidelines. Most staff had face covering half on their face or none at all. There are no hand sanitizing stations at all in the building. Employees were rude and made us feel like a bother instead of welcomed and helpful. The cafe had minimal options and the staff serving food did not wear face coverings properly or did not have one on at all. We were there for two hrs and did not see anything being cleaned or sanitized as far as the foam pits or anything that was heavily touched. The restrooms were not clean at all one stall had blood on the toilet seat. I feel this place needs to be closed down and needs to have better cleaning routines and extra staff there just for cleaning, I would not recommend coming here during this pandemic it is not clean or safe. I was very dissatisfied with my visit and will not be returning to any Defy locations especially this one, because of the poor service. Staff should never treat guests this way and I'm honestly shocked that the employees have such terrible attitudes.
