I'm glad they have somewhere safe and healthy to hang out. It was a bit overwhelming for me with my two young ones. Not because of the older young kids, but there were so many people. The lines are long, and the majority of the staff is in a lackadaisical haze, like, hello, snap into it and get with it so you can move these people where they need to be. Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. It goes widthwise, and it is a lot going on, but it is a really good space. My kids enjoy it. I don't ever think we make it to the far end of the area, which is why I say it's an interesting setup. The arcade area is small but has a variety. You can purchase a card and play some games for fun and others for tickets. The birthday party area is upstairs, and it's pretty big. It is a fun place for the kids even if they have a lot going on.

This place needs a lot of work…read more The All in one day pass is NOT worth it! Many of the activities didn't live up to our expectations. This pass is for 5 people and includes all of their activities. Unfortunately, only 3 bumper carts were working when we went. That meant our group of 5 couldn't even ride at the same time. In addition, 3/5 of our laser tag guns didn't work. There's no way to keep track of scoring because some of the guns don't work. When I asked an employee, she said, "that's just how it is." Sounds like nothing will be done about this. Lastly, 1/4 of the virtual reality worked!! One employee from the cafe would operate the VR which was super inefficient. All of this created long lines. Although my family had a great time on the trampolines, we wish we purchased a cheaper ticket option given that the other activities weren't functional.

As a parent hosting a party for kids, this place is amazing!…read more We went with the platinum package which gave everyone access to everything during the party and beyond. The food is very good and our party staffer Kyla gave us white glove service that rivals the nicest events I have ever been to. We ordered pizza, wings, chicken tenders and waffle fries. Plenty of dips and sauces came with the food as well. They make the process easy and fun. Of course I had a childhood dream of jumping into the ball pit! See my pic. I also lost big in Lazer tag, but I blame the little kid camping and shooting me in the back the whole time.

What can a little old lady say? This place is geared to youth--YOUNG YOUTH. We were at a 6 year…read moreold's birthday party. The venue was noisy--actually LOUD! There were all sorts of interpretations of trampoline activities: wipe out where you dodge or jump rotating arms ( actually I'd like to try that in a private session after a major wipedown of the components), a Ninja warrior obstacle course, and all sorts of trampoline "cages." Every young person was thoroughly enjoying their time...and sweating...with red faces and soaking hair. So good to see them physically engaged! There are four Party Rooms with picnic tables for all the party-goers. Our group had ordered pizza and they arrived from Domino's piping hot. The order was placed when the room was reserved and Sky Zone was responsible for placing the order and making sure it arrived on time. With this party package came the beverage options of water, lemonade or Sprite. We had a delightful employe to serve, accommodate, straighten and clean. It seems to be a well-run, clean and effectively responsible business. Oh, and you have to sign a liability waiver prior to entering the "fun arena!"

Yeah, so this ain't no place for adults! LMBO!!!…read more I played dodgeball, slammed dunked a few times, played Wipe Out and did a flip into the ball pit! All in about 35 minutes! The foam pit swallowed me whole and took about a good 10 minutes to get out. By the time I was out, I was out of breath and sweatin! lol *where's my water bottle?!* AND! I saw a lady get carried out because she couldn't put weight on her left ankle. The boys had a great time too.
