    Observer Wrist Band for parents
    Kendra C.

We just moved to Georgia from Utah and we've been searching for the perfect indoor playground to beat the heat. As a parent, I don't want to jump - just watch. I appreciate that I don't have to pay to be an observer. It's clean and not too overstimulating for the kids (like Urban Air is). I love that all activities are included in the price. We felt very comfortable here! Loved it!!!

    New name for Airstrike

Why fix the problems at this location, when you can just change the name? Be it Airstrike or Defy, every time we come here, there's always a problem. And it's always during their toddler time. Last time the credit card machines won't charge, atm machines weren't working, and now the internet and payment system is down so they can't check waivers. We asked if we could show them the completed waivers on our phones, and they won't take those either. Waivers done ahead of time still show Airstrike as the company name, so don't be fooled by this 'new' business. I was always told if a company changes names, something's going on. Here's to hoping Augusta and the surrounding areas get quality establishments in the very near future.

The one in the middle closed the chain on my wife, but here were 3 attendants walking around and chatting with each other.

We came around noon and it was chaos. Obviously you have parents ignoring their kids, a few helicopter parents, and the sun revolves around my child parents. We didn't care much until some sun revolving around her child mother cried to an attendant that my wife, who was actually paying attention to our child and not her phone, wasn't watching our kid properly right at the entrance by the black mat. Nobody told me or my wife that it was only one person at a time to jump from the giant black mat, and because my wife ignored the whiny woman she got singled out. Before entering the chain barrier, all we were told was to walk around if we aren't using it. My wife took my daughter to get water and when coming back up the ramp, the attendant closed the chain in front of her after the people in front of her passed. She proceeded to tell her of the woman complaining specifically about my wife. But where are the parents of all the other kids who were jumping at the time of the crying woman? Maybe include that in the spiel that it's one person only and ENFORCE IT by having an attendant assigned to it. I don't understand what the attendant was doing if nobody is waiting to enter? What the attendant did was rude and really put my wife in a sour mood. Maybe if you had your attendants monitoring a station and not texting/chatting with other employees, things would run smoother. I won't be recommending this place to anyone who asks. You've got two really upset patrons.

I just took the family here for the first time. We had a lot of fun. With a military discount a family of four can jump for an hour at $40, which I think is a little pricey. One hour costs $12 at regular price, which was plenty of time for us. We were pretty exhausted after that. If you think it is expensive, remember you could easily spend that much going out to dinner and having a lot less fun. They have slacklines over a foam pit, basketball hoops over trampolines, a high swing over foam pit, dodge ball and a huge area for free jumping. The facility is really nice, and it looks like they are going to build an American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course. We think there should be a real snack bar, but there are vending machines with snacks and drinks.

This pass is for 5 people and includes all of their activities. Unfortunately, only 3 bumper carts were working when we went. That meant our group of 5 couldn't even ride at the same time. In addition, 3/5 of our laser tag guns didn't work. There's no way to keep track of scoring because some of the guns don't work. When I asked an employee, she said, "that's just how it is." Sounds like nothing will be done about this. Lastly, 1/4 of the virtual reality worked!! One employee from the cafe would operate the VR which was super inefficient. All of this created long lines. Although my family had a great time on the trampolines, we wish we purchased a cheaper ticket option given that the other activities weren't functional.

The food is very good and our party staffer Kyla gave us white glove service that rivals the nicest events I have ever been to. We ordered pizza, wings, chicken tenders and waffle fries. Plenty of dips and sauces came with the food as well. They make the process easy and fun. Of course I had a childhood dream of jumping into the ball pit! See my pic. I also lost big in Lazer tag, but I blame the little kid camping and shooting me in the back the whole time.

I'm glad they have somewhere safe and healthy to hang out. It was a bit overwhelming for me with my two young ones. Not because of the older young kids, but there were so many people. The lines are long, and the majority of the staff is in a lackadaisical haze, like, hello, snap into it and get with it so you can move these people where they need to be. Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. It goes widthwise, and it is a lot going on, but it is a really good space. My kids enjoy it. I don't ever think we make it to the far end of the area, which is why I say it's an interesting setup. The arcade area is small but has a variety. You can purchase a card and play some games for fun and others for tickets. The birthday party area is upstairs, and it's pretty big. It is a fun place for the kids even if they have a lot going on.

She peed herself because she couldn't hold it any longer. The adult male coach did not let her go, despite her claiming it was an emergency. She tried going on her own, but it was too late. Adding insult to injury the coach punished her for disobeying the order not to go to the bathroom. This is nothing less than bullying by a male adult on an 8 year girl. My daughter spent the rest of the night in wet clothes, because no one called me and she was to scared to tell anyone what happened. Great job Hayden (major sarcasm), she will never come back now. I have reported this to the police.

I did need help, hence the office hours. I would not patronize, for one moment, an organization with such a horrible level of customer service, let alone pay to expose my child to it. As far as the gymnastics instruction, well I can only assume it's as lackadaisical as their interactions with prospective customers. Their bathroom WAS clean, so I might consider Hayden's Gym to fill that need.... but only if it's an emergency.
