Unfortunately I was extremely late for the guided classes. The class started at 7:30 pm, but I didn't remember until 6:56 pm. So I texted my sorority sister that invited me to say I'm sorry I completely forgot about this I'm sooo sorry I'm going to miss it. It's something I was looking forward to. She said, it's all good I haven't bought my ticket yet either. This prompted me to ask, are you paying at the door. She said yes. My husband said just go. So I did. I told her I would be super late. She said, no worries. I'm glad I decided to go late. The ladies working were very accommodating. I caught up to the class and finished with everyone else. Everyone was super nice and accommodating and I don't think disrupted the class too much as they kept their set pace. The instructor kept going and someone else caught me up to speed. Now I realize that as I write this someone else could be writing they were upset by someone joining the class late, but I hope not ;). All in all I had a great time. I would definitely go again, and I would recommend it to others.

None of us had gotten the chance to go to concert. At this particular theater, we had a great time. The staff was so nice and was careful to make sure we got everything we wanted but also was so nice about items that were sold out. I point this out because the day before at a different theater company, the staff there was rude and didn't care about helping anyone. After we ordered our food and drinks, I gave our cashier a friendship bracelet. I handed out a few friendship bracelets to a couple of little girls that were ahead of us. One was with her mom and three girls were with their dad. They were all dressed up. We did have to wait in line for about 10 minutes before we could enter the theater. A group of girls was at the bottom of the theater exchanging friendship bracelets. It was so fun to see that. We ate our food while we waited for the previews to start. We had never been to this theater or anything like it. We don't have AMC theaters in Charleston. The recliners didn't work for 2 of our 3 seats (so minus one star for that). Overall, the theater was well maintained from what we could tell. There was a lot of room for people to walk by if they needed to get out of the row. One of the arm rests came up so it was like sitting on a couch. While watching the movie, the sound was great and the screen was clear, however there were some parts that seemed grainy where at the show we saw the day before at another theater, it was not grainy. A LOT of the Swifties were singing soooo loud and you could still hear Taylor so clearly! It was great!! No one was rude about standing in the way or anything like that. Everyone was so nice!! Overall, the staff was great and friendly, the food was delicious, the theater was clean and comfortable despite not all of seats working, and the atmosphere for Taylor was amazing! Definitely recommend!

In the past, I have had many positive experiences, which is why my interaction today was especially disappointing. I was helped by a representative named Destiny, and unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was extremely poor. From the beginning of the interaction, her attitude came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. My family and I made a simple request for an extra popcorn container so we could share our popcorn, but instead of trying to help or responding in a friendly manner, Destiny made the situation feel like we were asking for something unreasonable. Her tone, facial expressions, and overall demeanor made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked a question, she appeared visibly annoyed, sighed, and acted as though our request was a burden. Customer service should be about making guests feel valued, not making them feel like they are causing an inconvenience. To make matters worse, she also failed to provide the candy and drink that were part of our order, which showed a lack of care and attention. What should have been a fun outing with my family was negatively affected by an interaction that could have easily been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope AMC takes this feedback seriously and works with Destiny to improve her customer service approach. Employees represent the company, and guests deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and a positive attitude.

The venue is very clean. Harbison Theatre is fantastic in many ways, so thankful I have another venue close to home. All the staff are helpful and welcoming!! There isn't a bad seat in the house, this was well designed, seats approx. 400 people. All the shows that I have seen have been awesome! Great performance last night!!

The lighting for the show (The Supper Table) was also good. However, the sound wasn't great for some of the actors. There were about 14 actors on stage at once. But two of them had mics that came in and out or that sounded like static. I will try to make it to another show in the fall.
