Had a BLAST celebrating my 2 year olds birthday here. Seriously more fun that I expected! JOLEEN our host was AWESOME!! she made the party run smoothly and did a great job checking up on us. All in all, glad we picked CEC over John's Incredible Pizza (but maybe we'll go there when my son's older) PROs: Kids Superstar Package was just the right amount of food, drinks, place settings which you could add and subtract from for the adult menu. Ticket Blaster was super fun since my 2 yo didnt want to do it then me and my wife were allowed to go in for him and even got extra 500 tix (thanks again joleen!) She also took care of our cake and helped set it up and serve it. Extra 1000 tickets is just an added bonus for the birthday boy. The goodie bag was well worth the price and the cool medal. Beer is available! (enough said) CONs: Ordered wings and it came out late.... idk maybe my host forgot or the kitchen. I come every now and then to Chuck E Cheese but this last time I went might be the last time. First off $25 for 30 min of play time is insane. And the trampoline thing they have which is an EXTRA $15 is the worst idea they've ever had. I saw two kids fighting and the attendant had no control whatsoever of the situation. Of course every parent should watch their kid but there was no control of it at all. They seemed very short staff as well. read more

We came today 3/20 for my daughters birthday. Maribel was our party coordinator and she was AMAZING!! She did everything for me, gave me the time line multiple times lol and kept asking if we needed anything. Decided to take my kids for the unlimited games on Wednesdays and for dinner. We've been before and have had bad experiences with the quality of the food. But to my surprise, everything was better than I remembered, it was good pizza! The place was clean and fairly busy due to some larger groups but no big deal since it is a family place. The only downside is that the employees seem to not wanna be there. They don't smile or say a word unless you initiate and last I checked people are guests in their business... I think it's common courtesy to greet someone when they show up to check in and if they want service. Otherwise, please don't work in any type of place that requires customer service. In the photo you can see a piece of chocolate cake that me and my family had gotten. All six of us had to eat the cake with out bare hands and a napkin. We had told a person that works here that we need a knife and some forks to even be able to cut the cake since when we received that they only gave us one fork for six people. It took around 10-20 minutes when they gave us the forks and a knife but at that time we had already finished the cake. Also we had order three pizzas which had took more then 20 minutes and there wasn't much people here and the people who were here had already had their food. The main reason why I gave this place a two star is because I really enjoyed this place as a kid and it brought back a lot of memories since we would always go here for a birthday and the other reason was because of how the pizza tasted. The pizza was overall pretty good but the service I would say was the compete opposite. The place looks entirely different and sadly there isn't any animatronics here its mostly just a bunch of tvs and one big screen but the surroundings are overall okay. read more

I went here with my family after my lil brother got out of school. It was around 2 pm so there weren't that many people in the restaurant. My little brother loves going here and I try to take him as much as I can. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, chicken Alfredo pizza, and plain boneless wings ($18.99). The wings are really overpriced for what they were and their carrots came straight out of the package. The food came out pretty quickly which was surprising considering that they take a long time. This review is getting 3 stars because they didn't play kid-friendly music and the music was pretty loud. The place was also very dirty. There were a lot of dirty tables when we walked in and all the workers were just talking. We only come here because this is the only place my brother can play arcade games. read more

Cheese where a kid can be a kid" Or where an "adult" can use his friend's niece's birthday party as a cover to be able to run wild and free in a room full of single token games that reward you with tickets for shitty prizes. This location is like the last CEC I remember going to 20 years ago. Same cardboard pizza, stale salad bar, ticket games whose prizes are not nearly worth the amount of money you put into winning them and of course that same slightly stale odor that you get used to and forget after being in it for 10/15 minutes. What separates this location from memories past is that the service is quite exceptional. They were very accommodating, generous and surprisingly enthusiastic esp. Angel who not only helped cover the birthday party but had token/ticket problem duties on the floor all while keeping a smile and getting down while celebrating customer's birthdays. Though it's not a glamorous place for a kid's birthday party, one quick look around and you can see that the kids do really enjoy it and at the price point it's not too bad of a deal. I haven't stepped foot in a Chuck E Cheese in over 35 years. Crazy huh? So when one of the kids from church had a birthday here, I was curious if the place stood the hands of time. As you walk in, you are greeted by a hostess and checks you in and stamps your hand. She tells you where the party is located. Actually, all the party is located towards the back (which is a great idea because they don't run amock in the front) in picnic style seating with the big screen in the back having the mouse on the TV on a loop. He comes out when the timer goes off and makes his appearance saying hi to the kids. I remembered back in the days, it was these old school production like one of the rides from Disneyland. The food here is still Chuck E Cheese. The pizza was okay, still tasted like a cardboard. You know when the pizza looks perfect, you know it has to be machine made. They have sandwiches here, which is a nice change from what I can remember. It actually tastes fresh! The drinks here though, its still soda heaven for the kids. Everything tasted water down (which might be a good thing for the kids) , except for the fruit punch. John's incredible pizza has way better pizzas and food than here. The video games here are pretty decent. I also like that every game takes only 1 token. Don't you hate it when you have to put in 2 token for some games ? Of course, sometimes the games are broken and you have to hail people down to fix, it wasn't too difficult here to find help, that was a good thing. The tickets for redemption, you can feed inside the reading machine and it will spit out a printout with the count. Be careful not to overlap the tickets as we accidentally did and it didn't count them. There is a little tunnel /climbing /slide contraption that's of course free. Always nice to get the kids to have some real exercise rather than play games all day long. This place is clean, parking is somewhat easy as long as you're not close to the buffalo wild wings. If you want better pizza, BJ's is walking distance. If you want your kids to run off some of that sugar, you can go to Liberty Park that's about a mile away. If you want to get get some of your childhood nostalgia in place, do visit here. read more

We always rent two long tables plus booths, spending over a thousand dollars all the time(about 30 kids + parents). This location is much better than other locations. Staff friendly, place is clean, facilities is okay clean, wings delicious, salad bar is way overpriced for their selection(if the salad bar was better, i wouldn't mind paying that price), pizza good. Needs more ticket redeeming machines(often breaks down, maybe make the container that holds the tickets larger so it doesnt break down as much), needs more staff behind the prize counter especially on weekends, extra staff on entrance/exit(it gets busy so there's a line for exiting too). The place is for kids period. It gets packed sooo get there early. Pizza is your typical easy oven stuff/ mass produce. As always the chicken wings is horrible microwave affair. The salad bar is the only thing I really liked. But, we all go to chuck e cheese not for the food but to enjoy time watching our kids be kids. The service @ this chuck e cheese in cerritos was pretty good. They show that they actually like the kids. I have brought my 2 year old to numerous Chuck E. Cheese's and always had a pleasant experience however this location was literally the worst managed Chuck E. Cheese or any restaurant that i have been in for that matter 1. We purchased a unlimited card to play games for 45 mins 2. After 20 mins, the card stopped working and I promptly brought it to a staff member whom directed me to the "manager" named Trina 3. She rudely put my card in her machine and said it's expired and ran off 4. I reviewed the screen and it clearly showed that I had only been checked in for 20 mins. She said that the machine says I exceeded my time where it is clear by simple math that it was not true 5. After about 15 mins of me explaining the simple math that I was there for only 20 mins, she brought my card to another machine which showed that the "card had paused". I told her that was the reason and she should check these things before running off and she claimed it's "not her problem". I told her it is as the machine, cards are all Chuck E. Cheese owned and operated 6. She then told me that she will call security and would not give me my card back All this was in front of my 2 year old. Many other families there were complaining about lots of things. Keep your family/loved ones away from this zoo as I would never have my child be in such an establishment with horrible staffing and service again Hugely disappointing as I was a Chuck E. Terrible manager (Oct 24, 2019 - around 730pm) My 6 yr old daughter was playing one of the games and she accidentally dropped her card between the cracks in the machine. She came to me crying so I asked the manager if she can help us get it out. She said sorry we cant take it out and the maintenance people cant come till Monday. I said can you maybe replace it then and you guys can keep that card that was left in? She said no it says on the back of the card no exchanges or returns for lost or stolen card. I said it's not lost or stolen. It is right there! She said the most she can do is 10 points. Wth we had way more than 10 points in there because we both the 100 points card. So I said, really? You are the manager and you really have no power to help up this little girl either get her card back or give her a new card for the points she lost? She was rude and said there is nothing she can do and most she can give was 10 points. Review for Kid-check: I had a party here earlier this month and my kid cousin who was checked in with another adult was allowed to exit with another family member (with a different number hand stamp). She wanted to come back inside but the same attendant would not let her. He told her she needed an adult to come back with her - with matching hand stamp... so she basically had to stand at the front until I became aware of the situation and he allowed her to return, once present. How is it is that she could exit with people without having the same hand stamp, but not return??? With or without same people? I know this is not a babysitting place, but Kid Check should review and/or follow their policies regarding returning guests under 18. (For reference, my cousin is in her early teens). My intent was to come and enjoy a pepperoni pizza along with my boyfriend and service was very bad. I am a mature lady that came in to Chuck E. Cheese, but I was not able to go in due to ageism. The manager that was in the check in to see for revision held my boyfriend and I back because we looked "under-age." Then he told us to leave because we were not going to be able to enter because we did not have an identification card to show that we were responsible. I would rate zero stars but that isn't an option, I haven't been to a ChuckEcheese in years. I took my children there to meet up with some other friends and their kids. We all ordered the lunch buffet. When the kids became hungry, we walked up to a salad bar that consisted of lettuce, croutons and dressing. There was literally two slices of pizza available. Played a few games and went to the machine to count our tickets and it just ate all our tickets and didn't print a receipt. None of the employees even acknowledged us when we asked for help.
