Came here last minute to celebrate a birthday, and it actually worked out really well. I was able to put myself on the waitlist from home and reserve two lanes together. The wait was about an hour and a half, but since I called ahead, it didn't feel long at all by the time I got there. I did end up arriving about 15 minutes late, but after calling to let them know I was on the way, they were nice enough to still hold our lanes for us -- which I really appreciated. Despite some of the other reviews I've seen about service, I personally had a great experience. Our server was super helpful and everything we ordered came out in a timely manner. The only downside was the restrooms, which were a little dirty and could definitely use more upkeep. That was really the only thing that stood out in a negative way. We played two games and had a lot of fun, but I will say... bowling is definitely more expensive than I remember Overall, a fun spot for a last-minute celebration and I'd come back again! read more

If I could give 0 starts I would! Came here for my birthday a few weeks ago. My date payed for 1 game since we had to go back home and work early the next day. Well we couldn't enjoy our game because the pins kept getting stuck. Happened around 3 times. And every time we called someone to fix it, we would wait about 15 min. I finally got fed up, complained to the female manager with light brown hair and she apologized and gifted us a card and said the next game was on them. Today I decided to bring my daughter bowling for girls day, and remembered I had the gift card that had a free game. So I went to the desk to use it, and the cashier stayed it was an arcade card. I explained that the manager gifted us that card due to us not enjoying our game and malfunctioning all night. Manager came out and swiped the card and said there was no balance in the card. I explained that it was given to us and wasn't used. She stated it was an arcade card and it had 5$ credit and was used on a Photo Booth. I felt humiliated and upset that I was given a used card. My daughter was more embarrassed and just wanted to go home. Please work on communication and clarification when resolving complaints from customers that pay for lanes and they don't work!! read more

Service sucks!! Waited almost an hr for pizza while I saw other lanes getting their food quicker and anything else they asked for. I had to ask about our pizza after 40 mins of waiting on a Monday. We didn't receive it til 10:05PM. We asked for water twice and took half an hr to get. After, we got our pizza they said they would give us plates and napkins. NEVER GOT THAT EITHER!! From the general manager Jazmine, to working with operations supervisor Sydney, to Vanessa & Lauren, everyone was so kind and helpful during the whole process. They definitely exceeded my expectations and they delivered awesome customer service! The day of party went smoothly. They allowed us to bring in balloons, cake & cupcakes, gift treat bags. Two stars for the service I experienced at the bar this evening. I specifically asked the bartender if there were any specials or happy hour, and she said no. I ordered a $25 pitcher, and when I got to my group and complained to them about how prices have gone up since Bowlero took over, they laughed at me. Apparently, there WAS a special: $30 for pizza and a pitcher. I would have gladly spent an extra $5 for pizza. I didn't bowl, didn't eat any pizza, drank my beer, and left. This is a beautiful place. Spacious airy and futuristic. I love the huge screens on the walls and behind the lanes. I was with a large group and we were well accommodated. Lanes take too long to load I'll provide a video we were supposedly gonna pay for two hours in reality we may be got an hour since after each term it took about a minute for them to drop the pins down. And when I told the worker about this, they only added 10 minutes that's it! WE WILL NOT be coming back. I'll go elsewhere if I'm being honest. The weekends are jam packed with parties and big groups so a reservation is always good to have. If you want a more quiet hour or 2 to play, the best thing to do is to be there right when they open. The food is pretty good. We always get the platter or flat bread pizza's. The prices are fair. One thing though, it's so hard to get a milkshake for some reason. We have some members that have disabilities and they were extra patient with us. Overall super friendly and kind. Shout out to Lauren who was our coordinator on site and our server Sin. Man when did bowling get so expensive! Booked a lane reservation here for 2 on a Saturday night--$95 before the labor day special. The good thing is its unlimited games in the time frame. But we finished pretty quick. Crowd wasn't too bad. They had heavy security too. And overall the TVs and vibe were great. Main issue was food/drink ordering system. No one ever came by to take an order/check on us. The QR code menu worked, but we never received our drinks. Luckily got a refund. This place is probably better for parties or events. We had such an exceptional experience, John who works there helped us with every step of the way, he helped us to set up our names, he showed my grandson how to use the kids trainer ramp, he went over & beyond to make our experience amazing! I don't usually complain, but this experience was frustrating and disrespectful. I waited in line, and the server allowed people to cut in front of me. When I asked for double shots, I didn't receive them - and even the trainee apologized because they clearly knew something wasn't handled correctly. I still tipped 25% because I respect how hard service work is. When I came back to get another drink, instead of simply correcting the mistake, the server (ALLISON) tried to "explain" to me what a double shot is, which felt condescending and unnecessary. I escalated to the manager - he seemed understanding, but ultimately didn't do anything. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect fairness, accuracy, and basic respect. Party of 5 for Ashley! :D Since it had been raining cats and dogs lately, we decided to plan an indoor outing that wouldn't be affected by the rain. We thought about laser tag, and finally settled on bowling. I found this Bowlero on Yelp and the planning commenced. My friend Ashley booked the lane for us. We arrived a little early and I tried to give my driver's license to check us in to our lane, but they would not accept mine. It had to be the driver's license of the person who reserved the lane online. (Lame but I get it) As we waited, we got hungry and ordered some mozzarella sticks and buffalo cauliflower. They were REALLY good. It surprised us. Usually bowling food is not very good. But these cheese sticks and cauliflower buffalo were great. Especially the cauliflower. Ashley showed up and we were able to get our lane. We had it for 3 hours. Yes, a long time indeed lol We all got tired of bowling after like an hour to an hour and a half. It is a lot of work lol Our party ordered a cheese pizza, more cheese sticks, another order of cauliflower buffalo, French fries and a carne asada quesadilla. The food was not bad at all. Our company decided to work with a party planner to set up a 2hr minimum bowling session; 2 lanes, and Food/Drinks. The lanes we were given were towards the far back.
