We took our son and two nephews around 5pm on Saturday. I knew it would be busy which was fine. The staff that was around were good but there was two workers in the front trying to get people in the door on top of trying to ring customer up. There were two workers in the play area checking for socks and wristbands and stayed on their phones the entire time. Parents would come up saying they were about to leave and the kid wanted to slide one time and they would let them on. I understand but also I paid to allow my kid to play so that was annoying. The pizza was great and the salad bar was stocked. There was no ice, when I asked a worker for ice, he said he would be right back and never came back. Turns out the entire building was out of ice. Then there was cake, food, and cups ALL over the play floor which we had to jump over and some of it I just threw away. There were many games that weren't working or only has 2/3 balls for the kids to play with when there were supposed to be a lot more. Overall the kids enjoyed it which was great but I do feel like it was super overpriced for all the issues there were. read more

Came here for a 3rd birthday party. Morgan was our personal party crew member... she took good care of us. They say to arrive 15 before the party and we did but they weren't quite ready for us. But she greeted us and got things together quickly. We ordered salads from the salad bar which was fully stocked with fresh fruits and veggies. The pizza was decent and they unfortunately had Pepsi products. The game floor seemed clean and all the games seem to be in working order. I would say they need just a couple more rides for really young kids (ages 2-5). But the birthday boy enjoyed that mini carousel. Masks are only encouraged so lots of people were unmasked and I can't say that I saw much sanitizing going on on the game floor. The restrooms weren't disgusting but could stand for a bit more attention throughout the day. But all in all, the experience was pleasant and the little ones had a blast! read more

Chuck E. Cheese is the best place to go when you feel like you're tired the pizza makes your eyes water and makes you go crazy. The employees make you feel like you at home and then don't even get me started on that pizza. I'm coming back Chucky. read more

This location has some of the better customer service that I've experienced at a Chuck E Cheese's location. The staff today made sure to tell me about the More Cheese Rewards programs, which I didn't know anything about. Also, they told me there is a survey on my receipt that will give me free tickets if I complete it. The employee even said that she wanted us to have a "10" experience. She said if we don't for whatever reason, stop by and let her know. I'm not sure if the employee was a manager, but that was great service. My kids love this place even though it's really noisy, but what else can you expect from a place for kids. I like that they have hand sanitizer stations in multiple places throughout this establishment because you know kids are Petri dishes for all kinds of germs. The staff is normally helpful, but sometimes they seem like they want to run out of this place. (Honestly, I can't blame them because if I worked in this noisy place that was overrun by kids, I might want to run out at times too. Lol!) I love the hand stamping system, which helps make sure kids are leaving out the place with who they came in with. The food is okay. I'd say stick with the pizza because the wings are not all that great to me. My only small concern is that the tables aren't cleaned up as quickly as I would like. We were one of many families who were celebrating the birthday of a pre-teenager. The staff kept the place reasonably clean. The prices were reasonable. And the games seem to all operate. According to expectations. I always love Chuck E. Cheese pizza, yes, that is weird for an old person, but I still like it. the big negatives are a lot of the patrons and a couple of the staff members smelled like weed and the place was extremely crowded. read more

We had my sons birthday party here this weekend. The decorations were cute and the planner for our party was nice. It seemed like everything was very rushed though. We didn't have enough time to open all the presents and it was hard to know when certain events were happening. We also paid extra for a Batman cake but they gave us a Chucky Cheese cake instead..They made a announcement for a dance off with Chucky and told everyone that wanted to join to meet at a certain spot.. our son was the only kid that showed up and they told him no.. that they were looking for a older kid because they are more entertaining. So my 5 year old was pretty sad.. they still didn't find anyone to do it serval minutes later and they told him no a second time... the food was good and the games were fun. read more

First of all I would like to say few things witch I seen tonight when I had to attend a family bday party. First, I would like to thank the management team " the shift manager " because they have a good customer service. Also, they have good games for all ages to have fun and relief some stress from every day life responsibility. Second, most of the team whom are working on the floor are good and have nice customer satisfaction. However, some needs some more training. For all the craziness that can go on in a chucky cheese, this was a very good experience for our family. We were there for a couple of hours and only spent about 10 dollars on games. We almost ordered lunch there, but the birthday boy was craving chips and salsa. The place was organized chaos, but a lot of fun. We had an issue with the tickets in one of the games and an attendant was there very quickly to fix it. Really enjoyed the visit! read more

Attended a birthday party at 10am. There were a total of 6 birthday parties at this time. This place was full. It was great for the kids. Each table had a helper. Or helper continually helped. She removed dirt napkins, plates, and kept the area clean. She handed out the cake, helped direct people to where and when we needed to be somewhere. She bagged up the gifts. The food was hot and yummy. It wasn't spectacular but it was hot and fresh. It was perfect for kid good. We had pizza, cheese sticks, wings, French fries, chicken squares, and bread sticks. They were plenty of games for kids of a variety of ages. The area was kept safe and clean. They had good security. We were stamped in as a family and had to confirm we were together before we could leave. I really appreciated this kind of security precaution. The staff was able to organize everyone's attention for Chuck to come out and sing happy birthday. The staff was always up beat and fun and enthusiastic. I took my grandchildren, used my credit card to buy the pizza, and my bank was calling me at 2:30 am to tell me someone had stolen my credit card numbers and was charging like a drunken sailor at places only young people the age that work there would charge..That was the only place I had used my credit card, so someone in that restaurant is a thief!! read more

I just don't like Chuck E. Cheese. This particular restaurant was as good as any I've been to. The pizzas I saw looked edible. Fortunately, we ate prior to coming.
