I didn't want to get the wintermelon tea, because I saw prebatched bottles in the fridge, so I would question what's the difference ordering with them vs grabbing a bottle myself. Therefore I decided to order the cane juice hoping that it will be good for the summer heat. They said they ran out, so I got the citrus lemongrass tea instead. I'm amused they gave a slice of orange. My drink was more refreshing, and it's a more unique flavor than generic cafes out there so I'm pleased. It wasn't too sweet. I'm here *basically* once a week for their siphon coffee. If you've never had siphon coffee, ask the staff for a recommendation. For your reference, there's a board that shows their coffee offerings from light to dark roast. Besides coffee, they offer homemade breakfast and lunch options. I've yet to find a better place in Philadelphia for hot and sour soup. I recommend their lunch special so you can try a few of their menu items.
