If she wanted to go home that bad, quite and walk out! Don't be a 1 star employee in a 5 star work force, it reflects poorly on your fellow employees, and reflects even worse on you. I walked in on a Saturday looking for a compression angle stop. I have no clue what it is except…read morethat it is a plumbing part. My clueless expression must have shown on my face because the gal at the front desk ask if I needed help. (I later learned her name is Lily) she lead me to the plumbing section and spent some time looking through the rows and rows of straight stops and angle stops hoping to find the right fit. After 5-10 mins she got another staff's (Gabriel) attention asking to help. So together after several minutes and few trips back and forth along the plumbing aisle, they patiently figured out the difference in size fitting between a copper & iron pipe. In the end, Gabriel found the angle stop that fitted the water filter to my bidet. Shout out to Lily and Gabriel for their dedication to assist customers in need.
