In their pet supply section alone, they have all kinds of items and food for birds both indoors and outdoors, satisfying my African Grey and his little conure friend as well as all the juncos and chickadees in my backyard. I love walking through the store because of the great supply of all kinds of things: from farm implements, lawn care items, tools, gloves, hats, cages, more. Also found some fun toys and treats for our cat. There is a huge selection of cat and dog food, as well as stuff for less common pets such as guinea pigs, chickens and rabbits. (Were the Wallaby treats actually for kangaroos?) Lots of wonderful stuff for us humans too, especially for the holidays. Saw some wonderful silvery reindeer to go in yards, and bought some wonderful hanging tropical chimes for our house. Overall this place is a real treat.

Everything is grown by them, Andrea and Justin, in their greenhouses so no middle man! Beautiful healthy plants, evergreens and right now, pumpkins! Very nice selection of perennials. I learned from Andrea that they got their start in 2019. Prices are actually based on container size (most items) which makes it super affordable to try something you might not otherwise dare to. Your plants were healthy and you had the best selection, great prices too and excellent customer service! We saw the annual end of season 30% off signs around town and we were wanting a couple of dwarf evergreens ... so that brought us in. Apparently the sale had ended, store still open but full price. We noticed since the store changed owners, prices have moved upwards. Honestly the selection is still great and the plants we bought today were healthy (outside of being very parched and we did get a bonus, free weed ) but the pricing here has gotten out of hand. But Kent's you are no longer the only show in town. There are many great nurseries in these parts. $52 for a dwarf evergreen x 2 = outrageous!!! The clerk was nice enough but just said "you should have seen the signs! They said sale ending.." and maybe they did? In fine print. I guess we are just one customer of so many, maybe the others don't mind paying exorbitant prices. I don't know what the future holds, but so long for now!

It was fun joining besty for a plant shopping. You can grab a free coffee or buy water for 50cents to keep your energy going. Lotsa traffic if you go in the afternoon so shop early! It took us an hour drive from Scott Rd to get to Devan's. Petting zoo area can lure kids and animal lovers. You can buy animal treats for a quarter to feed goats. I also got to see chickens and baby goats as well. They were so cute. They sell the sweetest cherries ever it costs $1.49 per lb. Definitely go-to place for a plant shopping!

The plants here are super reasonably priced. Its worth coming out here for the variety and price. There's also aquatic plants, veggies, outdoor landscaping plants, soil, ammendments, seeds, trellises and pots and even snacks? at the cashier. I got a vanilla orchid plant here for probably at least $10-20 less than at a nursery or garden centre in Vancouver. I did notice some plants seemed to be sold out, but they were very specific so I think it wouldn't be an issue for most people. The parking lot is huge. Traffic where it's located was bad because there was active construction going on, so try to go outside of rush hour. Staff was friendly. Overall, worth a stop if you are in the area and worth the drive at least once in the spring.

We really didn't even plan to get our tree that day, we were just going for a look. Even though we weren't prepared, Noon Road Trees made it so easy with the tree carts, maps of the grounds and a great variety of reasonably priced trees, that we decided there was no reason not to get one that day. The tree farm even welcomed our dog so that she could be a part of our experience.

The farm is really nicely planted with rows of trees and grass in between - no mud! We ended up getting a really nice 8' white spruce for $20. There's two floors to explore in this absolutely huge building and they've got just about anything you can think of. During my most recent visit, I got a beautiful new bread basket, a 1969 Life magazine detailing the moon landing, and some new Christmas decorations. It's all over the place, as any good antique shop should be. The woman at the counter (I presume she is the owner) is super friendly too. They seem to run a fair amount of sales, so you might find something old you love at the perfect price. Have fun, take your time, and check this shop out!
