From the moment we walked in, all of that melted away. The office was so warm and welcoming that our daughter thought she was in a playhouse and the dentist was just part of the fun. The dental assistant and Dr. Sorenson were absolutely amazing with both kids. They were patient, gentle, and made them feel so comfortable the entire time. You could tell they truly know how to work with little ones. Even when I made the initial appointment, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions, which really helped ease our nerves. We highly recommend bringing your kids here. We are so thankful we found a dentist they feel safe and happy going to. Sorenson Pediatric Dentistry truly made this such a positive experience for our family.

The front desk staff is friendly and organized, and the dental assistant Michelle was so kind and gentle during Rainen's cleanings--she really made him feel at ease. We're truly sad to be moving out of state because it will be hard to find another dental team as caring and professional as this one. We're so grateful for the amazing care Rainen has received here!

My daughter is 7 years old, and Dr. Bao was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with her from the very beginning. Even though the office was very busy on Saturday morning, she never rushed us or made us feel she's too busy to show deep personal interest. She carefully examined every single tooth and actually found a very tiny cavity that other dentists had missed. She cleaned the tooth carefully and placed a small filling right away, which I really appreciated. What made the visit extra special was how Dr. Bao turned the whole dental appointment into a fun and educational experience for my daughter. She gave the dental tools cute names so kids wouldn't feel scared. For example, the suction tool was called "Mr. Thirsty" because it comes in to drink the water from your mouth. My daughter thought it was hilarious. During the visit my daughter was watching cartoons on the ceiling and felt completely relaxed. Instead of being nervous, she was actually curious and interested in what was happening. Dr. Bao also patiently showed her how to brush properly, how to floss, and how to take care of her teeth after eating sweets. We both learned a lot during this visit. By the end of the appointment my daughter was smiling and even said she's excited to come back next time?!!! Something I never expected to hear from anyone after a dental visit LOL. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Sisiley Bao for giving us such a positive experience. If you are looking for a caring, patient, and very thorough pediatric dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Bao at Windmill Pediatric Dentistry.

Apparently it was because our 5-year-old reacted during the dental treatment...which, honestly, is exactly how most 5-year-olds would react for their first time receiving dental treatment. If this is a fee they charge, it should be clearly explained to parents before the appointment, not added on afterward as a surprise. It felt really unfair to penalize a small child for being nervous during a dental visit. Transparency matters, especially when you're dealing with families and young kids. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression and we won't be returning

However, one of his teeth was infected & my son was very nervous about an experience a few years back that caused him a lot of pain during an extraction. So we received a referral to Smile Reef. SO glad we did. Dr. Sodhi was SO amazing!! She was kind, reassuring and walked my son through the entire process. Joseph, her assistant, was super sweet and very efficient. With the help of the laughing gas, which he loved btw, he felt NO pain. We went in planning on have 3 teeth removed but they ended up removing 6 total...no more baby teeth. I highly recommend Smile Reef. Staff and Dr were amazing, only wish I had found them soon :-)

He's been coming here since he was about 9, after we tried a few other dentists before finding the right fit. Because Arjuna is on the spectrum, many places told me I'd need to pay over $1,000 to put him fully to sleep just to examine him. At Smile Reef, they truly understand their patients. Arjuna only needed laughing gas, and he did amazingly well. We are so grateful for Dr. Sodhi and the entire team--their patience, kindness, and care mean everything to our family. Thank you for always taking such great care of Arjuna.

Upon entering the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She asked if I have an appointment which I did and told her so. She then asked for my insurance card and I told her I only have a digital copy of my insurance card but then she said she has already pre authorized my insurance, gave me a few pages of questionnaires to fill and take a seat. Within 15-20 mins I was called. The venue was clean, not crowded and not noisy at all. Their equipments seems up to date and well maintained. I was seated at a reclining chair and it was very comfy. Then the assistant took x-rays of my teeth and Dr Kim came in and spoke to me and let me know what my condition was and what to expect. Overall it went really smooth. His assistant, Liz and Dr Kim are a good team. They worked fast and efficient and they were gentle. What I really like about my treatment was that after the first anesthesia application I still felt pain so I made it known and Dr Kim stopped and gave me a 2nd anesthesia and tried to start procedure again but again I still felt discomfort so he stopped and took all the tools out of my mouth and administered a 3rd round of anesthesia. Now I numbed up really good and can't feel anything. Dr was done with my procedure in just a little over an hour. I had a 1/4 of my tooth broken and Dr Kim even added fillings and rounded out my tooth so it's not sharp. Thanks Dr Kim, Liz and Red Rock endodontics team for taking good care of me and doing such an amazing job!! I hope I don't need your service again but if I do, I know where to go
