This office is frustrating to deal with to say the least. First off, they can not handle the amount of business that they have. It's generally recommended to get a cleaning/check up every 6 months. I like to go every 4 months based on past dentist's recommendations. However, as an existing patient, the next appt they had available was 8 1/2 months out. Stop accepting new patients if you can not handle the ones that you already have. It's a slap in the face. It's also a zoo when you go in there. It's very hectic and I've never seen the same hygienist more than once. They also have an annoying habit of pestering you. For example, I had a 1pm appt. I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue. read more

The overall dental care I received here was adequate. The main problem was scheduling and confirming appointments. They have this ridiculous confirmation process where they call you to confirm your appointment and if you don't answer they leave you a voicemail that says "calling to confirm your appointment, if you don't return our call to confirm your appointment will be CANCELLED". This would probably work fine for most people but I work night shift and they would call me while I was sleeping during the day after work and then by the time I would listen to the voicemail they would be closed for the day. So my appointment was cancelled 2 or 3 times even though I told them my night shift scheduling issues. They claimed to "put a note on my chart" to give me more time to confirm but that never happened. And then when I called to confirm they said oh sorry you did not confirm in time so we gave away your appointment so someone on our standby list. Then when I try to reschedule for another day they are so booked up that they don't have another appointment for months. And then I ended up going without cleanings for too long by no fault of my own. Then I got pregnant and I tried to get a cleaning but because it had been too long since my last appointment they wanted to do X-rays. I did not want to get any X-rays while pregnant unless absolutely necessary but they refused to even do a simple cleaning without new X-rays. I tried to tell them I would not have gone so long between cleanings if your office staff would stop cancelling my appointments. I ended up crying (pregnancy hormones) and leaving and I have not been back since. When I actually was able to confirm my appointments most of the hygienists I received cleanings from were very nice and efficient but there was one female hygienist who shamed me for having some plaque and was like tisk-ing to herself while cleaning my teeth like I was inconveniencing her. So I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. A very disappointing and frustrating experience overall. They really should get a text appointment confirmation system like most doctor's offices have instead of leaving voicemails and forcing people to call back in an unrealistic timeframe. read more

When I moved to Vegas, I was looking for new medical providers...but the one I dreaded was finding a dentist. I hated going to the dentist since I was a kid. However, Precision Dental has helped change my mind as the dentists and hygenists are efficient, professional, and very personable (e.g. at my last visit, I mentioned my knee injury to the dentist and he was telling me about his knee injury and recommended YouTube channels forme to watch that provided helpful exercises for recovery). My first time going in was for a tooth ache that was an infection that led me to getting a root canal. They made sure I had medicine to address the infection and set me up with the root canal ASAP. They handled it so quickly and made the process easy. They are very punctual so I haven't had to wait for my appointment to start. Their office is super clean. read more

I was very disappointed at my visit today. My general practice doctor was questioning why I was getting dental x-rays every six months because that was exposing me to unnecessary radiation, given that my gums are healthy and I do not have periodontal disease. Today I refused the x-ray because I had just gotten an x-ray from them six months prior and everything was normal and after my cleaning today. The hygienist said everything looked great. When Dr. Anthony came in to check on my teeth, he said that I could no longer be a part of the practice if I refused to get x-rays every 6 months! He said he couldn't treat me differently than his other patients and that is their office policy. Isn't that exactly what good healthcare is supposed to entail? Good healthcare is supposed to be tailored to every individual patient's needs. Not every patient is the same. So I did some digging when I got home and I noticed that the ADA rules for x-rays have changed as of Jan. 5th 2026 and the ADA only recommends x-rays when it's "clinically necessary". The norm for x-rays for people with healthy teeth is every 12 to 18 months. I've put off writing this for awhile but aside from friendliness of the staff (no one has ever been rude) and good cleanings (should be thats basic) the actual dental results haven't been up to par. They doubled their office size awhile back and I feel like it's an assembly line and I'm always rushed. I understand I haven't taken care of my teeth but hey that keeps them in business. But with a botched root canal, temporary crown that kept falling out, a filling that ended up with me barely able to open my mouth for a month (and jaw still clicks) and now a tooth that was removed and they knew was infected but offered no antibiotics (which I went to a doctor to get) and blew up into an access. Always seem to be in a hurry and don't care to listen to me. I've wanted to like them. Nice and get other good reviews but I'm over it. No luck for me. read more

I came here on a recommendation from my partner, but it turned out to be one of the worst dental experiences of my life. I originally scheduled only a cleaning but was told I needed a simple filling on my lower right molar, and I also requested a replacement filling on my upper left molar. During my first visit, the staff repeatedly got my name wrong until I corrected them. I returned a week later for the cleaning and two fillings with Dr. Anthony. A few days after, I developed severe migraines on the left side of my head--something I had never experienced before. After a week of unbearable pain, I returned and was told the filling was "a little high," so it was polished down. When the pain persisted, I came back again, only to see Dr. Ronnie (since Dr. Anthony was on vacation). Instead of focusing on the original filling, Dr. Ronnie ground down multiple teeth, including my long-standing crown and its opposing tooth--none of which had been involved in the initial work. This was done without a clear explanation of the consequences. As a result, I lost my normal bite. My front teeth now touch with uncomfortable pressure, something that never happened before. Two other dentists have since told me the filling should have been adjusted or redone--not multiple healthy teeth altered. This has affected my quality of life for weeks, and I've been told by specialists that this may now be my "new baseline." Losing something as simple yet intimate as a natural bite has been devastating. The lack of precision and care here has been alarming. Don't be misled by the 4.7-star rating--I wish I hadn't been. read more

I can personally tell you that all the dentist at this practice are exceptional and willing to listen to your needs. This place is quite big and can feel hectic at times, but I never felt like I was being rushed or that my time wasn't important. Also, this is still the nicest dental office I have ever seen.
